Really good food real nice people
My food here was picture perfect. I actually regret not taking a picture of my food for the sake of this review. Everyone in the restaurant was nice and pleasant. One employee stuck out though. There was a older lady who walked around the restaurant who was always smiling and asking customers how their meal was and even taking care of their potential needs without being asked. This lady made an already 5 star experience even better. Watching and seeing how other customers reacted to her only showed even further that she was a very influential part of this particular location.
Legit service, super fast and the taste is great.

I was going to leave a bad review because my order took forever but it's no one at this establishments fault. They are incredibly busy and working incredibly hard/fast. Even with how stressed I'm sure they were my order was still exactly right and probably the best taco bell meal I've had. Great team at this location, they all deserve a raise.

This is the first time I’ve ate here in years and I was amazed for a little over $10 I got super full and the food was actually hot! Most fast food restaurants I go to the food is barely warm and I rarely get full and I pay a lot more.

The food was amazing and was made very quickly! The soda machine was working on most sodas which nowadays is a rarity, and The staff was great! The service was amazing, even made small talk with an employee named Mary ann.
Food here is way better than the Taco Bell/KFC combined location. Those are terrible, this place rocks. Prices are good, good is good and fulfilling. The drive through was packed but moved smoothly.
I frequent this Taco Bell, I love the $7 Luxe box, plenty of food at a reasonable price. The majority of people working the drive-thru window are friendly & courteous and honest. I'm going back.
Been to this Taco Bell several times now and other than being a little slow in the drive thru, the food has come out exactly as it should every time with nothing missing. Not much more you can really ask from a fast food place.

I made an online order and waited for about 10 minutes before leaving my house. I kept watching the app, waiting for an update, I just figured it wasn't working. It's a 7 minute drive to Taco Bell, so I've waited for 17 minutes so far. I go in, people everywhere, I was looking for the zombies! Nobody had any food nor were they eating. Nobody is in line so i go to the register. I'm not even joking, it took 12 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I was standing there. I told them I had an online order, she pointed to a sign that basically said, you're going to be waiting for 20-45 minutes to get your order. So, I mathed and figured, okay, a little over 30 minutes since I made my order, I only have to wait around 15 minutes. Nope, it took exactly another 37 minutes for them to get the order out. While it was hot and fresh and the food was okay, it just took entirely too long to execute a single order. They need to change something in that store because the current system is not working.
They always get my order wrong. It will say one thing on the screen and then when I drive up it's something different. Its frustrating, maybe I shouldn't go when they are super busy. 😬
The quality of the food here is great as far as taco bell standards are concerned. The time it takes to actually get your food here is RIDICULOUS. Expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes to actually receive your order. Regional or corporate should definitely be checking ticket times on drive through. My last 3 visits here were all in the evening and I waited 30 minutes in the drive through line before I got my food at the window. 20 minutes of that was after I got to actually order. That's simply too long for drive through. But the food has always been on point so I am willing to deal with the wait occasionally. If it wasn't so bad I would probably eat here more often.
Ordered an order online only for the front counter person to say that was this actually me without checking the the order number and saying are you Joseph with a code next to it not to mention the attitude given from this person made me feel completely unwelcome. I would recommend to go eat somewhere else until things can be straightened up at their work area.
Service here takes forever regardless if you are going drive though or in side pickup. Drive through takes over 30-40 minutes while blocking traffic in the parking lot. Inside dinning/pick up ain’t different, it takes almost an hour to get your food, there is also no reliable way to know when your food is ready, yes, they will call you by the provided name, but with all the noise inside you won’t have any other option but to go check once in a while if your order is ready. Good quality is up to the regular Tacobell standard, so no complaints there so far.

Very very slow service getting a simple burrito supreme. They prioritize the drive-thru and Uber Eats orders over people that are standing there ordering face-to-face. Fortunately, the guy on the line that was busting his butt barely saved the sale when I was asking for a refund.

I work for a food delivery company. I accepted a second order after I had told them about the first one and was waiting to get to the window. They refused to give me the second order and said I had to get back in the drive thru line to get it. I asked why I just couldn't pull to the side and wait for it. Didn't really answer the question. You also have a limit of 2 orders you can pick up. I do not recommend taking orders from here.
Unacceptably slow because of the mobile delivery orders. Prioritize your customers that are in store. This is crazy. The prices are out of control as well. If the food is expensive and shitty it should at lease be fast. If it’s slow and shitty it should be cheaper
Why does drive thru take an hour!!! Literally got in line at 1:45 ish didn’t get our food until 2:40! That’s insane and our order was wrong on top of it. Smh I hope someone opens another one and/or they get their crap together. It’s insane to wait that long and still have to wait at the window to get your “fast” food.

Last night I placed a mobile order at 5:30 pm and they didn’t give me my food until 9pm!!!!! Awful experience with this location the food did not live up to the company standards that I have come to know, they didn't even put beef in 2 of my tacos and the service was just as bad, the gentleman taking our order had a thick accent and was not clear spoken, he became visually upset and hostile when I said I'm sorry could you repeat that after not clearly understanding him. The accent was not the issue it was the mumbling that caused miscommunication. I should have just left at that point but I had been on the road 10 hours i was tired and starving. Avoid this location they are highly unprofessional.

This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life at a taco bell, will not be returning to this location, waited 50 mins after our order got skipped 3 times, we kept being ignored, and were told that we got skipped because of priority to door dash and Uber eats. The entire point of placing a mobile order is so you don't have to wait forever to pick it up. When I arrived they said they were incredibly busy and it would be about 20 minutes, it took an additional 45 minutes and three conversations with the staff for the food to be ready.
On the back of the box to any pokemon game it mentions the only requirement to enjoy the game is for the player to have basic reading skills. Kinda funny though, because the guy running the register with a celebi pin on his hat clearly can't read. It's crazy to me that they would put someone in charge of direct customer interactions, who cannot fathom that the name I just gave him for my pickup order, and the name on the box a foot away from him (that has the same name on it) are in fact not the same name (they are). It's also lost on me how that same order, that has already been made and is waiting patiently for the employee to hand it to me in that exact moment, is going to take twenty minutes. Look, I'm not a business man by any means, but can we not put someone who's mid-ketamine trip at the front desk please? And can we also just make the drive through work like a fast food place is supposed to? Actually, can we just shut this location down already? Food gets a 2 tho cuz they brought back the quesarito.

Ordered a large order online. It was ready when we got there. But it sat on the shelf for half an hour. While the cashier yelled at everyone to back up and wait and she said it’s fine if y’all get upset. The shelf was full! Of all our food getting cold while she’s being extra. (At least 10 orders on the shelf and we are all there waiting) I’ve worked fast food and I get it, it’s frustrating. Some days are hard and long but you can yell at people and talk to people like that. Then another man comes out and yells at us and tells us she’s doing her best but there’s the door if we want to leave. Like what?! My foods already paid for. Finally a young man comes out and he was so HELPFUL. Started calling out orders and got our drinks and everyone was taken care of. But now the foods literally cold at this point. So I paid for cold food. So be aware when you order online. And no one had name tags… wonder why?

I found that some items were missing from my order, and the assistant manager, Amber, was rude and unhelpful. She hung up after telling me to either pick up my order or call the 800 number, stating, “It's not her job to make customers happy.” I tried calling the 800 number, but it was closed. This was a complete waste of time and money. Perhaps hiring a new manager who actually cares could improve Taco Bell's service. -Don't order delivery.
Check your bags before driving off, you will be accused of being a thief if you go back for missing food you already paid for. And I would be "1 less customer" for how this was handled.

Ordered through Uber Eats for pick-up. Didn't know the inside closed at 10pm. I arrived at 10:10pm. There was an employee at the door outside she informed me the inside closed 10 minutes ago and I'd have to wait in the drive-thru line to pick up my order I had ordered at 9:45pm. I asked her if she could just grab my order that was ready she said no I'd have to wait in the drive-thru line. I got in the line at 10:13pm. By time I got to the window to receive my order it was 10:37pm. Absolutely nothing fast food about this location. Most other reviews are reporting this same issue. Be prepared to wait a good bit if you order from here.

I think this is one of the worst Taco bells ever I put my order online at 10:59 I went to go pick it up there was not that many cars but drive-thru tip forever by 12:30 a.m. I decided to leave it was too much and only four cars moved that's ridiculous.

For almost a month, the wait inside and outside, is 20 -45 minutes. They are now closing the lobby, and are drive thru only. The amount of money this particular store is losing is 10s of 100s of thousands of dollars more than paying a wage high enough to keep people. Terrible management, terrible franchise ownership.... update 3/17/19...arrived at 0620 , doors were locked...got into drive thru line which now extends into Englewood street and blocks traffic coming into shopping center, and even is starting to affect people exiting off 42nd...0709 got food...under an hour!!!!! Keep in mind, i have ran into this 5 out of 5 times...at different times and days....i have left 3 times without odering due to time constraints

Probably the world’s slowest fast food place. I ordered 3 Tacos and Crunch Wrap. I went to HEB and bought everything I needed to make Taco Bell at home. I cooked it and ate came back to Taco Bell 3 hours later and my food still wasn’t ready. Seriously get it together TB!
$80 in food and got no sauce. The quesadillas was balled up into a ball . Half of the 12 count supreme taco didn’t have any tomato & the total time waited was almost 2 hours. Smh

This post is for Monahans Texas Taco Bell Very very very very long time wait expect 1 hour minimum and my order was only 15.00 .My chulupa was hard as a rock,wrong meat in it as well but hey how can you complain because it's just going to be another hour wait time. I gave this place 4 chances and they have let me down every single time. The hire up Management just sits there usually in the corner acting busy while doing absolutely nothing. The people here have absolutely no training and I think that's the reason why it takes so long I have honestly never been to another Taco Bell where I've had to wait no longer than 10 minutes.
I did a mobile order for 3 total items at 7:05 pm, a Crunchwrap supreme, nacho fries and a Baja blast drink. I figured I could do a quick order and then go pick up CFA in the mean time and it would be ready when I’m done there. I finish at CFA by 7:15 and I look at my Taco Bell order and it says it won’t be ready until 7:30 pm. I park and I send my son in to wait. 7:25pm rolls around and I tell him to get in line and let them know he’s there and he says it’s not ready. That’s fine, it’s not supposed to be ready for another 5 minutes. At 7:36pm, I send him back to the counter to ask for it again. The worker told him at 7:40 that there’s 5 more guys in front of him and it’s going to be another 15 minutes. FOR 3 ITEMS. I tell my son to come back to the car and I’ll deal with it. I go inside and I get in line behind some other guy who was in line. Multiple door dash people cut in front of him, where I even told him to scoot up to the counter so that they don’t do that. Then I get up to the counter and I tell the guy I have a mobile order and he thinks he wants to be funny and say “no you don’t” and laughs. I said yes, I absolutely do and told him my name. He says “I told your son it’ll be 15 more minutes”. At this point, it is now 7:50 and we’ve now been waiting 45 minutes for 3 ITEMS. I said I want a refund or I want my food now. This is absolutely ridiculous. He says he can’t cancel it and I would have to call a 1-800 number. I said absolutely not and get me someone to talk to. He’s pretty much moving his hands around the entire time acting like I’m overreacting. He goes to the back and gets the manager, I’m assuming. She comes up front and says she’ll get my order to me right away. It took her 2 minutes to bring me back a Crunchwrap supreme and nacho fries. 2 minutes. After waiting almost an hour. If they can’t handle doing DoorDash and favor and whatever else, they should stop doing it. There is no reason you should have to wait 45-50 minutes for 3 items of food. Absolutely ridiculous.
Service is terrible. It takes around 45 minutes to get your food whether you order 40 minutes in advance or order right there in the store. It’s never failed to take longer than half an hour on every single visit I’ve had.
We literally had to wait 45 minutes for our food. The reason? Door Dash and Uber Eats orders had priority. This is completely incorrect business strategy. Take care of the customers that come to your place of business first.
Ordered for delivery at 6:24. At 8:45 I started calling because there was no update or status change in the app. They swore they made the order 20 to 30 minutes ago but my dasher was still standing there waiting for the food and nothing had come out. Dasher sends me a picture confirming they aren't busy at all. The person on the phone offers to do me a solid and remake my meal. I am still trying to figure out where my first make went. Looks like they are trying to cheat their times and clear the orders before they are done making them again. Got cold, soggy, inedible food after a 3 hour wait. Picture of the empty lobby and of the tag that shows they "completed" the order at 7:45 but in reality it wasnt completed until 9pm.
Mystery shopper here. Went inside ordered Mexican pizza, 2 supreme burritos no lettuce, 3 soft taco supremes no lettuce. Have the young lady 40 for a 23 something bill. Gave me back 3 5 dollar bills 2 1 dollar bills at first 6 dimes then had another employee open her draw back up to give me another dime, because they didn't have pennies. Did not read the order back to me nor did she ring it up right. Was rung up as 3 soft tacos no lettuce instead of taco supremes no lettuce. On top of all did not even bother to count my change back to me either. Probably didn't know how to do that I'd say

I would give a 10/10 but on that day it was total chaos... It was on a Friday evening the parking was packed and inside was full of what im assuming was doordash drivers and there wasn't a dedicated line to order and the poor cashiers look stress and overwhelmed.
Went there to get food on my way home from work and the stores only solution for not giving me over half my order is to drive back from Andrews. Im not gonna drive 30 minutes to get 30$ worth of food yall should just refund stuff when you mess up and not act like its the customers job to fix it.
I love tacobell but when i order my food at 11:45 and I stand there waiting til 12:15 for my food is deeply disappointing. All i ordered was two luxe boxes and I ended up not even being able to get my food because I had places to be. This isn’t a one time thing either, it happens every single time I try to go here and give yall a chance. It’s insane.
The wait here inside is absolutely ridiculous — far too long for a place that markets itself as “fast food.” What should have been a quick stop turned into an endless drag, leaving customers frustrated and restless. On top of that, the cashiers were rude, dismissive, and acted like serving customers was a burden rather than their job. The combination of slow service and poor attitudes makes the entire experience feel more like punishment than a meal. For a business in this industry, this level of disregard is completely unacceptable. Management needs to seriously reevaluate how this place is run, because right now, it’s failing on the most basic standards of customer service.
I am a very regular customer at this Taco Bell location and this is the worst experience I’ve had yet. I didn’t even get to take a bite out of my food before all of the filling started falling out everywhere. I asked for a little extra spicy ranch and instead got an entire spicy ranch taco with less than bare minimum meat and cheese, no lettuce to be seen. This is lazy and not how a food business should be giving food to customers. Have some pride in your product or quit the company.
This Taco Bell is just as slow as the one in Midland! Wow. I placed order using the app at 8:38 pm and finally got 3 tacos at 8:59. There are currently 7 tables waiting for food, no one (zero customers) is actually eating. Everyone just waiting all grumpy. I don’t understand this. All Taco Bell’s are very busy but what is it with these that make them so painfully slow? I thought for sure this would be a different experience than my last review of the one in Midland but it’s just the same. It will say the women’s bathroom was clean so that was good.
