I've been to many Raising Cains Chicken Fingers, this new location is fast and organized. The staff are super nice and friendly. I ordered a sandwhich combo on toast(Bob). The toast was perfectly done and the fries tasted amazing compared to other locations. The chicken was fresh, hot and juicy. I look forward to coming to this establishment again. Recommend this to anyone looking for crazy good food and friendly employees. Something quick and not expensive for the whole family to enjoy!

We cannot be more excited to have our very own Cane's! I love dipping everything Cane's sauce! Chicken Strips, fries, and the toasted slice of bread make my family happy! We have purchased catering packs in the past from other locations and we are excited to have them nearby!

4/1/2022: I ordered a Caniac combo with extra toast butter on both sides instead of the coleslaw. The chicken was so hot and fresh and juicy chicken strips. The drive through line moved very quickly even though it was busy, and the employees were very friendly. I also got a 32 ounce cup of Canes sauce to enjoy with my meal. I highly recommend trying out this brand new restaurant in Odessa. 🔥

The food is good. I ask 4 combos 3 fingers. and 1 combo box.. they gave us two bags with 5 boxes. I assumed it was my meal. I arrived at my house and it was 4 dishes of food 1 box with sauces!. they must use another type of bags or boxes for the sauces and one must confirm their order before leaving the store .....

The service was ok, they seem little dis organized and the food was not as good as we are used to getting. I do not recommend this location.

Just seemed like chaos behind the counter watched multiple people before come back about wrong orders and myself didn't get correct order n forgot my cup of cane sauce. Train the crew, understand rushes happen but should not be chaos

Drive thru-After ordering spent 10 minutes in the same spot without moving. There were only 2 cars ahead of me. By the time I got to the window my food was cold and they had multiple peoples orders ready sitting on the counter I’m sure their food was cold too.

The wait was terrible I mean it’s just chicken and fries nothing grand to have to wait seems not prepared. It cost to much for chicken and fries and have to wait forever .. Do better Cains. Do better just chicken not a gourmet meal

Went through the massive drive thru with my daughters on a day out. First they forgot a drink and then once we got moving and opened our bag, they forgot an entire meal. I asked for waters to drink and instead of a 22 ounce water, they gave small bottles. Disappointing. Won’t be returning if they can’t get a three meal order right.

I had 2 large drinks on my order. When I pulled up to the window, I saw 2 medium drinks and I heard her say "these are supposed to be large" and the other girl said "it doesn't matter." Then she looked at me and says "here you go." I stared at her dumbfounded...like, I know they are large and I know YOU know they are large, I just heard you say it. So I said "those are supposed to be large..." She takes them back, looks at the other girl (other girl was making the drinks) and said "see, I told you." The other girl rolls her eyes, then dumps my medium drinks into large cups and, half full, hands them back to the first girl. The first girl takes them, hands them to me. Not worth drinking spit, I accepted them. You've earned your one star review.
