Small run deli with great customer service. French dip and Avocado beef sandwich were all out delicious! I highly recommend the potato salad it was very creamy and tasty. The food here doesn't disappoint and leavs you satisfied with their portions.

Went with a friend for lunch. She had just taken an order which gave us time to look over the extensive items on the menu. We both ordered the Surf and Turf Burritto. Fabulous taste. We parked in the back (no problem) and took a walk on the beach afterwards. Wonderful location, we ate outside with a view of the waves. Will go back to try other items on the menu. Great place! Went back and had the Burrito with Curly Fries and Nacho sauce. Incredible. My friend had the ABC burger, juicy and tasty.

I visited this deli for the first time on 11/12/2025. I ordered the Italian Sub Sandwich and it was the BEST Italian Sub I have ever tasted! Not to mention the price was excellent. I was able to make two meals out of one price. The meat was excellent as well as the tasty cheese. The service I received was warm and friendly and the atmosphere was inviting. The next morning I went for a walk and stopped in to say hello and to rave about how good the sandwich was and I couldn’t help but order a breakfast bagel with all the ingredients. Now, I’m a bread woman so I know good breads when I taste them and if I may say, the bagel was toasted, yet still soft and tasty to the pallet. I can’t wait to see what other delicious meals I will have the pleasure of ordering in the near future. With much gratitude and love, Cynthia.

The food was so good that we came back the next day for more. Service is excellent, the workers were super kind and attentive with everything we asked for. Interior is very clean, open seating, convenient bathroom access, soda refills. We got the surf and turf burrito and surf and turf burrito. The shrimp is HUGE and they give you a ton of it. We also got an order of fries for our boys to split and that was more than enough to share. Our family will definitely be visiting this spot every time we're in Oceano.

Where do I start? It's December and the negative low tides are the best times to harvest Pismo Clams. After harvesting our limit, it's late afternoon and I am Huuuuuungry! I needed something only protein could full fill. I came upon this place and saw the 4.8 star reviews and thought, Why not? The pictures looked great and prices were reasonable. At first glance, it looks like a deli on the outside but when you go inside, you can hear the sound of carne asada searing on the flat top grill and its intoxicating aroma permeating your olfactory. I took one look at the menu and saw Surf and Turf Burrito, loaded fries and Shrimp Tacos. I had to get it. The fries were crisp, the asada was savory and beefy, and the shrimps! Omg the shrimps were so plump and juicy! The chipotle sauce they had on the fries and tacos were the perfect balance of spicy and creamy. Every bite made me yearn for the next until finally, nothing left. It was the perfect ending to a succesfull clamming session. This is my new go to spot and I am so glad they're literally walking distance down to the beach. The sandwiches are good but the Surf and Turf Burrito, Shrimp Tacos and Surf and Turf Fries are to die for! I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a flavorbomb! Don't forget the salsa!

This place is a hidden gem! Everything was amazing. The woman at the counter was very pleasant and helpful with recommendations. We ordered the Italian sub, the Island burger, and the small bites grilled cheese for our son. We also tried the potato salad, mac salad, and fries. Our food was super tasty and fresh. Definitely one of the best burgers and subs we've ever eaten. Will definitely return if we're ever in the area again.

Our first time eating here. This place has changed ownerships so many times over my time living here, we wanted to try this new one! Got the BOGO coupon from FB, ordered the Pismo Pastrami hot sando, the surf & turf burrito, and the chicken strips meal for the kiddo. Overall delicious food! Sandwich and burrito are big, could potentially split with someone if you’re a light eater. We will definitely be back :)

I went into this little shop in hopes of getting some fried flour tortilla chips, although they had never heard if this Ms.Fabi, was very open to my request. She made a large batch to perfection, I also purchased pico and salsa, which was great! I had leftovers for breakfast the next day. Thank you again Fabi. The hospitality and food are a must have, y'all go try her shop out, you will be glad you did!!

My friend and I stopped in while visiting the beach. We liked it so much that we ate there the next day. Had the Lazy Boy burger the first day and it was very good, but the Turkey Chipotle sandwich the next day was excellent! The hospitality was also above and beyond! If I'm ever in the neighborhood in the future I'm definitely stopping in!

We arrived late after a walk on the beach… at closing time. But we were invited in, and the food was delicious! What a great little deli and burger shop!! Family owned, and this place is worth stopping by! Don’t miss out!!

Fabulous food served with a smile by a gracious staff. We walked in just a few minutes before closing half expecting to be turned away, but they welcomed us with open arms and made it clear they were more than happy to take care of us, even though it resulted in their staying open 20 minutes later than normal. Great place to stop for food before heading out onto the dunes.

Love this place!! Pastrami was brisket style and the closest to my pastrami that has the little bit if juicy fat in it. Bread and toppings were delish!! Got Hawaiian chips with it. We sat outside w the dog so it was nice. Nearby I got a smoothie w the freshest juice. So many great places to shop at nearby.

I got the veggie sandwich. The vegetables were fresh and good portions. It just needed something to add a little zip either pickle the cabbage and or onions. The sandwich came with chips. Sounds like their other sandwiches are very popular.

Unacceptable Policy and Unkind Service – Would Not Recommend I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was deeply disappointing and deserves to be shared. During a recent visit, we asked to use the restroom in what was clearly an emergency situation—public facilities nearby were occupied, and as a physician I can empathize how timely access is sometimes medically necessary. Despite having already purchased a bottle of water, the staff refused restroom access, stating that “one bottle doesn’t cover the cost of the restroom.” We were forced to buy a second bottle just to use the facilities. The young woman at the front desk was not only rigid about this policy but also noticeably rude and lacking in compassion. There was no attempt to understand or accommodate the urgency of the situation. What’s most frustrating is that I would’ve gladly supported the business further—perhaps even bought food on our way back. But the blatant insensitivity and transactional coldness left a lasting impression. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable or humiliated over basic human needs. I will not be returning, and I strongly discourage others from supporting a business that prioritizes profit over decency.
