Great cofee but the service can be better. January 2024 Service has changed a lot. Coffee and drinks are fast.

Great coffe, bought an almond milk golden latte & this is such a cute location as well!

Loving the decaf which is water processed, so virtually no caffeine, which freaks my body out. So now I can enjoy coffee like the other adults. Mocha java is a fave. Nice atmosphere and staff. Enjoy.

Open early, which was a blessing. I arrived at 5:45 and found them open and ready, though I was the only customer inside for a while. Comfortable seating near the back and I set up my laptop on this Sunday morning. A few Yelp reviews later and the Sun is up. Time to explore. Coffee was very good and well prepared. The baristas here were friendly and helpful. In the two hours I was sitting, I did not hear any customers with order problems. That's a good thing.

Cozy, many good stores around, off highway 29, calm neighborhood, parking can be challenging, some folk park by Target parking lot as it serves as an unofficial overflow parking

Peet's Coffee in Napa is always my favorite go-to place! The coffee"s consistently better than all those other places. The pastries are of a wide and varied selection, with "yummy" as their common denominator. The crowd's there are of a socially diverse gathering. They have indoor and plenty of outdoor seating, too. Come in and check them out!

A nice branch of the chain. It has its locals during weekdays, it's somewhat comfy to study the whole day. You can enjoy your drinks and jump to whole foods next door for lunch. Good coffee, friendly service. The only thing that I didn't like was how loud it was when they were moving around the chairs.

I must say the Havana latte is a great representation of what coffee from the Caribbean taste like. As much as I love the Napa valley for its Chardonnay and Cabernet sometimes you just need a break from the fermented grape juice. And that's where a good cup of coffee comes in. Pete's coffee provided me that. Additionally they have the ability to tip built into their payment processing machine. Which is just so much more progressive in terms of employee support than another major copy company that rhymes with star hawks.

I often walk by a nearby Peets when I'm strolling the fabulous MANY Hills of San Francisco!! As a 5th generation native I've strolled around our Great neighborhoods! AND try to learn more about their distinct history/tradition. Which is quite impressively international. With SF and Italian heritage my ideal neighborhood is where I live on Russian Hill. A few blocks away from where my wonderful maternal grandparents lived. Russian Hill. And near Ghirardelli Square where I attended Senior Center programs and classes. With Great people

Peet's is consistently good. It is a great alternative when you want a coffee drinks with less sugar than other coffee shops.

The coffee, staff, and table spaces - indoors and out - we're all first rate, as they seem to be at every Peet's. Parking is very busy and tight so keep your eyes wide open. (Of course that's hader if you've not yet had coffee)

I love Peet's and this location is one of two that I frequent. I have been disappointed lately because my coffees have been room temperature. I am reluctant to return to this shop for this reason. I really want my lattes hot!

Small, crowded, baristas chatting to each other instead of fixing drinks. I came here looking for holiday drinks but they only had pumpkin which was barely strong enough to taste in the latte.

The remodel is just bad. The ambiance is gone. Looks like a generic, bland Starbucks now. Bring back the way it was before the remodeling. Seriously awful remodeling.

Seasonal JAVA Coffee was not my favorite; however, it was hot and fresh brewed. The facilities and service were great.

They completely forgot to make our food, wasted 15 minutes for an egg white what wasn’t even in the oven. Kinda disorganized

It is newly remodeled. Coffee is still great, but the new lighting is warehouse-like fluorescent; too bright early in the morning. Ended up sitting outdoors instead to enjoy natural daylight.

Some of the customers made me and my sister feel uncomfortable while waiting for our coffee. But the staff was very helpful and friendly and my sister also works as a barista at a popular coffee chain and the customers are not made to feel uncomfortable when visiting the establishment.

The staff earn 5 stars. The sink in the bathroom behind the barrista station is clogged and has been for at least 2 years resulting in slow drainage. Previously reported but no action taken. People exit the bathroom before the water has drained. Not a good sight. Worth investing in a gallon of Draino or similar if only for hygienic purposes

There were flies--I counted three on the pastries, which are not kept in a covered space. Peet's needs to address this immediately. No problem with the coffee.

Asked for Xtra shots, it tasted like they barely put coffee in, staff too busy laughing with each other. Very disapointed, waste of $.

This is the worst Peet’s Coffee I’ve been to. Extremely bitter medium roast coffee that was way too hot and dangerous to hold even with the cardboard holder. Staff was nice and friendly. Coffee was so bad I couldn’t drink it. If I wanted inferior coffee, I’d go to Starbucks.

Why does the staff at this location not put the milk foam on its iced drinks anymore? That used to set your drinks apart from Starbucks and it’s disappointing at this price point. My husband and I have been ordering from this location for 10 years.

After paying extra, waiting 5-10 min for a stronger cup of coffee, and leaving a $2 tip which the cashier acknowledged, the coffee was weak. So I graciously went back, was kind about the probable mistake of not using enough grinds to make the coffee, and asked for an extra shot of espresso to make it stronger, thinking, as is usual in Peet’s and coffee shops in general, the extra shot would be comped. The cashier asked if I wanted two shots, to which I agreed. Then she asked for more than $3 for the extra shots making it an $8 cost for small cup of coffee …. which seemed over the top and outrageous to me. I was so surprised and taken aback. I told her I didn’t want the coffee and left the coffee there. Peet’s is my go to coffee shops. I am sad to have had such a disappointing experience. Especially at holiday shopping time. So sad.

Time for our local Peets to upgrade their customer experience not just the space. Please! We want to love the place again.

It’s November 20; it’s raining cats and dogs and the staff decided to turn the air conditioning on. Not only so cold inside and what a waste of energy!

I LOVE PEETS but this one is the worst I've just had. Just stopped by and ordered a few hot chocolates for my kids and i regret not giving them to my kids on the spot. They slightly colder then room temperature and tasted like coconut. Seriously what the hell!!! Maybe the staff needs another round of training.

I waited for 15 min just to get my coffee wrong. I had to refund it because I couldn’t wait any longer. I love Peets but worst service by far.

This peets specifically is not up to snuff . This first time I went it was fantastic, even in the midst of covid. Went back 2 weeks later and was completely disappointed got the order wrong then the guy gave me flack because he didn't know how to make a macchiato. Tried to give me some line about that's how they made them. Sorry I call BS! never going back

This is my first negative review of a Peetes establishment. For years, I have consistently ordered the same beverage (at other locations) with unsweetened Dutch cocoa powder. However, at this location, the employee informed me that the cocoa powder is only available in a shaker and cannot be added to my drink. This is perplexing. If you have it available you should be able to use it in a drink for a customer. Needles to say not coming back here.
