Breeze Cafe is a cute, clean breakfast spot known for fresh, delicious food and attentive service. Staff like Juan and David are frequently praised. Some find it pricey and dislike the QR code menus. Expect potential waits and parking challenges.

Amazing, tasteful food! Impeccable service and super friendly staff. Must visit if you're looking for a soul satisfying brunch!
Stumbled upon the Breeze Cafe off of yelp! Simple decor inside. Looked like it was converted from a retail/office space of some sort. The two of us ordered: -veggie skillet $14, with sourdough toast -steak and eggs $21, medium rare, eggs over easy, hashbrowns, and sourdough toast For the value and quality of food, this is top tier for me! Filling and great tasting. Huge shoutout to Juan for being a fantastic server. Best I've had in a LONG time. Super courteous and didn't need to check back in for refills on waters. Would offer and bring us extra condiments. If I'm in the area again, this is a must stop for me! Easy parking in the plaza.
Cute little brunch spot in a strip mall. Parking lot is narrow with small spaces, so a bit tricky with our van. We had a larger party of 11 and everyone had to be present to be seated, understandable but just fyi if you have friends who run late. Server was awesome as was the rest of the staff. Food was delicious. We had eggs Benedict, Breeze scramble, omelettes, monkey waffle, and ube waffle.
I really like how they prepare waffles. They aren’t as warm, but the design is top notched. The place hasn’t really changed when I came back, but it’s still modernized and chill to dine. They did have a special menu when I visited, but you can still look at the rest of the menu by scanning QR code. I criticized the food for being oily, but could imagine that sweets aren’t as bad. I think I should stick to eating stuff like pancakes and waffles here rather than omelettes. Probably should come back here for lunch the next time I visit.
I finally got to try out this nice little Cafe after seeing reels of it on Instagram! This is a Latino family owned restaurant that I can honestly say puts a run for money on Skilletz in Niles. The staff here are so friendly and the place is light, bright, and clean. They have a HUGE selection of breakfast, brunch, and lunch options that are super tasty. Today I got the country fried chicken and eggs and my partner got the Texas burger. I didn't feel super stuffed after eating here even though the portions are generous (thank God for fresh ingredients and not deep fried favorites!) I will DEFINITELY be going back to enjoy their mimosas and breakfast platters with my friends. If you are a Macha lover like myself don't forget to try their matcha latte and pancakes!
Lovely lovely Cafe. Decor is clean and chique, service is warm and quick, BUT I wish they had printed menus instead of the QR codes. They give you a printed piece of paper for the specials, but I really don't like QR code full menus. Food is delicious, I think some of the items are bit pricey for what they are, but the flavor and portions make up for it. Music choices are great here, best part of our visit to be honest.
The croissant french toast and the crab cake Benedict were delicious. The breakfast sandwich could have been better. Great strawberry matcha latte.
Stopped by on our way to Winchester Mystery house and on our way back home to Sacramento. Food and service was so great we had to stop by a second time. Highly recommend the spicy or verde chilaquiles and the crab Benedict.
We loved the strawberry pancakes and veggie skillet with chipotle sauce . The quantity is really good. We are a family of four and ordered pancakes, waffles and a skillet and we all are stuffed. The staff are very friendly.
The breakfast was very good and the service was quick. In fact the breakfast menue is quite large. I don't think I have ever seen do many Eggs Benedict options.
The Breeze Cafe is a wonderful spot! I ordered through Uber Eats this time, and I was really impressed with how fresh and tasty everything was when it arrived. The buttermilk pancakes were soft and fluffy, the tres leches french toast was absolutely delicious, and the chicken & waffle was cooked perfectly with great flavor. Even though it was delivery, the food was well-packed and still felt like it came straight from the kitchen. I can only imagine how nice the experience must be dining in at the cafe itself. Definitely looking forward to visiting in person soon. Highly recommend Breeze Cafe if you’re looking for quality breakfast and brunch options!
The food & drinks were delicious. We ordered The Breeze Board, A Strawberry Matcha & a Banana Matcha. Our server was David, he was very friendly and provided great service. 10/10.
This place is nice, clean and cozy. I ordered the - New York scramble scrambled egg, smoked salmon, green onions, jack cheese, & topped with avocado $17. A great experience of a typical American breakfast! Literally within 15 minutes. Will definitely be back there again
I was in town for my cousins birthday party, and we asked for a breakfast recommendation before we headed back home. You will not be disappointed eating here. The food was fresh and our service was great. I highly recommend this restaurant. We got the Breeze Breakfast Board platter, Uber latte, and the Crab Cakes Benedict (I had the sauce on the side).
Had breakfast with my bestie and my god daughter. Juan greeted us when we arrived and was also our server The front almost felt like a take out counter but the wall behind the counter didn't have a menu which kept the look of the place clean and tidy We ordered our own entrees. I destroyed my classic egg omelette with sausage hash and a side pancake. I was a bit disappointed by the pancake. It was a bit dry / dark - not bad but not PERFECT compared to the photos they showcased on Yelp and the first page of their menu (QR Code on table) The menu doesn't have photos of each item or almost any time. But overall satisfied. If I didn't see the photo of the board with 5 fluffy perfect pancakes I would not have had that idea of the pancake I had but they had it up so that should be the standard they are put up to We got sat in 1min and food came I under 10 mins from ordering. Very fast. Maybe 20 people dining in at the time. Would def visit again.

Great little find . Needed my car fixed and it was just around the corner. The staff keeps the place pleasant and clean . The store itself is very cute and trendy. I got a "fun size" breakfast which was absolutely perfectly portioned for $10 ! (Half biscuit , little bit of gravy , an egg , and a small portion of hashbrowns) Perfect portions AND reasonably priced ?! Unheard of in California. Highly reccomend to anyone who is looking to have a solid breakfast. If you have time equally price to any fast food place and way better atmosphere.
What a hidden gem we found! The food was great, the staff super attentive and overall we had a great experience. My wife loved the strawberry matcha latte and my eggs Benedict were amazing.
Amazing experience could not get into the restaurant because there was a huge line Sat at the bar area and had an amazing experience with all these servers.. Everyone here is so attentive let us try new things that we never tried before we Had the best recommendations. And our server LEYLA 🥰 was just so so awesome Elizabeth was so welcoming and Ariana is so on top of everything here we felt so welcomed for our first time as business owners @brightncleanlaundromat in Fremont we cannot wait to tell everyone about this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🫶🏻🎈🎈🎈❤️🎈thank you Leyla your amazing 😻
Came in for the first time for a late breakfast and it did not disappoint. This is a hidden gem in the Newark/Fremont area. The staff was so kind and helpful. Especially Viviana! The food was extremely fresh and delicious. We got the Oreo pancakes and the monkey Belgian waffle. We also got a side of eggs, bacon, and country potatoes. We sampled their Ube drink and it was so coconutty and good! We got a hot chocolate and it was presented beautifully, we were hoping it was house made but was definitely just Swiss miss. Not bad, just compared to the quality of everything else we expected something different. All in all, we will definitely be back!

First time eating here. Had a very good experience. The place is quiet but not too so you can carry on a conversation without someone listening in. The coffee is served using a cup and saucer and the coffee was very good. Had the Santa Ana scramble. I like my eggs slightly undercooked but these were well cooked, tasted great though ( and probably safer than my preferred way). The country potatoes were very good with onions and bell peppers. If you like a clean, comfortable and quiet restaurant with great service and very good food that is reasonably priced with good parking, this is your place. We will definitely be back.
Had a good experience at the Breeze Cafe. It's a nice cozy space which offers quick service and a variety of items on the menu, including the all veg Impossible burger. I liked the road facing tables which make way for warm sunlight through the large glass wall. Service was quick and coffee was nice.
Breeze Cafe has been open for a few months now and we finally tried it on a Friday without a wait. The cafe is still likely working on it's interior which is clean and nice, but missing decor on the walls. The staff are friendly and attentive. The menu is quite extensive and we enjoyed the choros waffles. The Santa Cruz omlet was a bit watery and could use a little more flavor. While we didn't try some of the cold drinks, they seemed popular. The menu also has large platters which are great for your insta pics and sharing.
While the wait times for seating and service were quite long—likely due to the restaurant being understaffed despite the caring and friendly team—the food quality made it a worthwhile visit. The steak, mushrooms, and potatoes were delicious, and the sweet Ube waffle provided a perfect finish alongside their high-quality, aromatic coffee. Although a few side items like the toast and cream were forgotten in the rush, the interesting variety of dishes, drinks and overall flavors were impressive.
Had breakfast here the day after an event in Santa Clara with my daughter and two of her friends. The Cafe was very clean and uncluttered, with a beautiful display of hanging plants as a sort of separating wall between the counter area and the dining area. The service was good and our server was very friendly, attentive, and to the point even if a bit hard to understand with her very thick accent. The food was well presented, the Matcha drinks as pretty as they were delicious, and the plates and glasses were uniquely shaped adding to the experience. One complaint would be that my daughter's meal was served much sooner than the rest of our meals as it was a simpler recipe. And because she politely waited to eat until we were served, her eggs were cold and her avocado toast was quite soggy by the time our meals came and we began eating. She only enjoyed only a few bites which is a shame because it was so beautiful and vibrantly colored and the ingredients of all our meals were fresh and of premium quality. Along with which came a pretty hefty bill...🫨 Overall, a lovely end to a short but very fun trip.
The place was packed. My sister and I sat at the counter. . This was our first time eating at The Breeze Cafe. Service was slow at first but once someone took our order the service picked up. Everything I ate was good. The chorizo skillet, smores pancakes, and an Ube Latte. My cousin had the chipotle skillet and the banana matcha latte. She also enjoyed her meal and latte. I will go back.

You know the food was quite good we had eggs Benedict, the service was friendly and attentive, the location is great. We enjoyed all that part! Really the only thing (bing thing) missing is a vibe upgrade. Breakfast under florescent office lighting isn’t my ideal. If they simply took the same style pendant lights above their bar and put one once each table then turned off the fluorescent overhead lights it’d be quite cosy. Take their already started plant motif and add way more down their big wall throughout with a few wall pendant lights for accent. —That’d change the entire vibe. We’d come back for the food but I’ll think twice about being under the office lights. Music wise maybe switch to jazz cafe vibes music instead of department store pop.
I went to this restaurant to have breakfast with my family. It a very nice clean place with great interior. We ordered omelets and waffles. Omelette was good but hash brown was raw. That’s why I am giving 4 star. Service was great. Server and the manager were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend them.

The food was okay, but the cheesesteak sandwich could use more meat. The atmosphere was simple and looked undecorated. They need more decorations to make the environment lively. The service was extra slow. We waited 5-10 minutes for a server to take our order and deliver the check. Severely understaffed.
Me and a friend decided to come here for brunch so we decided — why not, let’s try a new place? (Especially because I was given the impression under her that this place was good). As a result, my hopes for this place were pretty high, and I had a pretty big appetite for an omelette or honestly for anything in general. However, my experience at this placed seemed quite mediocre, and while I loved the experience of the modern look of this place, the service and experience was not up to par with what I visioned it to be. Upon entry everything seemed to be okay… we got seated rather quickly and honestly we weren’t complaining because it was right next to the door! However, in the ordering process, we were rushed and that definitely was one of the many things I was peeved about. They kept on asking us if we were ready, and I was taken aback because we weren’t given any space, compared to the rest of the patrons there. I really liked the design of the menu, as it was basic and contained quite a bit of information — very straightforward though. Now comes the food portion — this one I was very critical of because this made my experience with this place both good and living hell at the same time. My friend got the chicken and waffles, and I got the veggie omelette (without mushrooms because I have a taste aversion to mushrooms) with a side of country potatoes and tortilla. While the chicken and waffles was good and very crunchy, I found my entree to be a little quite disappointing. The omelette in itself was fluffy and full of ingredients, but the country potatoes were very dry and barely had any moisture in them. They were way too peppered and not salted well enough — which made me had to add extra salt to get that acquired taste that I wanted. I would say the worst part was the tortillas. I shouldn’t be a big critic of this, but if you’re trying to do American-Mexican fusion brunch like this, at least… toast your tortillas like every other taqueria or panadería would? My tortillas came really dry and cold. There was no burn marks, and the tortillas tasted like straight cardboard. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very modern and sleek, which did elevate the experience just a little bit. I admire how much effort they put into making it feel vibrant enough for people to enjoy a good meal. Overall, would I come back here? If they improve their food quality and their customer service, I would come back. But I probably will not be back in the immediate time-being.

Food took 30+ mins, which is totally understandable given the weekend. But we ordered only 2 items and when they came 1. Chilaques inspire of saying no cotija cheese came with it (I had asked for it to be replaced with regular cheese) and next time it didn't have regular cheese, so took twice to get it right. 2. Took 15+ mins and 3 asks to get hot sauce 3. No toast was given with the order The server was apologetic, but still asking so many times for a simple meal could have been better
This is the second bad experience I’ve had with this place. The first time, I ordered to pick up. I got there right before the time they gave me, asked for my order, and they said it wasn’t ready. Fifteen minutes later, they finally handed me food that had clearly been sitting out the whole time — completely cold. The second time was even worse. We were seated with no menus, the food took more than 30 minutes to come out, and when it finally did, the taste and quality were way below what we’d had on previous visits. Very disappointing.
Servers were rude and forgot about our order. We had to literally walk up to them to remind that we had been waiting for 50minutes! Servers think they are being clever while avoiding our eyes, but we know what they are doing. On top of that food was meh!
Went here specifically for the Ube drink and Ube waffles but it wasn’t Ube. Rather when I asked the server if it was actually Ube and that it had tasted like taro, they said it was the same thing. To me, this was slightly misleading and a bit offensive. Passing off certain food taste as something else is very misleading and very distrustful. I can guarantee that, that not only I but my friends and family, will not revisit this establishment. However I will say that the service was not bad and that the atmosphere was pleasant and lively, just wished there was more bar seats.
Hour wait for food, dont bother on a sunday morning. Chilaquieles tasted like they were made by a toddler. No cotija, no chiles, eggs were scrambled, salsa was bland pico de gallo. Learn to cook.
TO THE OWNER: This was my favorite brunch place until today.. my toddler and I were waiting maybe around 40 minutes to get water , coffee, our order which was just omelette never came! My poor kid was crying hungry, I saw the waitresses bringing food and drinks to everyone but us.. I even went there told them about it, they complained they’re short staffed, although the place wasn’t super crowded.. maybe 6 tables? Anyways I got mad waiting and waiting no food, finally I decided to leave, the shameless waitress asked me to pay for the coffee that I sipped… nop ! I’m not going to pay you ! You waisted my time and my morning! Btw, I own business too, You guys either have to hire more people, or replace your employees!
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the unprofessional behavior of the owner, who refused to provide her name when asked. My group was next in line and politely requested to be seated at an available table rather than being squeezed into a booth. We were told that both the table and booth seated four, and that we would need to wait for the booth—despite the fact that a table was ready and the booth wasn’t. This made little sense, as we were supposedly being offered the "next available seating," but were passed over in favor of a group that arrived after us. When I asked to speak with a manager to clarify the situation before the other group was seated, the owner arrived, took the menus, and seated them anyway—completely ignoring our request. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Honestly, I’m glad we didn’t end up eating there. The place didn’t seem all that clean to begin with, and based on how we were treated, I have no desire to return.
On 2/14/26 @ 1:20pm i placed an order to go, The Breeze skillet. I was told approx 20 minutes to wait. I sat at the front counter & waited. Another customer next to me ordered 15 minutes after me. They received their meal before i received mine. I asked the young man who took my order what is happening. Turns out my order was sitting on a plate at the food counter for awhile. They packaged it up & I had to wait for my english muffin as they had not cooked that yet. My food was cold @ 2:10 when they brought it to me. Muffin was warm. I mentioned this to them & they said they would re-make it. 2 minutes later they handed me my order. REALLY? All they did was microwave it as the avocado laying on top was now HOT! Terrible customer service. Food was crap when I got home. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
The service was awful! There were booths available which we wanted to move to but they denied us and allowed the folks coming after us to sit. Our food was very delayed and servers never came back to ask anything, and on top of that they want minimum 18% tip, get off your high horse! I ordered $24 skillet and they gave me kids portion! Ube late was powdered sugar milk, way too sweet. So many better brunch places around, no reason to go here again!
What a horrible experience! My cousin and I wanted to grab lunch and this place was highly recommended. First of all we walked in and waited in line for about five minutes just to be told by another patron that there was no line, that we had to go up to the front to give our names. Nowhere at the front does it say sign-in and we had two servers walk by that didn't let he line of people know. Second, we asked the server, who took down my name and number, for a table and not a booth. He said that the wait would be about 20 minutes, which was fine. However, after 20 minutes we got the text that the table was ready and as we walked in the same server said to disregard that text message. Upon telling us that he said the wait would be another 20-30 minutes. We left. That's ridiculous!
