Such a cozy and stylish spot right near Herald Square. The interior was super clean and aesthetic, with greenery and warm lighting that gave it a chill vibe. I got the iced coffee and my boyfriend tried the Fall Oat Boy — both were delicious. The pastries looked tempting and fresh too. The staff was really helpful and friendly, which made the experience even better. Definitely a great spot for a midday coffee run or quick bite in Midtown.
Love every single coffee and matcha drink that I’ve tried at this café, also their cookies are absolutely amazing! Also, a special shout out to the Baristas, they’re always so nice ❤️
Amazing customer service! The warmth and family orientation this particular store provides, brings joy to my inner child. And they’re very cultured! Exotic blends to sweet edibles arrangements..🤤
Nice place! Please review all of my photos attached that share my experience which includes the atmosphere/environment and the food / all the food items that I ordered.
The staff was soo happy today, and their positive energy really made me smile. Their matcha is absolutely fantastic!!
ever since they renovated , vibe is so nice, people who work here are so nice !!! I visited on Saturday around 1 PM, and all of the staff who were working at the time were incredibly kind and welcoming. There were two women and one man who helped me — I didn’t catch their names, but I wanted to make sure to leave a thank-you here. I had to watch my sugar level so I asked them if I could modify my order, and they were so helpful. I appreciated their warmth!
I love Gregory’s so much and have been coming here for years because they’re super vegan friendly. Yes they have TWO savory breakfast options - a burrito and a croissant sandwich. Both are filling, taste amazing, and cost less than $8… unheard of! They also have my favorite vegan protein bar (Misfits), fun vegan drinks, and wellness shots so all my bases are covered here. The staff is particularly friendly at this location - seems like management is doing a great job. Will definitely be going out of my way to come to this location since the vibes are so great. Please keep up the great vibes and the yummy vegan options! This is SO rare these days especially at chains. In fact this is one of the only “chains” I go out of my way to support. Love y’all!
Delicious Matcha latte and the banana bread pastry they have is also very good. The service is lovely as well. Definitely recommend this location!
Cute place with great lighting! Perfect place to people watch. Baristas are super kind and funny. The chocolate croissant and blue steel are great! Will definitely be coming back.
I would like to recognize Rida for his outstanding customer service. He was professional, courteous, and very respectful toward all customers. Truly a great example of excellent service.
I was so happy this place was right around the corner from our hotel! They even have vegan breakfast options. I loved my chai tea latte, the tuna melt and the smoothies I tried. But the best thing? That sourdough bread! Omg! Best I’ve ever had! I asked if they could make my avocado toast with it and they did. Awesome customer service too! Loved the atmosphere.
The best customer service at any coffee shop in NYC. Jackie and Phoebe are rockstars. And the coffee was delicious too!
Jackie, Phoebe, and the rest of the crew on at this location are routinely great faces to see when needing caffeine and respite from the cold. Their matcha is currently bar none for its class in my wide experience of area cafes. These two are especially friendly, communicative, and prompt getting the order out. The space is bright, capacious, and comfortable enough for a short work session. I also deeply value the offering of a mug and saucer for dine-in, and their offer to wash one and serve it over replacing with a disposable option is admirable.
It’s a cold, rainy day but Sofia just brought me a Love Affair Latte taster and we had a nice conversation. The atmosphere is great in here and the people watching is fantastic, the almond croissant is delicious and someone just said, Happy Wednesday. ♥️♥️♥️🙏🎼
PLEASE DON'T LET THIS PLACE DIE!! It's only $7 or so for tea with boba and you get the cashier's amazing English service and looks! You pull your boba out of a dragons mouth!!!! Their brown sugar drinks are their specialty and they have cute cups. Come back this Halloween for a special drink~~ OH OH OH, THEY DO ALMOND MILK/NO LACTAID!
Biao Sugar is hands down the best boba tea place in NYC! It's so much better than the chain Tiger Sugar—everyone should save their money and come here. The cashier was super nice and provided great service when I had menu questions. The drinks are top-notch, and the overall experience is just fantastic. Can't recommend enough, 11/10!
This place is a phenomenal bubble tea spot!🍵 BIAO Suger offers an incredible selection of cold ❄️ Boba Milk 🥛 drinks🥤 served through a giant lion's 🦁 head statue! Definitely get the BIAO Browns Sugar Boba Milk with Milk Foam - it's absolutely delicious! 🤤 Their Egg-shaped🥚 smoothies also look fantastic! Service is super quick and staff 👨🍳 is very nice! There is no seating 🪑 and this place is perfect for a grab-and-go! I wish I knew about this place earlier!
2022 update: Still going here and finally got angel eggs! It was so hard for me especially since I live far from it. I still highly recommend this place. Not only for the eggs but the tea is 10 out of 10 Old: Its cute and they are very fast. Gotta remember the devil and angel eggs r at certain time and they r limited so keep that in mind!
Great boba place known for their large eggs that are given out at 12, 3, and 6 PM each day. There's a limited number, so make sure to get there 5-10 minutes before to ensure you get one. The flavors in their "Devil's Egg" is their signature brown milk tea with egg pudding and pearls, while the "Angel's Egg" tastes is blend of coffee and milk tea with pearls and coffee jelly. The drinks are distributed from a large tiger's mouth, which is a cool feature and even better is that with an egg, you can get 40% off your next order!
Heaven on earth 😇 We loved all the drinks we ordered. I got the coffee iced milk tea—it was sooo gooood. My regret was getting it in a smaller size. My brother devoured his ube milk tea. My daughter couldn’t get enough of her classed iced milk tea. And my got the ube hot milk tea. Everyone was happy and wanted more ;)
Small spot in Korea town, we walked right past it at first. Since the menu was pretty small, it didn't take too long to order. I got the Oreo flavored bubble tea, and my mom ordered the taro. The bubbles were the perfect consistency, not too mushy, not too hard. They were also not too sweet (same goes for the actual drink). There was a short line when we first walked over, but it moved quickly and we only waited a few minutes for the drinks to come out. The drinks come out of a tiger mouth, which is an interesting concept. Overall, the drinks were pretty pricey for what we got, but they were good enough to try at least once.
Some of the best tea flavour in bubble tea in NY, and definitely in Manhattan! The tea flavour is apparent, it’s not too sweet even though we had the Black Sugar Milk Tea, and the portions are just right. It scratches just the right itch for some bbt on a tiring day. We’d definitely come back more often if we lived closer! We managed to coincidentally time it so that we could get a collector’s item: the Devil Egg! It’s basically a reusable container that you can bring back to refill for some massive discounts. I’d recommend it if you were to revisit often, or just as a fun souvenir. Don’t go out of your way for it though.
We fancied some hot drinks & pastries after a fantastic meze lunch at the ilili NoMad Lebanese restaurant so we stopped off at Gregory's Coffee shop on 6th Ave, on our way to do some shopping at Macy's. The shop was light, clean & airey with plenty of seating inside. My wife had her usual one shot milky latte, which she really enjoyed. I had an English breakfast tea and we shared a delicious traditional almond croissant that had a very tasty almond paste inside. We sat down at one of the tables and one of the friendly & helpful servers kindly brought the latte over to our table once it was ready. However, the cakes & pastries in the display cabinet looked a bit tired and not very appetising. There was a single toilet inside the shop and also free WiFi, neither of which we used.
Great spot for a quick coffee break! Nice variety of drinks; I tried the Protein Buzz and it was deliciously peanut buttery. Super fast service too. I recommend if you’re in the area and need a quick caffeine fix!
Really liked the coffee, they have coffee combinations with cold brew that looked very interesting. Would definitely come back. I tasted the fall oat boy latte which was has a very spiced flavor but really good. The people that take your order are really nice and it’s also pet friendly.
Gregory’s is great. Love their coffee selection. Morning staff is attentive and quick. Afternoon/night barista is nice but needs to wash his hands. Saw him take out a trash bag then make my drink.
I love the interior of this place and the staff was really nice too. It’s so cool how they give it to you through the mouth, although I imagine it has caused some mix ups. The bubble tea was pretty good, I just got a regular one so I can’t really say it was anything special but it did look like they had some good options. A lot of what they did have was gone by the time I got there though. Prices are pretty standard for Manhattan, although I admit it was better than what I expected.
It's not bad! Considering the hype of this place, I had low expectations. It's not just aesthetics, the drink is pretty decent! I like the Brown Sugar Boba Milk with Milk Foam. I don't normally go for these drinks, but I was curious. The boba has a good texture to it! Not too chewy and not too firm - just right. The brown sugar milk wasn't overly sweet and had a nice creaminess to it. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but I wouldn't say it's entirely a gimmick. NOTE: the cashier and baristas here are kind of rude. If you don't grab your drink immediately, they'll get really frustrated holding their arm out in the tiger's mouth... Immature. Be sure to listen closely for your number.
This was a unique place! The designs were so cute and creative! I originally saw this place everywhere online and decided to finally try it. I went super early because I know the signature devils egg runs out quickly. My honest opinion is that, while it is creative, it’s nothing special. The taste is your average brown sugar milk tea. The fruit tea was a bit too sour for my tastes but the flavor was good! Additionally, more care should be put into how functional these cups are. The devils egg kept leaking which made my hands and bag sticky with the milk and sugar. Adding on, the caps for both were hard to store and a bit awkward to hold. If you’re coming here, make sure to bring a bag or somewhere to put the extra items! I would definitely recommend this place to someone who is looking for a boba and a unique experience!
This is a tiny to go bubble tea store in Herald Square area. There's no place to sit or wait, your order, wait outside and pick up your drink from Tiger's mouth when it's ready. But the store makes good drinks. I liked my brown sugar milk tea, bubbles were fresh and chewy. I was able to change the ice level, but sugar level cannot be changed. This place is not very crowded, so maybe a good alternative, if other boba places are packed.
Things we ordered 1. Angel Egg Bubble Tea 2. Brown Sugar Milk Tea Review: Been here multiple times now, finally got to try the coveted Angel "egg" bubble tea, it's a coffee infused foam bubble tea and was quite tasty! Our usual goto drink is the brown sugar milk tea (can't go wrong with that). If you do manage to score the coveted Angel or Devil's Egg, you get 40% off on future orders.
I have to be honest, I had higher expectations because of the lines I would see here sometimes but it fell short. Their drinks are fixed sugar and ice levels and the only non-dairy milk was a powdered milk tea. Now, the non-dairy milk tea option was actually good because it was less sugar than the regular but not amazing. The cup size was kinda small for $6+ and although it was quick, easy ApplePay and nice staff, I wouldn’t go here ahead. Tiger Sugar is two steps down from it and much better in my opinion with great taste and sugar/milk customization.
One of the biggest reasons I came here to try it out since it's lots of reviews and seems cute for the photos. Here are my thoughts. 1. NOT recommended to drive here since there is no parking, and you should arrive by train/on foot. The location is in Ktown and is walkable to the train station within a min. 2. I ordered the Devil's egg, and you can see it in my pic. The taste, in general, was nothing special, but a good experience for new designs and the way you receive the drinks. Reviews for the management/owner: the bottle should have holes for the straws since it's not convenient to drink when you have to open it, and people can spill it while walking, and they have to through the cap if too hassle to hold. Not only myself but some people who ordered said the same thing, so it would help improve your business for this component.
Went in to do some work. The girl taking my order was quite cold. It wasn’t too busy but there was trash, crumbs, and liquid all over the tables and floors. I asked for napkins to wipe off a table to sit down at. Probably wouldn’t visit this location again.
Overpriced and disappointing. The prices here are way too high for what you actually get. The coffee is average at best, and the food doesn’t justify the cost in any way. Nothing stood out in terms of quality, taste, or service to explain these inflated prices. You’re basically paying for the name or the location, not the experience. There are plenty of cafés nearby offering much better quality for a more reasonable price. Definitely not worth it, and I won’t be coming back.
