Ordered online, said the food was ready in 30 minutes. Came in i still have to wait for another 40 mins. Not like the other round table, when you ordered online, came in at the time they told you. Food is always ready. Highly recommend the round table in parking shop in Willow Pass, concord.

I’ve tried to give this store a few tries now and they never deliver. This location should be shut down. Always poorly made and their employee turnover is constant. Our son is having a sleepover with (2) friends tonight, and the cheese pizza delivered to us isn’t fully cooked.

I am a new resident to Pittsburg and I have recently made 2 purchases from this local franchise and both have been disappointing. The first visit I ordered a combination special that included a 2 liter soda and some mozzarella sticks. When I arrived at the store the guy working behind the counter apologized and told me that the store manager refused to order the 2 liter bottles from Pepsi and that I would need to take 3 fountain drinks instead. I asked him if I could just get a refund instead and he told me it wasn’t possible. I told him that there were two people for the pizza and due to the fact they had no drinks without sugar it would be a waste since the other person would not drink 3 sugary fountain drinks in one sitting and if they were kept in the refrigerator they would go flat. (I can’t drink all of that sugar). After realizing the dude was not going to do anything satisfactorily to correct this I gave up and took 3 drinks on a drink tray. Well, I figured that after a few weeks now they had surely fixed the situation and so I ordered the same items as before, but this time I added some churro bread and wings. When I arrived at the restaurant this time they not only didn’t have the 2 liter sodasbut now they didn’t even have drink trays to carry multiple cups of fountain soda home. I told the guy I was alone and had no way to carry three drinks and asked for a refund. This guy, like the last stated he could not refund me the drinks so I suggested maybe he could give me a $5 gift card for a future purchase, but he could not even do that. He did say he would speak to the manager and see if he could put a $5 credit on my account for a future purchase. I have no idea if that was done or not, but I supposed I will find out when I got to make my third and most likely last purchase from Round Table Pizza.. Additionally, this time I found that with my wings he never gave me the sauce I requested online, and for over $11 for six wings, I received the most anorexic little wings you could imagine. I was also not offered any sauce for the mozzarella sticks. The churro bread twists were dry and chewy like I imagine shoe leather would be and while the pizza looked good, the pan crust was hard and deflated almost like it had no rise to it. So this time my whole experience was really poor. As I stated before, I will give this location a 3rd and possibly final try, but if it turns out to be a mess, I will take my business elsewhere. To the management: Pizza places are a dime a dozen and I have no problem going online to find someplace else to dine with. To the franchise owner: I understand you don’t have a full time manager at this location. I suggest you find one and hold the person supervising this location accountable. This is not the way to welcome new residents and this area of the city is growing so you are going to be alienating a whole new demographic that has more disposable income than the traditional Pittsburg resident. Very disappointed! :(

This place has definitely earned it's ~3 star rating, do yourself a favor and order from another location. Everything we've ordered from this location has had some sort of issue. Either not all toppings requested were on the pizza(s) or very little toppings were on the pizza or order took 20-30 minutes longer than what was stated on the website. I was really excited to see this location move into the shopping center but it's been a disappointment since Day 1.

I really enjoy Round Table Pizza...prefer it over Domino's. The service I received today was unsatisfactory. I placed an order for a personal size pizza and it was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. When I got to the restaurant my pizza wasn't ready. I had to wait for 15 minutes before I was told that my pizza was going into the oven and would be done in 10 minutes. 15 minutes passed and still no pizza. I watched someone walk in and ordered a pizza and received it before all the other people waiting on their orders. 10 minutes later they brought me my pizza. Come to find out that it was just sitting on the counter in the kitchen. When I checked the pizza it wasn't hot or even warm at all. It was never put in the warmer. It might be awhile before I order again from there. I might just go to another Round Table Pizza.

There is almost zero cheese on my pizza. Just saucy pepperoni bread Edit: I emailed the email in the reply to this review and haven’t received anything back Another edit 11 months later: ordered pan crust pepperoni and received regular crust room temperature dry old pizza. Pretty sure they were giving out leftover lunch buffet pizzas.

First of all the have no specials, i asked for no olives and i got olives. The crust was as if i ordered a extra thin crust.and we had to ask for plates when they brought it to our table .. what were we supposed to eat off the tables. And we had to move booths cause there were ants on the table.. for 40$ a pizza not worth it..

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This location is terrible. We ordered a Double Pepperoni with extra sauce on a regular crust. Most pieces had less than 3-4 pepperoni and some had only 1! A sheet of paper thin crust that's supposed to be a regular crust and less sauce than any other pizza out there, and it was supposed to be extra sauce! You will be very disappointed ordering pizza from this location! Look at the pics to see!

We ordered online, paid, and upon arrival they legit said, “We received your order and we did not make it. I don’t know what to tell you.” They proceeded to not make the order. This place should probably close down with such poor management and employees.

Went here last night and it was two female employees, & 8 customers in the lobby waiting. One customer had been waiting since 7:45 and still had not got their pizza. I placed an order online and was promised a 8:28 pick up time, i stood in the line until 9:28pm and i was not helped at all. I ended up going to mountain mikes and satisfied my pizza craving.
