Dulce was kind, even though my sandwich was cold, she immediately warmed it back up. Her skills of communication were good, and i was satisfied with my complex order. I had a good time in there. =) I live really far away from there but I would like to come back, I just wish that the AC would be fixed.

It was 3 people working when we came in. All busy and we had to wait, which on this day I didn't mind. When we were finally helped, about 10, 15 minutes later, 2 guys clocked out and left 1. He was good but slow. It was us only in the restaurant, and then it began to get crowded. The person was serving one at a time. Guy was friendly but slow.

The staff here is friendly at times and other times not so much. It's been hot out here in Dallas and I don't blame them for being in a bad mood standing close to ovens all day long. Check your attitude ladies, you do a SPLENDID job everyday! Don't spoil it 😊

I go there quite often for my wife and it seems like there's different faces there every time so I guess that's why I get her order wrong sometimes. The last time I was there I had to tell the guy that an Italian BMT doesn't take turkey! But they are usually very friendly and nice there.

Worst Subway I've been to. My wife and I ate there, both ordered something different, yet we still thought the food tasted off, and got nauseated indegestion burping up Subway. The staff was rude with not a courteous or hospitable bone in their body. Not going back. Spend your money somewhere else.

They charged me for vegi patty sub, which was more expensive than meat subs. They didn't have the decency to tell me they were out of the patties. They stuffed my sandwich with pickles and peppers. The night before Thanksgiving and we were home looking at a pickle sandwich.

$17 wasted to be disappointed :(, ordered online and they gave me wheat bread instead of italian herbs and cheese, the chicken is different than other locations ive had this same sandwhich, also only got a single small strip of bacon on one half of the sandwhich, and they didn't put any baja chipotle sauce.

Never order online. Idiots. They won't have what you ordered and make you something else and then don't cancel your order. And you can't cancel your order on the subway website or app. I will never visit this again and suggest everyone else before ordering anything to make sure they have it. They added yellow mustard which I have a allergy of. Where are veggie patties.

This place won't let you choose your own vegetables or condiments to put on your sandwich anymore. Told me that they charge extra just to put onions on it because the description doesn't say onions. I left, there are plenty of other sandwich shops that care to serve their customers. I will be removing this location from my lunch stop places.

We arrived at 8:45 pm and the girl/lady was finishIng up with a customer and told me that was the last one, they were closing. The sign outside still Said open and the light was on, just really bad customer service. You have to arrived an hour before closing to see if they can take your order.

The manager was extremely rude. They refused to break a $100 bill for a $27 order. They couldn’t do a safe drop and let me wait for the change. The manager got snippy and snatched my food off the counter making me stand there and hold up the line while I figured something else out because this store is unprepared. Which is crazy considering it’s right off an extremely busy highway and constantly has high foot traffic. If you work in the medical field, settle for McDonald’s because they won’t have the time to make your sandwich or help trouble shoot their own store issues. The food was edible to say the least. Probably not the best veggies though.
