I've always loved this place till today I'm in a hurry I seen a long line so I ordered ahead of time Well knocked on locked door and the lady inside very rudely motioned for me to go thru the drive thru any way. So ordering ahead did me no justice so I waited up front the 15 minutes they said it would to pick up my order then I waited 20 minutes to get thru the drive thru line. And I'm still sitting in line with 5 cars ahead of me. Bit happy about this trip. It was 520 when I ordered online my order was ready at 545 is now 6 and I'm still in line.

I did mobile order and I ordered 1/2 fried rice and half greens for my order and they gave me straight up all greens for my sides. The sticker clearly says my order on there. The Powerade tasted water down.

I order for it to be delivered. This is the 2nd time I received something like this. I'm paying, and it's like what you trying to save money on meat. Wth I paid for this food and I even mention in the special request part.

This place have a really bad servise and rushes people and skip orders today I go for buy a food for too go, go out of chicken and tell me wait for five minutes I wait an wen the chicken is ready they help other people first and wen finally help me the only sayd sorry that people maybe order on line watt a jocke I looking for another place next time 😡😡

Eldia, so I don’t know her name specifically. I might be spelling it wrong, but every time we go in there, this woman rushes us and makes us feel like we have to select things quicker. While she’s rushing us, she’s skimping on what she wants to give us. We went to this location several times until possibly now. We might be going elsewhere. She calls us regulars and favorite customers, yet she upcharges when we asked for a little extra. Obviously, the woman knows nothing about portioning, sizing, and pricing because we’re not asking for the whole damn plate to be covered. We’re just asking for a little more in the same bar. But this woman and this location specifically are so busy that you would figure that they would treat us with a little more respect. But every time my partner and I have come to this location, we have dealt with this specific woman who rushes us on. And she upcharges on every little thing. It should’ve been about $36 that we paid. We walked out paying $46, close damn near. 50. Pretty much, she expressed that she didn’t want us to call corporate and complain, but I hope corporate sees my message. And I hope they train their employees at this location better on portioning and not upcharging because every time we walked in this location, they charge up the A55, so we likely won’t be coming back to this location due to this woman’s aggressive approach and upcharges. So in the pictures described, what she did was she loaded and spread out the chow mein to make it look as if it was double double while she could have put it on top of the existing slot. We have two plates, two bigger plates with empty slots that she could’ve fit our sides on, but she chose not to. She chose to manipulate the visual perception to upcharge us.

I believe it’s safe to say from all the reviews that they are very stingy with the meat which is insane considering the plates are 13 dollars! This location is horrible when you ask nicely for more they talk back & give you attitude. Who’s paying ? You or me ? Who’s eating it you or me? If my husband wants more than 4 pieces of chicken THATS ON HIM. STINGY employees who are unprofessional.

Terrible service by Laura R. running the drive through. No greet or total read out at the speaker then before leaving I simply asked for an extra fork for my 3 meals and she didnt say a thing. She Turned around and halfway handed me the fork through the window shutting the window right away and not saying a thing. Lets not talk about portions This is not worth $6.20

Really Panda Express New Caney??? I paid $8.88 for what should been beef and broccoli??? I got 2 flimsy pieces of beef and a bowl of broccoli. Absolutely ridiculous!! This is the THIRD time I have driven through and ordered this where the meat is almost non-existent. If I wanted a bowl of broccoli, I would have ordered just that!!! I ask for no rice or chowmein, so balance it out. Time to train your employees again!! 😡😡

Not sure what happened to this place. It was so nice when it opened. We spent 80$ on dinner last night through an online order and I was given slimy old food. This was definitely not fresh. (Mushroom chicken) Also given the wrong size on sides i ordered. What a waist of money. We don’t like to go out often so when we do it’s a treat. We won’t be using this location again for sure.

Every time I go to this location, it's awful. Today was the worst. My veggies weren't even cooked, raw onions, raw broccoli and raw mushrooms. I got 3 pieces of meat. Horrible! The pic is exactly what I saw when I opened it.

they close at 9 clearly but since the 2 girls didnt want to work the told us to sit outside because theyr closed yet it was 7:56 then they closed the blinds agressively. and turned away many people because they didnt want to clean tables . the time is proof on the phone and on their door. they should be fired. the manager couldnt even give an explanation because she knew she was wrong then locked the doors
