Seriously, one of our favorite Chipotles! The staff here are always so nice, polite, and very quick! You never wait long even if there is a long line. My husband and I travel for a living, so we have been to so many Chipotles. We were at this location 4 days in a row, grabbing dinner, and every time we came in for dinner, the staff was so nice. They greeted us every time we came in and were just so friendly compared to every other Chipotle we have entered. They are very quick and stuffed our bowls with deliciousness! I absolutely loved this location of Chipotle, just such a great staff and great food!
I just wanted to thank the two girls who were working behind the counter when it suddenly got swamped. They got through the line quickly, no mistakes, professionally and in a really upbeat and friendly manor. In an often thankless industry, I was very pleased to get great service when there were so many other customers present. I wish I had seen what their name tags said so I could mention them specifically, but their grace under pressure was so outstanding it made my visit wonderful. I don't think I could have handled so many customers so fast with a smile on my face like that while I was in food service, so thank you. The restaurant itself was clean, and the food was as great as I expected it to be.
Lauren prepared our order and was fabulous, she had a great smile and was very sweet. She even thanked customers as they left, while not losing focus on preparing our meal. Brittney rang us out and she too was very sweet and had a great smile! Jessica and celeste were the cooks and the food they prepared tasted amazing and fresh. This store has an amazing staff and one of the friendliest I've seen. Thank you for a great experience ladies!

This is also the only Chipotle I have visited where I see the staff cleaning: every visit there is someone wiping the tables or sweeping. I cannot say enough positive feedback about the staff and I wish them all the best!

Clean. Good food. Friendly, professional and helpful staff most of the time. On my last visit, the three people behind the counter spoke too fast to be understood and they'd interrupt themselves from helping customers to half-heartedly greet whoever was walking in the door. As a customer, I do not need to be greeted upon arrival, but better attentiveness while taking my order would be appreciated.
Great visit. Good food, good service. I've been there twice in the last three weeks. I do notice that the food online is less in quantity than it I were to order in-store... I had a burrito and my wife had a bowl...

Staff is generally mediocre at placing orders, food is what you expect for a chipotle. 3-stars because the staff simply treats you like a number and don't listen causing you to repeat yourself. Furthermore, the staff seems to always be more concerned with taking out the trash than serving the line of customers. I eat here about 2-3 nights a week because I am always in a rush and this is best food for the money in the vicinity. If another option with the same quality of food were available for the same price I would eat their. I've been to much more attentive, courteous, and quick chipotle's. This one is perpetually bogged down, slow, and seems understaffed.
The food was good here, but I am giving 3 stars because the cashier was incompetent and charged me wrong. I ordered a steak bowl, a girl made it for me and then another girl came over to check me out, she didn’t acknowledge me or even ask what I got so I assumed she saw it made. After I was charged I checked my receipt and saw she charged me for “chicken bowl with extra chicken” I didn’t order either of those. My subtotal should’ve been $11.70 but instead was $13.80 Yes it was only $2 but, it’s the incompetency of some people. How hard is it to push a correct button on a register.
Went to go pick up an online order, they asked my friend his name, workers came out the back with bag and again asked for his name, got to our destination to eat only to find out they gave him wrong order (there were two David’s), we went back and the manager on duty was giving top notch service. We didn’t get mad at all we know mistakes happened I’m just glad she jumped into action to remake it and apologized. I came in and ordered a veggie bowl but walked out with barely a half-filled bowl. I really don’t know why their portion sizes are so small it was not filling at all for almost 11 bucks too it felt like I got scammed. Also the rice was undercooked.
Nice location but the food was so nasty…I literally could not eat it! I got a bowl.. It was so heavily salted from first bite! I really couldn’t stand it and I couldn’t tell what was making it so salty! I never waste food but I threw my chicken bowl away so fast!! The customer service could have been better! Great location and clean store!
The staff are always pretty nice at this chipotle but I would recommend checking your bag when getting a take out order. My order is always a bowl with a bag of chips. At this chipotle, I am always charged for a bag of chips but they forget to put the chips in my bag. Usually, I double check the bag and remind them of the chips but yesterday I forgot to check, and when I got home, I opened my bag and they forgot to put in my chips I was very disappointed. Normally I wouldn't be put out for a 1.85 bag of chips but it happens all the time and I shouldn't have to be double checking my bag every time to make sure what I paid for is there.

It’s like they think online orders don’t matter. The food still tastes good, but both bowls were super light — barely anything in them. I even asked for extra sour cream and cheese, and still barely got any. Same with the meat — just a weak scoop. It’s crazy that when you ask for extra, you actually get less. For $23, I expected way more. I think I’m done ordering online from this location.

As much as I love Chipotle, my experience at this store almost put them on the do not eat list. Ordered online, instructions said to grab from shelf, waited and nothing showed up, out of the 6 employees not a single one acknowledged me (now they were busy with 2 other customers). Finally a customer said they may have your order behind the counter. No guacamole, they can’t credit me, almost out the door, no utensils. Luckily I caught that since my hotel would not have had any. Just poor service.
My husband and I came in for chipotle on January 7th 2024 around 2PM. The women who served us our food was extremely kind and took extra time and care on our order. When she was done making our bowls she called out a girl from the back to ring us up. The girl who came out from the back had a pink bow tied to her hat and had eyelashes that looked like she had a broom attached to her eyelids The girl was extremely aggressive and threw our bag of chips at us. She also made us feel like we were unconvincing her when we asked for a side of queso which caused her to have to cancel our transaction and start again. We apologized to her and she was unamused. She’s definitely someone that needs to be kept in the back.
I avoid this place and rather drive an extra couple miles for a decent attitude and meal. Disgruntled employees who seem to either be incompetent or severely under-trained really make the entire chain look bad. Good luck with your experience here
Very bad experience. It was very dirty, and they had no lemonade available. They poured some in until I told them, but they only filled that one up, not the other three. I agree, the food is delicious, but this place wasn't as well maintained as the other Chipotle's. Also, the employees were kind of rude, and said, "have a good day" with the food still outside of the bag, and they hadn't given it to us yet.
Don't get me wrong, food is great. What I didn't like about my visit was the girl working the line. First she was eating on the line. Second, when someone needed to be rang up she would just tell "cashier", even if she was not busy or doing anything. I would often see her just talking to her other cowork and eating when not serving a customer. There was plenty to do, sweep the lobby, grabbed trays, filled straws and forks. There were others working very hard but she was not one.
The fact that you’re not allowed to talk to anyone in the store anymore is reason enough to never spend a penny here.
I take 2 veggie bowls from this place i mention them 2 times that i just want the veggie things in my bowl and when i start eating there is a piece of don’t know the meat or chicken whatever it was. I am a vegetarian person I can’t take this shit so i will prefer never go back to that place specially those who are vegetarian….

This chipotle always has problems Since when don’t they offer lemons anymore? Then the girl who was preparing the bowl had an attitude and was looking at me like if I was dumb the employees are slow and clueless and the food lacked salt and it was just gross I did not even finish my food. They really need to be more clean and the cross contamination is so horrible. I really hope no one gets food poisoning from this place 😩.
I hope management sees this and fixes this issue I ordered through doordash to pickup my order during my lunch break, I get a notification stating my food should be ready (photo attached) I asked the girl in the front and she just told me to wait, the white girl next to her told me 10 mins later that their system is messed up and cant give us our orders and if we wanted food to get in line. I had to leave hungry, in a rush from here. This was truly unacceptable even customers who were eating said”damn thats so messed up” as I walked out empty handed. Ive got in comtact with doordash asking for a refund. This could have been handled way better. Disappointed and left frustrated and hungry..
Bad customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!im so upset at this place we got five bowls and they charge for 6 my husband go back to tell them and she says she has to see the cameras to confirm GIRL PLEASE!!!!! Then tells my husband if he wants his money back!! With an attitude.just the way this girl handle the situation was not the correct way we were supposed to dine in and they made our order for take out they did the same to an elderly person who was next in line but they turn to be a little more polite and giving him free chips and guacamole. They were charging extra food to both of us so just check your receipt when you eat here
I’ll be honest I’ve been to this chipotle several times and this is the first time I’ve had a bad experience. Yesterday at around 5pm me and my partner go to get 2 bowls of chipotle. I wanted the high protein bowl and she got a regular bowl. The worker who was a guy was being passive aggressive with us when it came to asking us what we wanted. Every time we questioned him about the food he would actively show he didn’t like it. We asked about the Guacamole looking bad and he just denied that it was even if it did look bad. He pulled out the “new” one that was going to replace that bad guac when finished and with an attitude said “if you like I can serve you this one” but of course with a unfriendly tone and look almost as he was holding back anger. We just agreed to the guac that was there. When I asked to get the new double high protein and how much the difference it would be to switch the chicken to the steak he said confidently one dollar. I said okay and he continued to ask me about the options I wanted as if it was a regular bowl (he didn’t do the options as the the double high protein bowl i talked to him about from online) but I thought maybe it’s different here? and at the end when it was time to pay the cost of the bowl was not what he said and I brought that up to the lady who was there at the register at the time and she had a passive aggressive/attitude as well saying repeatedly “it isn’t a dollar extra it’s 4 for the extra steak”as I tried to explain in a good tone that I was told misinformation. It came to the point where I just paid because I was hungry and not happy about the whole experience To make matters worse. When we sat down and ate we saw uncooked steak, the rice was hard, the chips we got along with it was stale, and there was unwanted chicken in my steak bowl. It seemed like the guy didn’t care when I was ordering anyway. We left the place unsatisfied and powerless to tell them more about our concern about the food because they didn’t care. Very unpleasant experience please do something about this
We found a hair on our tortilla and they were like okay we will give you a new tortilla. I think a refund would have been better yet we stayed. Then as we were eating our food a big roach came up to the surface of the table. We took a picture. Showed the manager and she faked to give us back our money. She credited another persons purchase not ours. This was on the 10th I still don’t have access to the funds. This is criminal. Don’t go here til they get rid of this Manager Jasmine Lee. I’m disabled she was so rude and unprofessional. Not good business Chipotle!
How can you forget to put lettuce in a salad?
Just want to give everyone a heads up. Do not order from here. We catered and probably spent over 200 dollars to receive this. By the way that bowl is supposed to be fully loaded with extra rice and beans. This burrito here is with everything but guacamole and fajita veggies. I’ve received some bad bowls or burritos elsewhere but nothing like this. This burrito is filled with only beans, sour cream and a hint of meat. Very very disappointed. Just look at this burrito lol. -5/10
The hygiene at this place is terrible. This is the first time I've found two pieces of plastic in my bowl! One of them I’m not even sure if it's a fingernail, but it looks very much like one!
Disappointed the chicken n rice was semi warm n the rice was hard as hell like if it been reheated. The beans where so dry n also looked reheated. Took the lettuce n chicken out n left the rice to dam hard smh…
Do not order delivery from this Chipotle, I have ordered several times from DoorDash, but they never capped the bowl properly. The picture attached is the worst situation. The sauces leaks and the whole bag is wet and broken, everything is on the floor now, and I am now cleaning the floor. I don’t understand why the bowl is never capped properly when I order delivery, if I order pick-up it is fine. Can you guys improve this??! It leaks again today!!! I really hate paper bags, all the sources leak out onto my car seat and I have to clean it!!!! Can you you provide better sealing or stop using paper bags????????

Check out my digital order of a cheese quesadilla in the pictures. NEVER ORDER DIGITALLY! My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.
The rice was hard like plastic no kidding and I had to asked twice for more lettuce, and even so, it was only barely enough to cover my bowl, worst experience ever!

Online order said it would be ready at 7:55. It's almost 30 minutes later and still no food. I would understand if the place was packed but there has been little to no traffic since I arrived. Not sure why a scheduled order would be +30 min late for a burrito and a bowl? Super dissapointed and will not be ordering food from here again.
