Best burgers in Bay Area

Great place, mushroom burger made with perfection and meat is fresh no frozen meat Italian burger my sister's favorite great portion and great taste. Great to come for lunch with family coworker date night awesome cooks awesome environment never disappoints always satisfied food are always consistent which is hard to find and reason why I'm always coming back with family. Even my brother from Hawaii can't wait to come back and eat here again.

Have eaten here over 10 years. The consistency and quality of food is excellent. The employees are proficient, courteous & efficient. Pleasant family restaurant. Good place to go after a hard day of work. Has met all the expectations I desire in a food establishment!!! Highly recommended to all!!! 💖💖💖

Tonight I was hungry I'm still close to work in San Jose. Dino's Grill is so good that I decided just to drive all the way back home just to have their clam chowder tonight. Their salads are always fresh and healthy. Eating here many times and I can say I have no complaints their food is always five star restaurant quality.

Completely messed my order (ordered pesto chicken and fries; got chicken alfredo and onion ring sticks) but love their food either way. Been a 2 year returning customer at this point.

Today we visited Dino's Grill in Newark California very excellent Greek food I shared Greek salad with my uncle he got a steak sandwich and I have a lasagna it was absolute perfection. Great staff great service. A girl named Christina took excellent care of us. Thank you Christina. We had trouble finding the place on the GPS so it's right across from Safeway it's well worth the trouble.... Five star rating!!!!!

Everytime I'm in the Bay, I have to eat there. I believe this is the oldest restaurant/caterer in Newark. Food and service is always excellent. Price is unbelievably affordable. Owner's have always supported the community. If you haven't patronized this gem, you should.

This is one of the best family restaurants that I have been too. For starters, the staff are super kind and friendly. I personally know the owner, and he is a great guy. The food is also very great and the staff make the food very well.

Cristina is an awesome host/waitress! The pasta is delicious! Also, the blonde woman is both beautiful & has a sweet soul, giving me mozzarella sticks on the house. Will get her name next time. 👍🏼

This place is super awesome! My family and I were first time customer's and I must say "best customer service ever". You don't get this type of service anywhere, now a days. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Amazing staff. The food is so delicious and a super chill place to go and dine in or take out. Were definitely a regular now. Absolute best food in the area! Greek salad, California Chicken sandwich, Chicken Parmesan and Minestrone soup are my family's favorites. Great service and prices. Take out is easy. Friendly owners.

Best Customer Service... I've ordered several catered meals and keep going back because of the the service. The food is always excellent and the service is equally as great. Would highly recommend Dino's Grill! Love this place and their staff.

Awesome Burgers, sandwiches and pasta. I've yet to have something which is not good. The people who work there are very nice and attentive. They will also make speacial orders if there menu allows. Can't go wrong eating here.

Dinos is a fantastic diner. You get a ton of good food for a good price. The fries are the best I've ever had and the chicken parm is in the top 10 of pasta I've eaten.

Wife and I had competing past the dishes and I can’t tell you which one was better! Wife had the rigatoni Bolognese and I had their popular fettuccine Alfredo dish! We’re in the area for one week a year, and we will definitely be back!

IMO, good pricing for what you get. We tried the Orange and Black Cherry cane soda, and liked both. Also had a chance to talk to the owner, very kind and down to earth. Worth stopping in for a bite if you have a chance.

A decent to fill your craving of good pasta. It is not a fancy pasta or anything. Down-to-earth and relatable. The portion is big and the mix of spaghetti and penne is not awkward at all. My only wish is that there is more meat in the dish (the meat part of the chicken Parmesan is quite small). Otherwise, it is awesome. The cashier person is nice too!

We went for lunch on a Saturday and the interior looked very airy and bright and welcoming because of all the windows. Owner was himself there and he made time to talk to everyone and made us feel very welcome. We ordered a Garden Burger and pesto fettuccine. Portion sizes are pretty big even now when all restaurants have reduced the size. Burger was juicy despite being veggie and pasta was drenched in very tasty pesto. I would highly recommend this place.

A hidden gem. Wonderful chicken there, you got to try the California spring salad (with chicken) or the California Chicken sandwich. Always fresh and tasty.

Absolutely the best gyro I've had in a very long time. The pita was so soft warm and fresh, the meat perfectly fine and most and the veg and sauce were just right. The service was available as well.

I always order the California Chicken Sandwich. Great taste but they now serve it on a dutch crunch roll. Different but still good. They misunderstood my last order and I received the Caoifornia burger instead. They offered to fix it but I didn't have time to wait. Good customer service.

Unfortunately, the food that was served to us was bland. The seafood alfredo was not creamy and it was too runny. They do have salt and pepper at the counter. The steak sandwich had no taste. It would help if they offered a sauce for it. Maybe horse radish sauce? The fries were very good though, but the soda fountain was what I enjoyed the most. It appears that they use cane sugar and it tasted like it. Overall, it was a good experience, but I wish they put some "color" to the food.

This is the chicken fettuccini Athenian, which comes with a lot of carrots, zucchini, and broccoli, which I appreciate. Needs more seasoning? Sure! But I don't mind adding it myself sometimes.

On a recent trip to San Francisco from Florida I yelped this place and read the reviews and decided to try it. Ordered a cheese burger and fries. With a side of onion rings. Everything was going smooth until I bit into my third onion ring there was a hard plastic material inside the fried part. I don't know if it was the plastic the onion came in or maybe not enough layers were peeled off correctly. Anyway the cheeseburger was good the bun is buttery and toasted. The soda machine was down so no fountain drinks but they offered bottle drinks which is fine but I love me a fountain drink with the burger.

Order the spaghetti and meatballs through doordash for my lunch at work. The pasta was so overcooked that it was like having grainy paste in my mouth. The meatballs were so rubbery. After 2 bites of pasta and 1 meatball, the whole meal went into the trash. DD won't do more than a $5 refund because of some new policy they have. But I literally had to go my whole 8 hr shift on pretty much just that. Thankfully, I ordered cheesesticks, and those were just basic, nothing special.
