My wife and I went here to get a couple of their sandwiches for lunch as she was working in the area. Sandwiches were great. Staff were friendly. If we're in the area again I wouldn't mind stopping by again.
Service was friendly and fast. Sandwich was prepared as requested. Order taken to go to be enjoyed with a view of the ocean from the Oceano Sand Dunes. Not a bad combination!
Both my friend and I were very impressed with our sandos today. They were made so well, all the toppings laid out so every bite was just amazing. I called and was told the person who made them was Rosa. They were done on time, exactly as we ordered. We appreciate you, Rosa!
This is a good Subway store. All my veggies were fresh as far as I could tell. Staff was courteous and quick to serve. I would definitely recommend you this Subway in this particular town. I had about 5 people in front of me ordering multiple sandwiches and I was able to get mine in under 10 minutes out the door. Seemed like they could have maybe used one person extra behind the counter but the employees were fast and proficient. Good job thanks for a filling lunch
I came here once nearly a year ago on a detour 25 minutes from my house and now this is the only Subway I’ll go to since. The worker Holly here is so kind and has the best customer service I’ve ever received. She makes my day every single time I come in. I love the food and the atmosphere is nice but I really only come for her. There’s a closer Subway to me and yet I still prefer this one! 5 stars all around!!!

Young man helping us had his pants hanging down and could hardly walk. Seems pretty inappropriate for a place that serves food. Lady working was quick and very helpful.

Came here yesterday morning and today morning. Service is terrible. The girl working both days isn’t very customer service based at all. Definitely needs some training. We placed our order online and when we got there it was made she told us we could wait out side for 15 mintues while she prepares the food! What a joke. Won’t be back after we get our sandwiches..... anytime now.

Since Covid lockdown has been reinstated we order from door dash a couples times and both times they got the order wrong. Those are the most recent examples but seeing as my husband loves subway we've gotten them a few times before and something has always been wrong on the order. Ordered on line ..We asked for LIGHT MAYO & MUSTARD, ONE sandwich with yellow peppers they gave us a lot of mayo & mustard and banana peppers on both ! Sandwich was messy. Also ordered a churro and that was burnt!! You have ONE JOB & that’s to make customers orders CORRECT ! And DONT give people burned food !!!!!
I tried downloading the app in front of the Subway store and the app wasn't loading? I get in and order 2 for 1 and the store charged me $14.78 for the sandwiches saying its only for online orders? TERRIBLE!!! I am a health care worker too? VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! This purchase should have been honored! Management needs to see this review.
After standing in line for fifteen minutes because they were extremely slow which was okay until I went to pay with my debit card and the cashier didn't know how to work the cash register so it declined my card. Then he refused to take the $100 bill which was the only cash I had. So I left. Called the bank and they said subway never tried to make the debit. So I went to other store and got cash back. Card word fine with cashier who knew what he was doing. Went back to subway with cash. Stood in line ten more minutes and they no longer had the bread I wanted so I left again. Had to go to another subway where their cashier knew how to use a cash register and they had the bread I wanted. Took about 45 minutes to get my sandwiches.
The young man that was working in the evening on Wed April 12, couldn't get a kids meal order right. I asked him for the apples that come with it that were not in cooler and I see him go into the back and in the oven I see him cuss and throw his hands in the air. Then I say I'll take cookies and he says oh I didn't charge you for a kids meal. I even tipped the guy before all this. .what a joke.wont return while he's there.
Very rude customer service. It’s hard for a customer to differentiate between your dish name . Could handle it politely. It’s easy to point at food. They are hiding the cheese and food items . How can some one know the names. Visual is better
Whenever I order for delivery, they serve those who arrive first, rather than the DoorDash who will bring my food, and I think they should serve both the DoorDash and the customers equally because the DoorDash represent me as a customer and they always arrive late because they take a long time preparing the food for the deliveries.
Don't expect to get what you ask for. I ordered a 6 inch meatball with extra pickles and black olives. I literally got 4 pickles and maybe 7 black olives!! I asked her if this is considered extra she said YES!?!? Got to the register, of course wasn't given a receipt!! But definitely was charged extra for the mozzarella! THIS IS NOT EXTRA VEGGIES!!!!
Went in to order a BMT today. One person working at the counter. I was the only one there. She had gloves on and was finishing up some tasks. She then asked me what kind of sandwich I wanted I told her and she reached in to grab the bread without washing her hands or switching her gloves. I asked her to please change out her gloves. She had an attitude about it. She did change them, but didn't wash her hands. By this time it was getting comical, she forgot what kind of sandwich I wanted even though I was the only one there. I told her before I wanted a foot long, but she cut the bread in half and put half away. A reminded her, I wanted a foot long, and she brought it back out. She proceeded to make my sandwich and asked if I wanted it toasted. I told her, yes, and she toasted the bread, and then she dropped half the sandwich as it was coming out. She caught it between her thigh and the counter. She picked it up and put it back next to the first half then, thought better of it and aggressively threw it away. At this point I was done and told her she seemed to be having some issues and didn't want the sandwich anymore. Makes me wonder if she has her food certificate. Terrible service, employee not using clean techniques. I will happily not ever go back. The owner seriously needs to retrain her.
I'm giving 0 reviews but had to rate 1 star to post my review because there was only 1 employee working,didn't address us coming in and was taking very long(more than necessary and I'm a very patient person but that was ridiculous)to prepare just 1 sandwich for a customer in front of us that we decided to just leave and take our service elsewhere.Wonder how many other customers left as well.
