I have to be honest, after the service we received at the hostess stand, my family and I were considering leaving Outback altogether. After I said something to the hostess, we finally got sat. Thank GOODNESS we were sat in the section that belonged to Dallas. He was the best waiter that we could have asked for. He was friendly, attentive, and so knowledgeable when it came to the menu. He anticipated our needs before we even asked for anything: refills, extra plates, napkins, dressings, everything! He even had tips for how to reheat our leftovers. He definitely made our experience. Thank you, Dallas!

Had a family dinner to celebrate Christmas, and Dallas was our server. Couldn’t have asked for a better dinner experience. Despite it being a Saturday night, and the restaurant being full, the timing of our meal was perfect. Not a single drink went completely empty, we were checked up on constantly, it was rad. Hope to sit in Dallas’ section every time!

Brea is the best, and her hubby Dallas is a close runner-up! They are the reason we come back to Outback time and time again—not just for the delicious food, but for the amazing service. They both know how to accommodate my food allergies (dairy, soy, gluten) with such kindness, never making me feel like I’m being difficult or a bother for dining out. They are extremely sweet, kind, and genuinely hospitable. We look forward to returning because we know we’ll be well fed and well taken care of by both Brea and Dallas, who is just as wonderful!

We had a fantastic dinner here! I ordered the Filet Mignon with grilled lobster tail — the steak was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and the lobster was delicious. Service was very friendly and attentive. My wife and kids tried different dishes and enjoyed them just as much. Not the cheapest place, but absolutely worth it and definitely a spot we’d return to!

Absolutely wonderful place. Excellent service and excellent food. I love their shrimp and chicken pasta. They have wonderful salads, appetizers and desserts. It’s amazing here. When you walk in, you smell delicious food; you feel warm and cozy. It’s a very clean restaurant and they serve your food just like you want it. Their lemon drop raspberry cocktail is extraordinary! Delicious. Everyone is very caring, friendly and kind in this restaurant. Jasmine, our terrific waitress, was exceptionally fabulous in her service to us. She worked quickly to make us feel happy we walked into this restaurant. She was very attentive to our needs. Food comes to your table hot and perfectly prepared. I will be going back here many times now. You could not ask for a more delightful place. There are ample handicapped parking spaces and regular parking spaces in a huge outside parking lot. This is a must-see and visit place; you will be thrilled to eat here. Update: Tonight we had another fabulous dinner here and Alison was our wonderful waitress! She was exceptionally kind and extremely attentive. She was very busy, but she treated us like royals. Very happy with her superb attention to all of our needs and her super cheerful smiles. She should be commended for her excellent care and customer excellence.

You know this place used to be a really big deal when it came out. It was a sort of inexpensive steak dinner with lots of sides in a dimly lit restaurant that you can pass off is fancy to the kids…. The food was good. The service was great and the menu was huge. It’s changed. Like everything else I feel this restaurant with tension over keeping clients coming and keeping prices is low…. I think unfortunately to serve the same kind of food in the same kind of setting as they did 15 years ago, the prices would have to be so high that they would lose the clientele— it’s fallen into this catch 22 were they resorted to coffee shop style waiters, and waitresses, small portions of mediocre food and expensive drink— it caters to a middle to lower middle class clientele who fortunately for Outback doesn’t have to be that picky about their food. They still serve a terrific blooming onion and I’d have to admit that the baby back ribs were damn good— and they were actually baby backs!! Despite a seemingly bad review I will surely be back for these two items.. The salads are OK. The chicken fingers are plentiful and they’re pretty damn good. I can’t recommend the steaks or any of that because it’s simply not the quality that you want. I guess it’s a different kind of restaurant today and I’m having a trouble getting my arms around that but I do understand the struggle that this category faces. It’s not yet sizzler, but it’s damn close. I do wonder what happens to this category of restaurants and restaurants like it— Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Longhorn and the rest of the Darden Restaurants which all seem to be suffering with either mismanagement or inferior food. These restaurants were the backbone you might say of the modern middle class and I hate to see them go up and smoke leaving families to basically fast food. Hopefully they’ll be an economic shift that brings more cash to the middle class, allowing these chains to raise their prices without losing clients.

Third visit, final verdict: thumbs down. During our visit at dinner time (7pm)m , service was inconsistent and slow. Red wine was served warm, and it took multiple requests to receive ice water. The Alice Springs Chicken arrived cold and, after being reheated, returned dry and inedible. On the positive side, the ribeye was well seasoned and properly cooked. We experienced difficulty finding staff to close out the bill. The manager stated the chicken dish had been credited; our receipt showed it had not. The total was $115. Based on this visit, we will not be returning. Two stars.

Quality of food isn't up to par. Actually have had better quality steak at Sizzler and the shrimp that was "off the Barbie", tasted as if it got left in a dehydrator rather than a barbie. Condiments were never offered. Had to ask for sugar for tea, twice - why wasn't it on the table? Portions were very small. I think we can find a better place anyday.

took my family out to outback steak house and the food was disgusting. The pasta was watery, chicken wings were off aswell as the steak. Will never come here again. truly disappointed

Sorry to say, the unpleasant host wanted to seat us in a corner by the bar, as she rudely put the menus down and walked away. We wanted to move to another table and she said I have no server there. You have to sit over the other side. And we didn't want to sit over on the other side cuz there was a family with a child and we wanted to have a nice comfortable meal. Then as my husband left I tried to talk to the hostess and she ignored me and I had to call her twice. Excuse me, excuse me. I said why can't we sit over here as she repeated herself. We have no server there. You sit over there that's where I tried to sit you and she was quite rude and so we left so bad experience from your hostess. Thank you very much. I will not be going there again. So no we didn't spend any money there because we had a grumpy rude hostess.

Our Valentines Day take out order was an overall disgrace. With the understanding of how busy it is on 2/14 we decided to order take out. We had to drive back after our desserts were not included in our bag they were apologetic and included an additional dessert. We drive back home only to realize that our medium well steaks were nearly raw and had to be cooked longer which completely defeated the purpose of going out, along with the fact that my steak and lobster dinner was missing my baked potato entirely so my husband gave me half of his but all of dressings for my loaded potato were included in the bag. We ordered Ribeye Steaks which is known to be a fattier cut however this steak was all fat the lowest quality steak I have ever had. Unfortunately this was not the first poor experience with Outback Steak House and was hoping for a more promising experience.

Awful... the quality of food has gone downhill drastically. This is the 3rd and LAST time we gave Outback PD another try... the server almost... forgot about us? But others helped her... so I could live with that... but we spent over $320 for 4 adults and 1 child and I don't know how they did it... but we ALL order the VIC FILET MIGNON... never have I ever had such bland rubbery filet in my entire life. How does filet mignon become almost unchewable and unfavorable. It was the most expensive meal we have ever had... my little family... and yet the worst. What an incredible disappointment... we used to love this franchise... but it sadly seems like it past its time.
