Always a good place to get a quick meal or drink.

I eat alot of McDonalds (which is probably a bad thing) but when I come to this McDonald's I always feel like I'm being welcomed to a good fast food restaurant which is nice to have. They are pretty quick with getting the food done and taking peoples orders they even give you suggestions on making your order cheaper. Not many McDonald's do that sadly but I love this place cant wait for another midnight trip

The place was slammed, it was the shift from breakfast to lunch and they still got my order right and in good time. A great crew doing a great job!

I showed up management does not allow employees to use the cash register so I had to use the kiosk so I did I took my kid to the play area where it smelled so bad of urine that I had to leave the area I sat down by the window next to the kiosk watching other customers come in I went to the restroom there was a customer in there as I was in there did not wash his hands went straight up to the kiosk after put his dirty hands all over the kiosk the next person that came in unknowingly put their hands all over the kiosk need I say more

Has working air conditioning!!! Such a relief in the crazy heat!! And the play place is open, so kids have something to do while you are cooling off in the ac. While the play place is not amazing, it is quite sufficient to entertain your kids, and the way it is designed makes it able to be sanitized easily. (No idea of how often they do this, but it is possible.) Oh, and the food is decent McDonald's fare as well. Definitely recommend as a place to take your kids to avoid the heat for an hour or two!

Lately I've been using the mobile app to complete all of my orders. I feel like they are more accurate. This drive thru line is always long at this location so I actually prefer to use the app.

Can get a little busy. But I can't think of a time when they messed up my order...which is rare for fast food. And everyone is always friendly. And the food is usually hot.

They just went state of the art! You order your food items from a screen, you can customize also. Grab a number, find a table, sit down and your food is brought to you! Was caught off guard the first time I saw it. There are several so no more lines!

Me and my girlfriend love the coffee here it's always good, she'a more of a hot coffee drinker and I like the iced coffee (black) myself. They're always friendly and have really good customer service 🙂

Nice place to take the kids lots of space.... They have a kid friendly area when its to hot out or rainy a great place to eat and relax the bathrooms need more attention and the dining area could be looked after more i thought and the staff was a little blah

Usually the staff is friendly and service is usually quick in drive thru with little errors, however most times I find a visit inside shows the staff seem more interested in the Social networking experience with their co-workers than working toward fully paying attention to the customer standing waiting to give an order or ask for something extra when given their meals and have to be prepared to find their items sitting on the counter without a crew member to make sure items like ketchup are made available or worse is when they have more than 2 orders bagged on the counter without any idea of what one belongs to you, personally digging in someone else's bag isn't ideal or desired seeing as how it's not like French fries are covered and who knows where someone else's hands have been if they're the ones who have decided to checkout what order is their's...

Great, small town service. Food prepared by exacting standards, burgers just taste fresher here than others. Avoid the drive-thru and use Curbside, it rocks.

Quick service, in and out but for this order we only purchased drinks and soft serves. The tea is perfect I will change a thing.

No complaints. We used drive thru to quickly grab breakfast sandwiches for lunch (thank you McDonalds for that option) as we were leaving town after a quick visit to the Patterson Library for some family archives.

I just went in there to use the restroom. I have made a personal choice not to eat a lot of fast food and after I saw the McDonald's challenge I will never eat that food again. It was clean and very new.. The Bathrooms were very clean and the staff was very accommodating

It is McDonald's. I rarely go to McDonald's, but when I am driving from SF to LA, I have the urge to check one out every so often. This location is in town. Not near the conveniently situated gas station, restaurants, fast food joints along the highway. It took me inside the small town. That said, easy to order with the app. Plenty parking, and curbside pick up parking as well. Service was fast on a Friday dinner time (7pm).

Place needs attention to cleanest. Ordered the six piece chicken strips. Very good here. Got the order and there was four regular size and two quarter size? The management named Cecilia took care of the mistake and got me a fresh complete full size six piece. Fries could have been hotter. All was good.

The food was good, the service was good, the store was clean. Unfortunately, I arrived at the same time all the schools in a 100-mile radius got out, with all the children going into that one McDonald's. Very loud. Orderly, but loud, lol. Will go again!

Its just a standard McDonalds, that is very busy in the mornings, and being as such, items often go missing if going through the drive thru, and the return trips for those items are often high. But on the plus side, the food is often hot because nothing has a chance to sit and get cold.

I liked the play area but the dining room was dirty with Napkins and stains. The food was great.

Be very carful when u order nuggets last 3 times I've been. No sauces given, always check your order. I didn't get why they ask if they don't give. All 3 times didn't realize until I was on the freeway. Kids where disappointed 😞

For some reason they keep forgetting what we order...everytime...we ask for plain mcdoubles....we get regular...every time!..we ask for large fries...we get 2 apple pies...and the one we got the fries for is allergic to fruit!....its like they are mocking us...but for the last couple times they have gor it right. .so bey maybe the new people learned idk

My husband went and used his coupon for a sausage and egg sandwich and got a ham sandwich. I called yesterday, I called today and yet I haven't received a call back or an answered call.

I have only been there 3 times because every time I go, there would barely be people inside and in the driveway but you have to wait a long time for your food. Going through the driveway be prepared to be told to wait in the pickup line for your food and be waiting for at least 5 to 10 minutes if not 15 minutes. The same goes for the inside. But the food is still good. This is just a warning for those who have no patience to wait.

Curbside pickup wait time has gone from under 5 minutes to now 5-10 minutes. This used to be the fastest option but now I can watch a car go through the drive thru the same time I arrive for my curbside order but 100% of the time the drive thru get their orders first.

Orders take forever. My dine in orders have been skipped on more than one occasion. Ok on friendliness. Drive thru sucks. Always asked to park and then have to wait at least 5-10 minutes.

Computer ordering was confusing, of the three things we ordered, all three were wrong. And McDonald’s is WAY overpriced now somehow

They are extremely slow always behind and always backed up the kids that were there are fairly okay I wouldn't go to really super nice or extremely polite but they're better than most places but I will tell you the fast food places in Patterson the people that worked them are normally really really nice the food is terrible just saying.

On thursday june 6 around 7:45 we went to mcdonalds and the problems we had were that they mixed up our order, we found a piece of plastic in our childs burger, and we couldnt pay with a credit card, but instead with cash. We tried calling to make a complaint but they wouldnt answer. Overall it was a bad experience and we are some upset customerss

very slow service, very filthy restaurant, every table was dirty, 4 workers were too busy talking to get anything done. when I finally got my food it tasted like it was cooked yesterday. It totally sucked.

It says they close at 1am but I arrived at 1220 and it said closed. The ladies are lazy and rude and they take forever to give you food because they're constantly chit chatting and eating on the job. They messed up my order and I didn't even bothering asking to fix it cause they'll take another 20 minutes for my order

11p.m. lots of people in line but yet they can't make tea the guy in front asked for it they said no. I was ordering 2 large (fyi I love the tea) they said no then I heard the person behind me ask. That's 3 cars at least that wanted tea but they wouldn't make it that late. I personally think this should be fixed. Then the kid at the window took my cash and I swear he did it on purpose the way he grabbed the money touching my hand with his clammy hands. Then gave me my drinks overflowing and tried to hurry me up to take them while they're spilling. I asked for napkins and cleaned the mess before it went into my cup holder. Fries were all undercooked as they were all mushy and the burger wasn't that hot.

3 X's in a row in the last 2 weeks I've been screwed out of breakfast items. Today, I ordered the big breakfast with hot cakes. Didn't get my hashbrown, no jelly, no salt n pepper and no freakn sausage? What am I paying for? And they want $15/hr? Rediculous.

The food is disgusting. You can literally tell they don't throw out the food when it expires. I got a mcgriddle and the bun was hard. Last I checked mcgriddles are supposed to be fluffy and not hard. The sandwiches never look like the pictures because the pictures are literally photoshopped. Just look at the 2 different mcchickens and how the lettuce is exactly the same. Hate McDonald's.

Fights inside the restaurant, no one stopping them. I am with my husband and our two children. It's total chaos in there everyday. I know I will never patronize this restaurant again. Very "ghetto". Management needs to step up.

Every time I go here, there's always a long line for the drivethrew and they take forever! Theres 2 ordering stalls but they only use one, even when theres a long line of cars. The only reason I go is because of my kids

Every single time I go to this mcdonalds I am missing something from my mighty kids meal. Today I was missing the bbq sauce (which I doubled checked they heard me when I ordered) and I didn’t get the extra fry in place of the yogurt. So I spent 5 dollars on 6 nuggets and 1 small fry. Along with that I can NEVER go through the drive thru because it is constantly back up blocking EVERY parking spot. I have worked at mcdonalds before and can say this one does not have the speed and accuracy needed for its location. I’m tired of giving this place free money

We went to this place about 20 times. 19 times orders were screwed up. Then customer service is bad. As we complain, every working person wont listen and put the blame on us. Attitude/ego is issue.

Just found out that this McDonald's does NOT do senior coffee! Burger King across the street doesn't either! But most of the gas stations are cheaper when you do a refill. Both restaurants were empty on a Sunday morning.

My goodness I just don't understand how someone can say something 3x and as clearly and basically as possible but still not get the right food, somehow 3 wrong meals and 6 drinks later I gave up and to top it off the gal insisted they did not have mc doubles when obviously it's on the menu and the guy next to me has ordered them but whatever can't expect too much these days anyways. We didn't have a complicated order was three hamburgers two with meals one without they screwed it up three times and then after we finally took it and it was take out as we were driving down the road and hamburgers were dry it out and salty or to beat the band I don't think I'd go back to that one unless I got a fresh hamburger cooked without any salt and maybe they've got the order straight for a change really miserable visit

Worst McDonald's in town! They never have sundaes the machine is always broke lines are always long I waited 10 minutes for a cheeseburger!! Today I went there for breakfast and they did not have no biscuits how do you not have biscuits as a main item! The kids that work drive thru are so slow it seems like they are high! And why is it that that McDonald's has higher prices than other McDonald's are they price gouging??? The owner of that establishment needs to have that franchise taken away from them! That one McDonald's is giving McDonald's a bad name!!

I swear these people at this McDonalds are always messing up the order or short on something. We went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 number 4s. Sure enough they forgot to put the other biscuit in. We found out when we got home and my husband went back. If I paid for it I expect it. Funny how they won't ever throw extra food In the bag though. Their job is not that hard!

I was given only half of the order, and I had to call the manager and show the receipt. At the end of the order, they gave me the second half of the order. the mood was spoiled, I had to ask for a receipt as the manager simply threw it inside the kitchen. when ordering did not ask what sauce I want and put the ketchup. ketchup in the stuck together and dirty packings !!! I work as a driver, I travel in all states and this is the worst McDonald's !!!!

08/30/2022 There is this employee that works the Night Shift her name is NELLY, she is very rude and unprofessional. Recent: Humiliating Experience Instead of apologizing and replacing my food they mocked me. NELLY and another employee. I bought a Deluxe Crispy chicken sandwich half way the chicken was very undercooked. I drove back to the mc Donaldss explained to the Employee Nelly my sandwich was very undercooked and she called all the employees in a mocking way look she ate half the burger and wants a new one. I told no that is not the case my sandwich is under cooked she called another employee and they began speaking about me eating half and I thinking I was going to get a refund or a new they said no way you are getting your money back or a new sandwich. I told its fine then just cook a new one and make sure its not under cook and cut it in half they nope we are not replacing it, and leave my drive thru. 01/01/2018 This is the ONLY Mc Donald’s in Patterson City but the employees are very professional and friendly. I regularly use the Drive-Thru I have never been inside.

They call it a drive-thru, not a walkthrough. Placed order was read back to us , it was a signature meal a chicken sandwich mael with a shake instead of a soft drink requested fresh french fries. Got order missing one order of fries, the one order we did get wher not fresh so asked for missing fries they hadn't dropped people behind us wasn't fair to make them wait so i offered to wait at the curbside service the girl said yes so I waited and waited and waited cars came and went so I finally walked over near drive-thru window and ask the girl what about my Fry's she responded can you walk up to the window so I can give it to you we're not allowed to go out there after she had said it was fine for me to wait didn't have any napkins and to make things worse after Fine Again the fries went home look at my order and it was wrong so I called in the other person on the phone would say well we can give you another meal tomorrow just come by, so I gave her my name, said I would be there but I'm not going back this is not the first time your customer service has been horrible there are a few good workers there but you have to be lucky to get one of those.

Worst service always forget to put items in bag check your bag even if they tell you it’s in there it’s not and stingy with the condiments. Need better customer service representation training rude lady on the speaker box.

I go there .on.thru Friday and guaranteed they mess up my order!! I asked for condiments they say there in the bag and she. I check nothing there I get parked and they take me cold fries and wrong sandwich um. Really?? The employees are nice but they need to get the order right!!!

We are on our way back from our vacation travellingdown I-5. We stopped in Paterson to grab something to eat fast and use the restrooms. The bathroom both male and female were an absolute pigsty and it looks like they had been for a while and nobody had checked them. I know people treat other people's property like pigs but I do know McDonald's has policy in place that the restrooms are to be checked regularly. I go to McDonald's especially when I'm traveling and in all fairness most of the stores are clean m except this particular store is not Following the policy. There is another McDonald's further up the highway I plan to stop there and not patronize this particular store because if they are lacking in cleanliness don't want to find out what they're doing in their food section. I'm normally not this crazy but what triggered this was that I had stopped there about a month-and-a-half ago and the bathrooms were not clean again but nowhere near the mess this time.

Horrabile.. 1st i didnt want to use the computer to order.. And she made me.. Then 25 min wait for food.. Fries were reheated I was disgusted. So i asked for fresh fries.. Than after all that i received my drink... I will never go back again. Inpaid $9 something for a meal that was reheated even the siginature burger was old and burnt i had to devour it with packaged ketchup just to stomach it!! And in the words of my five year old with his happy meal "thumbs DOWN!!!!!!"

When you order an item to be a special way you expect to receive your order exactly how you wanted it. Not once but twice McDonald's on Geer road in Turlock gotten my order wrong. How dam hard is it to make a hashbrown extra crispy?

Can this place hire people who aren’t rude and have At least a couple of brain cells, common sense. They get paid well enough to have some decency. I was waiting for my receipt forever, a line behind me, I did Apple Pay and the lady didn’t say anything to me if I wanted a receipt or not, so I thought something went wrong with my bank or something. I was there waiting, 10 minutes later she asks if I needed something looking at me like a dumbass. I told her I needed my receipt and she said it didn’t come out. Maybe tell that to the customer right away? Unbelievable. Waste of time for me and the people behind me.

Always, always get your order wrong! Look in your bag, lo and behold it's either wrong or missing something you ordered! Really dislike this mcd's, they need better, friendlier, helpful employees! Especially some of the managers ugh!

This location chooses their Drive thru wait time over making a sale and fulfilling customer order. Went here on lunch ordered 25.00 worth of food got to window to pay, gave employee credit card. She runs the card and the system beeps and she tells me my card isn't working ( implying my card is declining) do I have another. I let her know the card is fine. She runs it again same thing saying it's the system. Another person comes tries it and says I need a different payment as my card is not working.I request they use a different register and was told they can't do that and that I would need to come in. I let them know to cancel the order and left. Went to Wendy's ordered food used same card and instantly went through and got my food. All this because they didn't want to take time to use a different register so their bosses can be excited about their fake drive thru times.

Ordered the Quarter Pounder deluxe. It was sloppily made. There was so much mayonnaise and ketchup that when I took a bite the tomatoes started to fall out. Took off the top of the bun to fix it, and found that both tomatoes were tomato tops, and there was only one pickle. I also thought the lettuce used to be romaine, but I had iceberg instead. Not sure if they changed that ingredient..either way it was disappointing. Even for McDonald's. Also, the employees don't seem happy and the manager is rude.

I stopped in on my break and I work nights so there were no other people ordering. My fries were cold and they messed up my chicken sandwich! This McDonald’s is horrible. The kids working here are rude and lazy. The management obviously can’t fix their store since I’m not the only bad rating. I ordered a mcgriddle in the morning and my cheese was hard and rubbery not even warm or melted. Completely cold food. They always forget items and get upset when you correct them. Overall bad service/food.

probably the worst customer service industry now. does not come up to the counter to let you know about your order. would rather stand there talking about their breaks and smiling from across the store at me on their phones instead of updating my on my order which is not much at all. when did prioritizing the customers in the lobby not become a thing anymore? this store is very unprofessional and only has a good shift every blue moon. please hire competent people who actually have experience in customer service.

Dirty both in the lobby and restroom. Don't let your kids play on the play are because who knows if they even clean it. Staff are slow and probably couldn't even tell you what's on a plain cheeseburger without consulting a chart. On top of all that, they also charge for water.

It’s simple if someone orders for pickup, make the food, place it on the pickup shelf and that’s it but instead you have to check in and wait for them to make food not everybody has time to wait so that’s why you order ahead

The drive thru is usually smooth but I walked in today just for a latte and 2 apple pies. It was hitting 12 mins waiting for just that and I was in a rush, hence the “fast food” choice but they take the inside people as last priority, don’t recommend. Treated like garbage the entire time, everyone acted like I didn’t exist. I came in to pick up an order I had placed 20 minutes before and they hadn’t started. Legitimately the single worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to and it hurts that it’s in MY hometown, shame on management for not cracking down on this because they saw me too and played along like I was invisible.

2 kiosk didn't work. Ordered $50 worth of food. Waited 35 minutes for food. Management claimed our food was mistakenly taken. Got refunded then found out my order was an entirely different number than my receipt. Was charged $5 more the 1st time and when we got home the order was missing 2 sandwiches. Check your order before you leave.

I wish I could give zero stars. I understand that reviewing a large chain like McDonald’s might not make much of a difference, but I’m really hoping the District Manager takes a close look at this location and addresses the issues with both the management and employees. This is the only McDonald’s in town, and unfortunately, it’s consistently disappointing. I’ve visited several times, thinking maybe it was just a bad day, but it never gets better. The employees are unfriendly, slow to get orders out, and seem to lack basic customer service skills. Instead of fixing their mistakes, they put the blame on customers, which is completely unacceptable. The problem isn’t just with one or two people — it’s the majority of the staff. Their behavior shows a complete lack of respect for customers. I’ve even witnessed them talk down to an elderly woman, which was upsetting to see. The restaurant itself is also in bad shape. The lobby is dirty, with sticky floors and tables that are rarely wiped down. It’s obvious that cleanliness isn’t a priority here. They also need to figure out how to handle online orders because the process is a total mess. Orders are constantly delayed or wrong, and it seems like nobody is properly trained to handle them. I’m not trying to disrespect fast food workers, but the attitudes at this location are terrible, and it’s clear that management isn’t doing their job. Something needs to change. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend stopping at this McDonald’s.

Cancelled my mobile orders. Very frustrating after driving so far. They said it was because I didn’t select “I’m here” on the app even though I was in the restaurant before breakfast was over. Ruined my whole mood. They asked if I wanted to speak with the manager but why go through the hassle. Besides that - their new restaurant design makes it annoying to come here. No more self serve drinks or ketchup. You even have to ask them for napkins. Plus this location never has the regular McDonald’s deals on the app.
