Trying to save time by ordering online ended up wasting time. The upside of the story is that the staff at the store went out of the way to make sure that I was happy and that my order was correct. Great job, guys. Oh yeah, the pizzas were done perfectly and were absolutely delicious.

Excellent customer service and 95% perfect! Well, although they did made one or two mistakes on my orders but they corrected it right away. Come on...who doesn't make mistakes?! Great staff and they are working hard all the time. My daughters love to see them. Thank you Andrew and Jaysa! Keep up the good work!

Their pizza is very good. I like to order pepperoni and pineapple. I also like to order Italian sausage and olives. I usually order curbside pickup. They have a new rule where if they're not out to your car and have it delivered within 2 minutes you get a free pizza on your next order. It just happened my last order they didn't come out within 2 minutes so I won myself a free pizza next time I order with them.

Would give it 5 stars, but you need to put more sauce on the pizza. It’s like I’m eating cheese bread. When I ordered it with extra sauce it was just the normal amount of sauce your supposed to put on it.

Made exactly how I ordered it but the wait time was about 20 minutes past the shown pick-up time. Good taste and would order again.

A good establishment; however, very, very seldomly, they will deliver your order quite late. But, when this happens, they almost always apologize and provide you with a coupon or free meal for your next order. They are easy to order from, and the delivery people are very nice and professional.

Good and bad. Good is that Domino's as a whole has the best day for pizza. The crust is always edible and tasty; the sauce choices are plentiful, the toppings are great quality, and they make your pizzas fast. The bad about this location is that half or more of the workers are incompetent. With the alternative sauces they either or to little where it's too dry or way too much of you all for a little extra to make up for their lack of skill putting it on in the first place. I've been to other Domino's locations and ordered a white sauce and it comes out great. I've even had one or two from here that did as well but most of the time here they come dry. This doesn't happen with red sauce because they put it on differently. With any other sauce it's by weight so somehow they screw it up and it comes out dry. If you ask for just a tiny more to make it not dry they down it. Logic says if you have "this" much and it's dry and you add "THIS" much and it's too soggy then obviously there's a middle ground between those two amounts that will get it right but they can't comprehend more than two amounts. So it's a bit of roulette with who is making your pizzas whether or not you'll get a good pizza.

The waiting time was probably 5 to 7 mins. Will try again.

I find it strange that this business states that the $3.99 delivery charge that is assesed for their employee using their personal vehicle to have the balls to say “ the delivery charge does not go to your driver . Please tip them with awesomeness “ or something to that effect . So basically , ‘ we don’t take care of our employees ... In fact, we keep the upcharge they they go fetch for us ... here, you take care of their needs ... it’s not like their our employees ‘. Just like bill burr says about corporations and their greed “ how big does your f* Ckin yacht have to be ?!” . Sad thing is I’m sure your poor drivers get stiffed on tips because of your greed . This all has to stop . Love the pizza and the employees ... just hate how corporate tea bags them ... it’s an allowed culture that we are all tricked into .

I have been here about 3 or 4 times within 10 days. Every single time, the order was made incorrectly. Also, their EBT machine was down, so they phoned another location to make the payment, but recently they said they can't keep doing that. I'm not impressed with the quality or the service.

Man I miss the old crew before this Domino's Pizza burn down these new kids want 15 bucks an hour and can't even get the order right even after I called in immediately after my internet order they still got it wrong smh😢😢😢😢😆 you seriously want 15 bucks an hour but you can't do your job unbelievable maybe you should Google the word diligence

I placed an order at 3 oclock and the website said delivery time was 33 minutes. The quality check was at 324 and still i have not received my order. Its been almost an hour and still no order.

Very poor service and a "dont really care" attitude from some of the staff... Waited for an additional 18 min after they said my carry out would be ready... was not offered any apology ...very disappointed... guess we are going back to pizza hut

I've ordered pizza from this location to times before in both instances the pizza arrived cold and an hour and a half after I ordered it. I think Domino's makes the best pizza but at this particular location has lost my business forever

This dominoes is so unprofessional how do you keep taking off wings and putting them on if you know you sell that product more then anything then double up on the wings when you oder it for your store like really unprofessional how can you enjoy pizza without wings like you guys need to stop it up you get 1 star for lack of having a product you guys advertise everyone on TV and on your store.

I order deliveries more time from this location than what I can count but for over a month this location has been closed due to the Thirsty Cow restaurant fire. Everytime I call it says they are under maintenance. Passed by a couple times and seen everything covered with plastic. When will this location be open because no other Domino's will deliver to Rowland Heights?!

Managed this store 20 years ago, ordered a pizza at 709, at 820 it still wasn't even started. I'm embarrassed at how slow the best pizza maker is and her excuse saying shes been working for 7 hours. It was 820 and your best pizza maker started working at 1pm on a Saturday. I never had 2 canceled orders in a minutes span ever for being slow.

Not the best for on time order. I ordered on line at 12:18 and said it will be ready in 22 minutes. I was at the store at 12:35 pm and was told to wait for 5 minutes. After 20 minutes my order not ready yet so I requested them to cancel it and walk away.

We TRIED ordering pizza on the 24th and got an estimated time of 42-52 minutes, no big deal. 75 minutes later, my wife called twice and the rude girl said, "if you don't see the driver in 2 mins, call back." We called back.. she rudely said "it's due to the holidays, rain and traffic". It wasn't raining and we live less tha. A quarter mile away.. Plus, dominos tracker said our pizza was in the quality check que after 95 minutes so the driver was never nearby like she said. They gave us the run around and we ended up cancelling the order and went out for dinner. Wish we didn't waste 2 hours.. last time ordering dominos

I don't know how the franchise owners can understaff their stores like this. He deserves a raise! He was sweating and visibly frustrated but still was polite and kind. Hope the owners read this review and make some staffing changes!

Whether they drench the pizza to where it seeps through the box and onto the seats of my car or just making the pizza soggy. So I always checked no garlic on my order to ensure I didn't have these issues anymore, however they seem to always put garlic on the pizza even though it clearly says no garlic. Now I would have to wait for my pizza to be made a second and sometimes even a third time with no garlic. Fine you win Dominos I just won't order hand tossed pizzas anymore because you clearly don't care when a customer doesn't want garlic. Their pan pizzas by default don't come with any garlic so that's my only option. I'm not a big fan of pan pizzas but if it makes it easier for them employees I guess that's what I'll have to order going forward. And to my surprise they still put garlic on the pan pizza. I hope anyone that's reads this gets a Great laugh out of this review. Believe me this Dominos is a joke can't even get a 1 topping pizza on a Tuesday afternoon correct.

I rarely ever write reviews... but tonight has me extremely ticked off. This is review is ONLY for the owner and management of this location.. how dare you call yourself a business owner/manager if this is how you run your business. You literally have one girl in the back making pizzas and one driver delivering. I ordered at 6:15pm and waited until 7:30pm to give this store a call and when nobody picked up the phone I drove to the store location to see what’s going on. To my despair, I see one girl working in the back sweating like she’s working inside a sweat shop. Having been in the food industry, I know you were informed weeks to months in advance when a special promotion will be presented either online or in-store especially if it’s $10.99 for any order up to 5 toppings. Did you really think there won't be a large amount of orders and it was plausible for two employees during dinner time? You straight up knew this promotion would be happening weeks to even a months to prepare for this. Either you’re ignorant or really some kind of special person to let your employees work in this kind of condition. I really hope you were working today to hold share of the burden... I've been in restaurant business for half my life and I would never have my employees go through this level of discomfort without myself being present to share. Instances like this are textbook examples of why food services receive a bad reputation for "places to work at." Get your roof/ceiling repaired…how can you let water drip down where food and customers exchange greetings and transactions. To the girl who took care of me, bless you and also the driver you're both the 5 star service. Even in miserable conditions you were both committed to completing what you have to do today. If this post gets removed… I’m going straight to corporate.
