I don't know what happened to this place it used to be great. This last time it took 93 min to get the food the order sat for 45 minutes after being checked for accuracy and freshness plus the delivery time. The pizza was soggy and temped at 102.3 degrees. The only good things about my order were the driver George who got the food to my house within 10 minutes of leaving the store and was very polite, and the bread sticks.

I can only that a delivery order was not right and the store manager tried to tell me that I ordered something else. I know what I ordered and I think they knew what I got was wrong. I ordered what I thought was a two topping pizza with normal crust and got a deep dish cheese. My sandwich was right though. Pretty sorry service!

This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with Domino’s. I ordered a large pizza expecting a proper meal, but what I received was incredibly disappointing. Almost two-thirds of the pizza was just plain bread with hardly any toppings, and there were only 3–4 tiny pieces of meat in the entire pizza. For the price I paid, this is completely unacceptable. It felt like I was eating bread with almost no flavor. I have ordered from Domino’s many times before, but I have never experienced such poor quality. This location clearly does not care about its customers or the standards of the Domino’s brand. I will never order from here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place as well

Pizza was super dry, hardly any sauce, this is the second time I got pizza like that here, the first being Super Bowl, when I got a super dry Philly cheese steak pizza. This was hardly fit to eat and I will not be going back to dominos again.

So google says the store will close at 2am. We got there before 10:30pm and the door is closed and after we asked if we could still order, the guy said they are closing at 11pm. And it's still not 11pm yet? Then, they suddenly switched off the "open" sign at the door. So enlighten us if that's your process so we wouldn't waste time and hurrying to your store.

I was there early last month at the 87th st location in Odessa. I paid with my debit card and like always there was confusion because I didn’t pay online. So I paid and then the young man behind the register said that the system is down. So on the first transaction I left a tip so that was another ordeal because once they got the system up the amounts didnt match because I didn’t leave a tip on the second time I swiped my card. They assured me I would only get charged once. But that was not true. I was charged $16 twice so I ended up paying $32 for a $16 pizza. So I called when the charges cleared so I called the store and they said that the regional manager was the only one that could issue a refund, to call back the next day at 10:30 when he was there. I tried for 3 days but finally realized that it wasnt worth it. Really?? Nobody can issue a $16 refund? I’ll never purchase anything from them again. If you don’t order and pay online this place is useless. Don’t go in there with cash because that will be a problem too.

As long as you do not expect accuracy or good customer service you will be fine. Part of my order was missing. I was told it would be redelivered. After waiting over an almost an hour and a half I called to check on status. Their so called manager stated it had been redelivered. When I told her it wasn’t delivered to my home she just ignored me and basically called me a liar. Stating again it had been delivered. We were weekly customers but due to her attitude we will go elsewhere.Ruined Super Bowl Sunday because of. Wish I wasn’t in a wheelchair.

Every single time my wife or I order from this particular Dominos, they always mess up our order. Good luck calling and getting ahold of anyone at the store to correct the order. They don't answer the phone. They let it ring until it goes to the Verizon message stating that they didn't answer your call. When they finally do answer the phone the put you on hold indefinitely until you hang up. I was on hold for over 30 mins when I finally did get an answer. The app is no help getting your order attempted to be fixed but at least the app can answer you apparently. I will be making a point to contact the franchise directly instead of calling the store. Hopefully they can make some changes and fix the product and customer service at this store. I love dominos and have ordered them for years but this is the worst store I've ever had to deal with out of the dozens Ive ordered from.

Had to give one star to write a review. Absolutely gross finding beard hair baked in pizza slice. Took it back immediately for a refund. Mngr and second employee had beards. Second guy with glasses was laughing, thought it was funny. I'm sorry, but people don't order take out for fun. We trust these companies will prepare food for customers in a proper manner. And to have the guy with beard and glasses laughing was so disrespectful.
