It was 15mins till closing and the worker still had a smile on his face and let us order what ever we wanted. Thank you so much' we were hungry and really not much else open.we were so happy the worker let us in. Great employee he definitely deserves a raise still giving 5 star service 10mins before ditching the apron

Your pizza quality did the work for you. I had family over for game night and they had stated they stopped purchasing Pizza Hut because of how disgusting it was with all the grease. That was about 15yrs ago. They enjoyed it so much they stated they will give Pizza Hut another chance.

There is a $12 delivery fee sure charge that you must pass to get delivery. Always go in the store there are better deals in store and online. Their deals will change monthly and from season and from what team is playing on the television, that means you football fans. Always asked for cheese and peppers when over the phone or ordering online, your chances are that if you’re delivering a pizza by Pizza Hut you’re going to have a hard time getting cheese and peppers from the delivery boy. They are not all perfect they are not all great but it’s pizza right?

This Pizza Hut is Very SHADY! Managers are unprofessional! They Do Not Care about the employees or customers..I've seen this personally! They CHARGE A SURCHARGE for unexplained reasons! Not For Delivery... When I told the manager..." You guys are getting over on the customers..he agreed . YES! But we charge! I had ordered A Total of 3 pizzas and walked the Hell out! When the manager could not explain what the "Surcharge" was for. Please West Covina! Do Not Go to the Pizza Hut on Nogales and La Puente Rd

No one was operating the front, even though i was there and my order was ready for over 10 minutes. I could hear them chatting in the back having some personal conversation so I had to stand around and yell for someone to come to the register so i could finally get my food. Then i got some bad attitude from the worker. This place hires a bunch of high school kids to run their business, and it shows in their service and food. Not coming back to this branch.

I order wings for my son - First time my wings were raw next time they made my medium wings very very hot - i took the wings and asked for new ones and they manager would not correct the situation offering me a 5.00 credit for wings that I took back to the store with all but 1 piece stating they used the wrong sauce - the manager that I had to wait 15 minutes for - told me that I was wrong and also told me since I had a bad experience last time and a bad experience this time to never come back.

E that the EBT was down in the area, when I just used it next door for drinks at CVS. After reading the comments I went in to bring it to his attention and he really could care less to resolve and frustration or be a good manager. When this place goes out of business I will not be surprised and it will be about time. No corporate to complain to either.

My pizza order was order was ready in 8 minutes is pizza frozen ??? I order supreme pizza I received a bbq chicken horroble who eat chicken bbq pizza? I paid $25.99 not like it was cheap, I asked for condiments I was told it was an additional charge For peppers and cheese I order buffalo hot wings there was no ranch dressing. Was not offered napkins. Very unhappy customer first time last time ordering from Pizza Hut will never go back horrible experience for my first time....anaisa

if could I would give a minus stars Pizza Hut is my favorite Pizza but there front service is going downhill I Ordered a pizza online and when I went to pick it up my order was gone, they couldn't find in there system and when they did fend it they had gave it to someone else, this has happen to me at less 6 times at this store but this the manager Alex was very rude his solution was to take a new order and wait 30 minutes or send a complain on line sins there was nothing else he can do to help me telling me to move a side sins there are customers waiting, I'm So disappointed. I Won't be ordering Pizza Hut from this location ever again!

Just spoke with the so called store manager, who does not know how to do her job. She was very rude not understanding at all. I called because they didn't have change for a $100 for a $40 order, which to me doesn't make sense. Her crew then went on to tell my boyfriend to go to CVS to get the change. Last time I checked if I'm paying for the services it's you that is suppose to accommodate me. When asked if it was franchise or corporate owned she answered corporate owned, she answers with a great amount of attitude franchise. When asked to hear from her franchise owner she rudely asked for my number and hung up! What kind of service is this?! She has no right to call herself a manager if this is way she is acting!! Before I could ask who I was speaking with she had hung up!! Better believer they will be receiving a phone call from me daily until I hear from their franchise owner! I'm sure due to her lack of customer service skills this Pizza Hut is losing a lot of business!

Watch your online purchases I was charged twice for a pizza called to asked if we could fix the problem useless manager Brittany was rude on the phone and in person. refused to speak to me and had her employee say she was at the bank, on a Sunday sure, and would not help when I walked in. Had to involve police and she better believe I'm involving corporate, way to go PIZZA HUT hiring useless people like her, at least the delivery guy there was professional and courteous, take notes on that Brittany
