The original shredded beef burrito is amazing. Sometimes it's a struggle to my order right.... might be me though.

I showed up here yesterday about 5:00-5:15PM and ordered an Original "Carne Asada" burrito and over the speaker, it clearly sounded like the person taking drive-thru orders actually understood what I said when I was repeated my order back to me the way I ordered, but after leaving the restaurant location and getting back home to eat my food, it turned out that my actual burrito was not placed in my bag, but swapped with some type of "mystery meat" burrito. Suggestion to all; eat your food at the window to make sure your orders are correct, otherwise you will not return to Miguel's Jr. simply because you like their food. Don't believe me? Gave it another try, if you think you're getting Mexican just turn around and go elsewhere. Ordered the asada burrito and I got a lumpy burrito shaped thing with 6 little pieces of meat and a whole lot of refried beans and cold yellow shredded cheese.

Personally I didn't like the food is not Mexican nor American is a mix and match, it was empty when we arrived at brunch so I wonder, I don't think I would visit again

Look at this my Granddaughter order a Bean and Cheese Burrito and the bottom fell out before we could even leave the parking lot what a disappointment 😞 just sloppy i had to go park and get her a plate so she could eat it with a fork. PLEASE take your time to wrap your burritos correctly

Drive thru employee kept talking over me while placing my order . Then when I got to the window to pay I was ignored and the two girls (employees) kept going on in their personal conversation. I also ordered one of my burritos wet . I always make sure my items are flat, and when I got home, the container was open, and most of my sauce was all over the other food and at the bottom of the bag. I called back to tell them the containers were not secured. I was told it was a known problem and was told to come back and get the order again. Look, I'm just going to say this Go to another location this one has had constant issues we keep trying to give them business since its the closest to our home and is still 15 minutes away. Drive the extra 5 minutes and go to the original Miguel's Jr. On sixth street. They are always happy for your business.

Worst Miguel’s original chile verde burritos t this location I always eat at Miguel’s jr in multiple locations but this one cashier from drive thru super rude giving attitude 1st I order 2 chile verde original burrito one of them 1 wet she gave me both 2 the same I didn’t wanted to go back so I jst let it slide plus both burrito were super dry rice was recooked nd meat was super dry plus the burrito was nothing but rice nothing to do like the other locations I’ve been 🤮

I finally have to speak up, been coming here 30 years and usually get the combo plates which I love! Well some person high up decided to scrap the open restaurant style plates with smaller compartment plates, everything gets cold fast, the Chile releno was on top of enchilada, the compartment sides make it difficult to cut with knife. PLEASE go back to open plates!! if it isn't broke don't fix it!!

Had delivery. Carnitas plate, meat extremely dry and stringy, flour tortillas thin and heated until crisp. Chili verde pork plate missing corn tortillas entirely. Food was cool when received. Not satisfactory at all.

I tried their adasa nachos. The meat was dry. Chips were burnt. The salsa was sour. It's what happens when you go franchised. Miguel's Jr was good over 20 years ago. Will never go back.

Food was horrible, I got the chicken enchilada plate. The rice was hard , the chicken had no flavor and the sauce was just not it. I would not recommend this place to anyone . But the staff was nice.

Miguels Jr. You need to get back to what you WERE good at and get rid of all this new crap. Your asada used to be SO good- better than most restaurants. I don't know what meat you're using now but it is disgusting- flakes like fish, no texture. I'm shocked people eat it. Get back to your roots for the love of mexican food.

Just a moment ago we left Miguel’s Jr. and we never had a problem until today. Ordered extra crispy taco plate, Destiny S did not care to replace the non-touched plate. My returned plate sat on the counter for a long time that my husband picked it up again and returned it to me. After we ate, he did speak with Destiny S who took our order, whom my husband mentioned that the tacos were not crispy, she has no care and my husband to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager, my husband asked for her name, she said “I’m not giving you my name” my husband walked away and I picked up her name from the receipt. Not only she had no care, the young man there was on his cell phone while my husband returned to get my plate as his plate was getting cold.

So this is how big a large chips container is now? This is less than half of the amount that usually comes with a large. Ridiculous for the price

This Miguels jr sucks thin burrito I understand shrinkflation but rice beans cheap but that not even bad part the rice was hard and raw 🤢 this Miguels is not doing justice to the company Ive been to many other Miguels and there Great but I don't recommend you go to this one

The experience started with a mute counter person. I assume she was mute because she didn't speak, just mumbled incoherently. As for the food, it is unedible. The tortilla is too thin to support the weight of all of the grease that is on this burrito. 2 bites in and it had fallen apart, I needed a shower and the table was a mess. Imagine the mess if you would have tried eating this in your car! I'm not really sure I can address the taste because the sight of all the grease caused me to stop eating. I love supporting family businesses but unfortunately this one I can't.
