Enjoyed a wonderful early dinner out before a show. Had the feel and flavors of an old Italian trattoria. Attentive wait staff, well prepared and delicious dishes, great atmosphere. Yeah, the cannoli didn't last for a photo. Highly recommended.
Amazing food. Staff was great. Live music was excellent. Would recommend.
We loved the pizza and pasta. Good vegetarian options. The ambience was great. We went Sunday evening, so it wasn't too busy and we were able to have a nice meal with some good chitchat by the window. Definitely recommend it.
Beautiful authentic Italian restaurant. I had lasagne and my partner had pizza. Gorgeous red wine and great service. Atmosphere feels really nice and the lady who served us was lovely. We travelled from our hotel on Times Square and it was only a short journey to Canal Steet then short walk from there to Mulberry Street. Definitely worth visiting!
Great atmosphere, food and service. The young lady serving us was kind and courteous and prompt with her service. Having eaten in the past at other Little Italy ristoranti, this place offers the best portion/price I've seen to date. And the food, all of the 5 different dishes my family enjoyed were absolutely delicious and authentic to the tastes of Italy and Italian - American cuisine.
Amazing Italian restaurant in the heart of the city! Buona Notte has a cozy, romantic atmosphere, especially the outdoor seating area in the evening. The pasta was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked with rich, authentic flavors and fresh ingredients. The seafood was fresh and well seasoned. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. Service was fast and the overall experience was excellent. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and location. Highly recommended for couples, friends, or family dinners. I will definitely come back!
Can't speak for the food as we were on a liquid diet, but happy hour was fantastic. Excellent drinks at a very fair price - the Negroni especially was beautifully made. Great decor and atmosphere in the restaurant, and the staff were very friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to go back!
came here cause my Italian friend swore by it (and she hates everything) so figured it must be good. The staff greeted us right away w big smiles and they looked happy to be working there which you don’t see all the time. Our waitress Gabriella was the nicest total pro, super warm and on point the whole night. the vibe’s great. front patio looked nice classic Mulberry street little Italy energy and was super tempting but we ended up dining in the back garden which way more chill, plants and lemons everywhere, tucked away and soft Italian music playing. wonderful little hidden spot. food hit. burrata with tomatoes and focaccia to start, fresh and simple but perfect. my gluten-free friend whos gluten free got gluten-free penne which was great cause the last 3 restaurants she was laughed out of the place, so my friend was pleased. I did tortellini spicy vodka sauce, washed down with sangria from happy hour.. tiramisu after, then an espresso martini that was next level, probably the best I’ve had. they closed it out with homemade limoncello on the house. would def come back here.
From the moment you enter the door, you feel like you've come to a good place. The restaurant menu has a wide range of options. Our choice was pasta with red wine. We were very pleased with everything we ate. We would also like to thank the restaurant manager Betul for her helpfulness and professionalism. Would we go again? Definitely.!
Pasta was more delicious than what I had when I was in Italy! Highly recommend burrata & cherry tomatoes, calamari that was perfectly fried and tender, the pesto pasta added burrata, and the tortellini alla vodka were delicious with the perfect amount of spice. Service was fantastic! Will be returning next time when in NYC.
I discovered a true pizza paradise at this charming pizzeria. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the cozy atmosphere that enveloped the place, creating the perfect setting for an exceptional dining experience. But what truly set this visit apart was the customer service. They treated us like VIPs from start to finish, providing us with personalized attention that made us feel special. The star of the show, of course, was the pizza. Every bite was a burst of flavor, with fresh ingredients and perfectly baked crust. The menu offered a wide variety of options, from classic choices to unique and delicious creations. It’s the ideal place for a romantic evening with your partner, a fun get-together with friends, or even for solo dining. I wholeheartedly recommend this stylish pizzeria 100%. Not only will you enjoy an incredible meal, but you’ll also immerse yourself in an experience that you’ll remember for a long time. I can’t wait to return and continue exploring their delicious menu. A true culinary gem!

Buona Notte was a fantastic choice for dinner with my three friends. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the tiramisu was heavenly! Fun fact: they use family recipes passed down for generations. The only downside? It was a bit noisy, but the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. A night to remember!

Over all experience was kind a "meh". Based on how much was paid for the diner for two it was quite underwhelming. Food was fresh, yes, but quite bland and sizes were small. Drinks are 100% overpriced compared to other Italian places around Little Italy. Service was quite meh as well. If there was an option of not leaving a gratitude for this place and just pay for food? I would definitely do. Just the combination of price, food, and atmosphere doesn't hold up the reason yo have so many reviews. Just disappointed in the end. Not the worse but definitely not a 4.5 star feeling 😕
We got good service, but she added 20% gratuity without saying anything about it so my husband almost added another 20% since it’s only shown on the itemized receipt and the tip section is empty. The pre-added gratuity is fine but when I was a waitress you were required to inform the customers of it to minimize confusion. Otherwise the service was good, the food was okay, just felt a little scammy

Every last drop of money was spent on a mediocre appearance the food was horrendous and pizza was not fresh and tasted like a frozen pizza base with cheap cheese and tomato toppings service was good however and they were friendly and welcoming untill we complained about the poor food quality. The owner explained that it was a ‘ family business ‘ and they had been there for over 30 years however other reviews seem to differ. I would not recommend this restaurant as aside from the fine survive from waiters at the beginning the food needs a huge improvement !!additionally its was extremely empty even on Saturday
