After driving 3 hours from King of Prussia, PA for a 8:30am meeting in the Koch Center on 74th street, I was starving. I Googled "breakfast near me," and decided on Claire's. After discussing my breakfast choices with the chef, I chose the EGG IN A PITA, since it wasn't the typical egg sandwich. Great choice! Perfect omelet, Tahiti sauce, Israeli salad, pickles, Sumac onions all on fresh pita bread. And washed down with great coffee! Like I told the chef, "Soon come" (I'll be back).

Saturday morning breakfast, was nice and quiet. Great music mix, comfortable ambiance on a rainy day. Service was great. More than anything, the Western breakfast wrap was the best breakfast wrap / sandwich I have ever had. Somehow the mozzarella and chipotle aioli all worked together so incredibly well. A week in New York, a total of 7 Michelin stars across several meals, and this might be the meal I never forget.

I walked by this gem on my way home from work today and grabbed a free sample of an Israeli grilled chicken dish with broccoli, sweet potatoes, and rice. Cutie cute cute! Been walking by here for years, but never went in for the plunge. It’s an intimate space with just a couple tables inside, as well as some very sweet tables outside. It’s was pretty busy, so expect your food to take a few minutes and made with love! I got the tomato sandwich and my boyfriend got the prosciutto, which we both enjoyed. I also got the iced chai latte, which I will say tasted a tad watered down, but that’s okay. Overall would def return and support this business!

A couple of them ordered their favorites which was a sign that Claire's Kitchen has repeat customers. I had the beef empanadas with a side salad and a chocolate chip scone for dessert. The empanadas were not deep fried so their crust was nice & soft; something that I wasn't used to in an empanada. The beef filling was seasoned nicely- the spices gave it a nice kick to it. The green salad was very fresh and organic. It included mixed greens, cherry tomatoes and red onion . Last but not least I must say the chocolate chip scone was divine! It did not need butter. I ate it as if it was like a big ole chocolate chip cookie-the whole thing in one sitting! In the past I found the texture scones to be dry and boring. Not this one! It was really good and fun to eat. I would definitely buy this again. This was a great substitute for the gluten-free chocolate cake that she ran out of :/ So when you are in the mood for tasty and healthy food and you happen to be in the neighborhood ,stop by Claire's Kitchen and treat yourself to a meal made with love.

I opted for Claire’s BEC for breakfast, and it was a delightful choice - delicious and satisfying. However, my experience with the cappuccino was not as impressive. The overcooked milk resulted in a cappuccino that lacked the creamy texture and flavor profile that I was expecting. Despite the mixed coffee experience, the service at Claire’s Kitchen Cafe was friendly and pleasant. While I may not return specifically for the coffee, I would consider revisiting for the food.

However it’s supposed to contain roasted potatoes and they are nowhere to be found and when I called the restaurant it’s because they are out but they didn’t offer to substitute it with another carb or anything, they just left it out. Additionally the real kicker is that the salad just wasn’t good… like a salad I would make at home but much worse and much more expensive. Maybe their sandwiches are better? While I like supporting small businesses I will definitely not be returning and taking the risk of wasting more money on their food

However it’s supposed to contain roasted potatoes and they are nowhere to be found and when I called the restaurant it’s because they are out but they didn’t offer to substitute it with another carb or anything, they just left it out. Additionally the real kicker is that the salad just wasn’t good… like a salad I would make at home but much worse and much more expensive. Maybe their sandwiches are better? While I like supporting small businesses I will definitely not be returning and taking the risk of wasting more money on their food
