I was very impressed with the cleanliness, even the bathrooms were very clean and smelled fresh. I was very happy with my Diet Coke - lately everywhere I go it tastes flat but it was satisfying. My sandwich and fries were freshly made hot and delicious. Lettuce and tomato on my famous star were fresh. I will be going back.

This location has a manager named Jamie who is fantastic. She was so kind and helpful. She had such an incredibly pleasant demeanor, which really makes for a positive experience. I really appreciated her. I want to mention that the district manager Stephan Goldberg is fantastic as well. He rectified a situation for me in the nicest way possible and he was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

The Green Burrito was surprisingly good. I remember going to these restaurants with my dad in the 1990s (before Carl’s Jr. took over). I decided to visit this location and get a standard green burrito with steak for old time’s sale. Pretty darn good actually for a fast food steak burrito. Tasted closer to what you’d get at a non-fast-food Mexican restaurant than other fast food burritos. Clean, near-empty location around 11:00 AM on a Tuesday. If

First trip to Carls Jrs. The burger was a triple decker really big Carl. The meat was well cooked, charred, on the outside, moist on the inside. The veggies in it were crisp and larger than your typical diced lettuce. Actually the lettuce stood out. It was what you'd have at a picnic. The bread was similar to any fast food bread. The industry needs to use higher quality, chewy bread. The fries were ok. I'd say i rste them between McD and In n Out. This location had diet dr pepper as a drink and a larger selection of drinks. However not like the larger on demand machines. Overall:. I'd drive past In n out to get here but i wouldn't complain if i stopped at In n Out. Also i did not try the tacos or burrit8 that looked quite good.

Adriel lopez has given me excellent customer service every single time ive purchased a milkshake from this location. Not only does this young boy give me my shakes on time but he gives performances as he makes them. Adriel goes to theater classes in his free time and does small performances while making my shakes to give me a laugh while waiting. Excellent customer service all around especially adriel lopez, food was kinda mid and a little pricey. would recommend if adriel is working that day 👍

Carls Jr off of Lyons Ave in Santa Clarita at about 9pm on Tuesday 11/19/3024. The server kept me waiting for 8 min before I was able to place my order. I expected it to be very busy based on how long it took to place my order, but when I pulled to the window, there wasn’t a single person on the restaurant and no other cars waiting in line. The server came to the window yawning and kept touching her face and rubbing her eyes. I found it very disgusting to think that she would also be touching my food with her unsanitary hands. She never gave me my total and was very rude when handing me my food. She even became angry and annoyed when I asked for BBQ sauce, and rolled her eyes as she put it in my bag. It seemed as though I was bothering her by placing an order and for making her put my bag together. This was overall a horrible experience, and I will not be returning to this location again.

Worst burger ive ever had from this chain. It was soggy, and put to gether horribly. It was just a famous star, im never coming back here it was 10bucks for a burger that fell apart.

I would give them 0 stars both orders of chicken strips were so over cooked that it was a waste of 30.00 dollars. Disgusting that this is there jobs to make food and they can't deliver. Booo Carl's Jr. These 5 star reviews are trash. Update manager offered to give me free chicken strips I declined and asked for my money back. No reply back. DONT EAT HERE!!!

This place became disgusting. I see the reviews and I don't believe it. I think they paid bots to have 4 stars. I've been 5 years since I moved here. I visit this restaurant often and Patricia made me hate it. She has no vocation for customer service. She's a bad worker. I don't know how they can have her working even there. The other day I took the trouble to talk to another person who was taking my order and asked her about that person and if it was only with the customers that she behaved badly and she replied that it's one of the worst that they have already reported to the manager and she doesn't care. The peace of mind of her other workers. It's sad that they don't worry about what happens in their business.

Can't complain about the friendliness of the staff here, that's always on point. But what there is to complain about is I can never receive a good breakfast for $12. If the biscuit isn't hard, the tots are gross and if by some miracle the food is actually good like this morning, then the soda is warm and flat. After months of occassionally popping in to give this location another chance, I'll just go to the other Newhall location from now on.
