You absolutely have to try this place if you love ice cream or bionicos. They have pre made paletas in several flavors, ice cream also in several flavors. You can get fruit here, my go sweet snack is strawberries and bananas with cream and granola. They also serve those hot cheetos with nacho cheese and street corn in a cup. Lots of little neat goodies can be found here.

Ice cream is great ...but every time I get an elote entero they always cover the elote with Chile powder to the point where I can't eat it... Even when I tell them not to put so much they do it . Waste of money when it comes to elotes

The Place smelled a little run down , that service was great. Staff was very inviting. The only problem was the smell of the location. Definitely not the smell you want to be smelling when walking into a treat food location.

Well the ice fruit paletas always good. But no place to sit. The restroom is not for the public. The displays for the menu items not working. The napkin dispenser was empty. Prices should be discounted since the place has some issues. And yes, like someone said, there is a smell, like a not clean bathroom smell.

I just want to say it says that it closes at 10 pm and I show up there at least at 9 pm and it was closed?? And the things there are alright I guess but no offense but the smell there is not it and the service takes way too long so sorry a 2 star 3 problems:/

Bad customer service . The worker messed up on my order , I came back to tell her she messed it up and instead of her remaking it she offered to give me something else on the side . That’s not what I asked for !! I told her to remake it and she told me she couldn’t , when I asked for my money back she refused! Will never return here again !

Much agreed with lots of the reviews the past year or so, especially the most recent 2. The lady seems sweet, but really, she is rude and has no understanding of customer service. My scoop was small and even a little melted. I wish the other ladies were still working there. I think they are new owners because they don't know a thing. I'm definitely making the drive to a different location. My kids loved this spot because of how close, but we will travel elsewhere that deserves our money.

Paid $20 for 2 bags of hot Cheetos with cheese!! They refused to accommodate the difference. They also don’t let me know the xtra hot Cheetos are $3 more expensive! They took off their prices/ menu. The normal hot Cheeto bag is $4 and the extra hot is $7. She told me “sorry we can’t help you I’ll have to train the girls better” just stealing peoples money

Ordered two coffees and tasted horrible. Went to ask for a refund and the lady was rude and said they don’t offer refunds. The guy offered to make a different coffee and it was still nasty as hell. Regardless if the coffee tasted like rotten milk they should be able to provide you with a refund. Never heard of a place where they don’t until today. Wouldn’t recommend going here

Came in today for the first time because I was craving a esquite but it didn't taste like a original esquite at all. It wasn't that good and the corn was too soft and didn't have so much flavor. They don't even use the right cheese. It tasted bland.
