Black+Haus Tavern - Parker

Great vibe. Friendly crowd. Service was SPOT ON PERFECT. I apologize that I forgot our servers name but she was FANTASTIC. Food- Seriously. Amazing. Best meal we've had in Parker: Bolognese---- FABULOUS. Wife's Sweet Potato Pasta-- she gave it a "9". Cauliflower app- BEST EVER. Holy smokes. Am coming back next week for lunch. Black & Haus has been my favorite restaurant for years now and it just keeps getting better. I have a gluten allergy and there are so many options here for me to eat that I can’t get anywhere else… like the fried pickles! The steak salad, prime rib French dip, and many seasonal dishes are always delicious as well. The atmosphere is great and the service is always awesome. Anthony is a new server we had tonight and he was so kind, attentive, and provided us with a great dinner!

We absolutely love Black+Haus Tavern and come here often because the food and service are consistently wonderful. Anthony was our server this time and he was fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. The food was delicious as always, and we especially love the gluten-free fried pickles (they’re a must-order!). It’s also great to see so many gluten-free options on the menu; it really makes dining out feel easy and inclusive. Between the welcoming atmosphere, great service, and consistently good food, Black+Haus Tavern continues to be one of our favorite spots in Parker. Highly recommend!

We came here for lunch during the week. It did take the server a few mins to greet us and 3 other groups at the door so not sure you want to come here when in a rush. We started with the crispy cauliflower which were light but flavorful with an aoli that was a bit spicy. We ended up getting the blackened shrimp Caesar salad and the Cuban with the Parmesan fries. We loved the Parmesan fries and the Cuban. I’d highly recommend both. The blackened Caesar wasn’t as good as I expected it to be because I’m very picky about my Caesar dressings. This one wasn’t great. We also tried a few of the mocktails which I’d highly recommend.

Popped in for a drink and sat at the bar. The bartenders were amazing! Service, personable and responsive. Some food was good and others ok. Cracked potatoes and chicken drumsticks (look more like lollipop chicken) was good. The pickles were NOT good. Batter was falling a part and had no seasoning. On the upside of the pickles, the sauces were tasty! The Cuban didn't have mustard on it and that is strange if you have ever had a Cuban sandwich. The beer was good but sad that their Lager wasn't working on the tap. The Orange blonde ale was good.

The Black Haus Tavern in Parker is a mid-tier chain restaurant that offers a diverse menu of food and specialty drinks. Our group of eight was seated in a quiet and comfortable back room for dinner. Although our server was friendly, the service was a bit slow. The food received positive feedback from everyone at the table, with dishes such as steak, salmon, and sandwiches being enjoyed. The brussels sprouts and crispy cauliflower appetizers were delicious, and the maple pecan cheesecake was a hit.

Had a friend recommend this place. We were seated immediately. Emilio was a great server. He was around often and took good care of us. The Nashville chicken sandwich could have been spicier and the fries did not seem fresh. Salmon pasta was delish but I feel like there were to many mushrooms. Sangria was good and well decorated. We will be back

Had a reservation for party of 9 but ended up waiting 30-40mins because they were running behind due to a company's Christmas party. Our server (who normally works the Littleton location) was absolutely amazing and we ended up having a great night! The food was delicious and despite the wait I'm sure we will be back.

Really cool area in Parker. They used way too much salt on the salmon and the fries are like you would get out of a frozen bag.

First time to the restaurant, wanted to try something new. Pot pie was bland and biscuit was stale. Asian chicken wrap was dry and unflavorful. When asked about our meals, we told the bartender (who was great) and he took the pot pie off (we repeatedly told him he didn't need to do that), but he got ruffled when he asked if I liked mine. He went and got a very large man, balding with glasses, who got angry with us and said we "got what we wanted" since he took the meals off. Told him we're sorry we didn't like the food and there was no reason to get so upset, we'd happily pay for our meals. He then was very aggressive and kept coming into my space making me back up (keep in mind I'm a 60 year old woman) and was also speaking very loudly. I pointed these things out and he calmed down a little, but was still angry and said "when we come at him like that, he's going to come back at us". By then people were staring at the commotion so we left $60 to cover our lunch. Wow. Pretty crazy..needless to say we won't be back. And if you go, make sure to tell them you love the food!
