We had a lovely dinner on the patio! Great food, service, and atmosphere.

We treated our friend Lisa for her bday and it was a wonderful experience! From the nice man greeting us to Marty taking us to our lovely table outside where he was sure to keep us warm by the heaters to Chris who waited on us. The food was on time, well presented and so delicious! They even treated us to a complimentary warm birthday brownie with ice cream and whipped cream. It was hot and delicious! Being in the hospitality arena, I notice most everything and we will definitely be back!

By far the best chicken fried steak breakfast ever! Huge portion of hashbrowns, 2 eggs, 2 pieces of toast and an amazing chicken fried steak for $18!!!! Plenty of parking, plenty of room, cocktails, don't bother going downtown!

This is a nice place to catch a bite. They have a variety of different things on the menu. Something for everyone. The portions are good. Atmosphere is OK, they’re dealing with a small spot and trying to utilize every inch.

What a great restaurant!! Can't say enough about this establishment for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Food is excellent with generous portions and reasonable prices. Drinks are outstanding, with $2 off cocktails during Happy Hour. Service is exceptional. Nice interior with beautiful view of the golf course. It was too hot for patio dining, but it looks inviting for milder weather. Parking lot is rather small, but plenty of on-street parking available. We were staying at the La Quinta Inn and so glad that we discovered this place only a couple of minutes away.

We dined in here once before and the food was excellent. This time I did a take-out order of fish and chips. They were the best fish and chips I've had in Paso Robles.

excellent quality, but the flour tortillas with the shrimp tacos are cold, tasteless detracting from overall flavor profile…..toasting/grilling the tortillas as well as adding two more shrimp would greatly improve this dish…..Love the service and atmosphere….plenty of parking.

Very good food with a nice amount on the plate makes Spirit of Paso Robles a good value. Add in a friendly service staff and a nice view of the golf course and you will know why I keep coming back. They smoke their meats on site which creates an enticing aroma as you walk up to the doors. Pretty much anything with the brisket or pulled pork will be delicious. The fish in the fish and chips is amazing. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Marty the manager is one of the nicest guys. He always greets you with a smile. Marty always jumps in to help his staff/ co-workers, in any way he can. Hard worker and a definite asset to the restaurant. I also commend the rest of the staff, friendly and courteous to all of their patrons. This is just my own observation. Give it a try and say hello to Marty!

My wife and both I got the smoked brisket sandwich. Unbelievably good. The service was great. I really loved the peanut butter beer. Will definitely be back for more.

The smoked brisket scramble was incredible. I probably could have had another one as I inhaled it. Get salsa with it. Service was great

Took my sister and brother in law last night. I ordered the medallions (medium) and shrimp. One medallion was overcooked, the other medium. My sister ordered the Shrimp Tacos. The Rice and beans were overcooked and very dry. Extremely noisy, everyone had to yell to communicate. Had to ask for water 3 times. Cocktails took a very long time too. Not sure we'll return.
