Stephanie W was fantastic!!! We have become semi-regulars in our travels to southern CA. Stephanie W makes a great Manhattan and her customer service is above and beyond. Always happy to come back for a meal when we are in town!

First time at Outback and our food was delicious and our service was great because of our server Cameron. We ordered two filet mignon, baked potatoes, mac and cheese, and broccoli. Steaks were great and mac and cheese was super cheesey.

I had came into Outback to watch the Dodger game, unfortunately there was a problem with the apple tv. Justin right away let me actually use his Ipad to watch the game which is just outstanding service. Connor and Haley behind the bar were more than excellent, coming around making sure I was always good and even making jokes with me being very friendly. I would definitely recommend any of these three and will definitely be coming back super awesome time, thank you guys!!

I usually only come here the 1-2 times a year that I'm in the mood for a bloomin onion, but the past couple times I've been here have been pretty great, specifically because of the service. Our server today was Erick and he was fun & helpful, and really great about checking in with us and making sure everything was up to par. Our group had a great time!

Erick was an awesome server. Food was great. Mozzarella boomerangs had extra flair. The whole experience didn't disappoint.

We go out at least 3 times each week. We have noticed service at restaurants has seriously declined. Tonight we ate at Outback in Valencia and we had the best service we have had in the valley!! I haven’t been to Outback in ages! For some reason I thought I didn’t like it? Got the filet and lobster and it was delicious! Got it medium rare and it melted in my mouth. Had Haley as our server, she is great! She is very friendly and attentive!!!

Stephanie was rather one amazing server. She handled our table, the bar, and many more tables quite well, per our observation. She was extremely busy yet made sure we had everything we needed hands down. One of the best servers I've had at any Outback restaurant. That of which I very very seldom go to anymore due to the customer service. The food was a 4 out 5 for an Outback I would recommend for other travelers and locals to give them a try.

Food was decent, but overpriced for what you get… but what isn’t these days?! Server was friendly, but a bit “fire and forget”. We could have done with one or two check-ins during our meal, especially since they completely left off one of our sides and by the time we got our server’s attention we had finished the rest of our meal. The atmosphere is definitely chill, but the decor is super dated. Starting to feel a bit like a Golden Corral (buffet) as opposed to a sit down restaurant. Overall, they need to step up their game if they want to provide guests with a perceived value that even close to meets the prices they are charging.

Went in to catch the Monday night Football Christmas Eve game being a huge Raiders fan just leaving the bay that morning to return home to Phoenix. The place i wanted to watch it next door was more of a sporty bar but was closed so i came here instead. I was staying across the street at one of the hotels and wanted to stretch the legs. I was really impressed by the bartender and the cozy atmosphere with everyone dressed festive for the holidays. He had great customer service conversation and made some good drinks. Im big on when bartenders really can make the more special drinks and make them well. Thanks Server Bar B for making this travelers night a little more merry on Christmas Eve. I’ve been to several Outback restaurants and they have all been good. This one did not disappoint. Service was fast. A little too fast. Still eating our appetizers when our entrees came out. But we also ordered them at the same time. Server was super friendly. This Outback is easy to go to from the freeway. Photo is of the “new” Shark Bite. Word of advice, don’t order one if you are driving. (I was not)

I hadn’t been to Outback Steakhouse in quite a while, and I was genuinely impressed on this visit. I ordered the 12 oz sirloin, and my guest had the New York steak with a salad and a loaded baked potato. Both steaks were perfectly seasoned and cooked just right, we enjoyed every single bite. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout our meal. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth coming back for!

Visited for lunch, and was pleased by the range of specials offered. Nothing big, literally, just the right amount of food for a nice lunch. Service was OK, atmosphere too. Food was will prepared and presented. Best part was the value, almost unheard of in California anymore. Solid option for lunch.

Chicken & shrimp pasta - the chicken was dry; sirloin & shrimp was good, but steak is lean recommend adding the garlic butter

Whoever said a good steak needs to be expensive has not tried Outback. They are consistent with serving good food and service.

In the mood for steak that doesn't cost a fortune? My husband and I decided to give Outback Steakhouse a try. We ordered the center-cut sirloin and the rib eye medium rare and our steaks were cooked perfectly. Alex, our server was just the best and was there if we needed anything. Our sides were also good, with the exception of the asparagus, which for me was overcooked. I did however really like my sweet potato and my husband was content with his salad and mashed potatoes. The menu here is diverse enough to satisfy the members of your party with steaks, shrimp, salmon, pasta, prime rib, chicken, ribs, lobster tail, meatloaf and even more. Lots of add-ons/toppings for your steak, such as mushrooms, grilled onions, sauces, etc. (Maybe next time we will indulge in the bloomin' onion!) So, I would recommend checking out Outback on the Old Road, for tasty food and excellent service.

We ordered a medium and a medium rare sirloin. Both stakes were cooked appropriately, but both were not tender at all. The waiter was polite and good, but we had to ask to have refills. When refills were given, the empty glasses were left on the table. The serbice did improve towards the end of the meal when the restaurant became less busy. Overall, the food was good but could've been cooked better for the price. The same thing can be said about the service.

Went in Friday night around 6 pm with a party of 4. Haven't been to this restaurant or location in over 10 years. Looked different, but with an inviting vibe. No happy hour is offered. I asked. Decided on the blooming onion as an appetizer because you just have to. It tasted, just like I remembered. For dinner, we ordered the Sirloin and Rib dinner. I was very disappointed with the portion size and how much the dinner costs. Dinner for four came out to $160+. We will not be coming back.

The food was okay, I got the chimichurri steak with onions. It was a bit soggy and the food took a really long time to come out. I did try the loaded potato soup and it was exquisite. The coconut shrimp had a lot of breadcrumbs, the shrimp was so small. Overall, it was over priced for less than decent food. Will not be going back.

Very disappointed with the experience here and will not be returning. Took my girlfriend here for a long overdue date night and upon entering the restaurant we weren’t even greeted by the host. He stood there there for a second, glanced up at us with an annoyed scowl on his face and asks “for two?”. He then guides us to our table and slaps the menus on the table and quickly leaves. It looked about as appetizing as a rubber Sandel and it wasn’t even the cut she asked for and the staff tried to pass it off as a filet Mignon. My steak wasn’t cooked to medium rare and it was more like medium well. We asked if they could take her food back and after waiting about 15 minutes they bring the food out again and it’s still overcooked. They take it back again but by this point my girlfriend doesn’t even want the food anymore since we’ve already been there for over an hour. My girlfriend left to sit in the car and I was just waiting to pay the bill. The manager comped us the blooming onion and her food and that’s great but the whole experience was just really frustrating because we already don’t get to have a lot of time together just the two of us and we chose to eat here because that’s what she really wanted. After two bad experiences at this Outback location in a row, I can confidently say I will not be returning and I will be weary of going to other locations in the future.

I ordered their lamb (medium rare) two pieces of the rack were cooked perfectly, however, the third one came out rare. My husband ordered the ribs and chicken. When his meal came out the ribs were drenched in BBQ sauce as well as burnt, his chicken came out over cooked and dry. They forgot my kids food so I had to ask my waitress about it. I would rate the food a negative number if I could. The most horrible takeout steak I ever had. I ordered the ribeye, Absolutely the worst ! It was tough, overcooked, and dried out. I won’t hold my breath. Not only is the food at this location the worst, but they also lie to you. So the customer service as well as the food is equally atrocious.

The food was really dry and the portions are extremely small And the price for anything. Is so expensive , price gauging for sure.

The fries tasted like wasabi. They had a weird smell, bag packaged cheese not fresh. The Mac and cheese has regular sandwich cheese. And the onion literally tasted like breading. That was $30 for the order!

Spent 1 hour waiting for my food. I ordered a medium rare steak got a well done then I asked for them to switch it for a medium rare since that's what I ordered they then came back with a rare as can be steak. I ended up asking them to take it off my receipt since I had waited an hour and never got my steak. They agreed to take it off the bill but I ended up leaving without having a steak at "outback steakhouse" but they did let me have the sides for free. Also I don't recommend that fried shrimp appetizer because it was really salty and you have to force yourself to it. The server was professional and gave good service but the cooks need to be trained on how to cook a steak.
