This Chipotle is the most convenient for us, so we visit here regularly. If I remember to, I try and order online as it can get pretty busy. When you order online you don’t have to wait in line, just go right to the cashier and boom, done. Today I ran in around 5pm. Nobody there. Super fast. Parking was easy. Staff is usually courteous and helpful. I have picky eaters and it’s nice to be able to custom tailor everything, even if it’s just the basic rice, beans and cheese in a bowl. They even add extra rice or beans if asked. Restaurant is usually kept pretty tidy. We love Chipotle.

The food is really good. The service is courteous and prompt. It is usually busy, but the line moves at a good pace. The atmosphere is decent. Im guessing things get a little backed up during busy times, so the restock process happened after I left. The bathroom door in the far corner could use some help.

This is not Mexican food first of all. That being said The chips and the guacamole are really good and if you like queso Blanco then that's good too. But honestly, the meat is a little salty and it's nothing to write home about. Service is great though, but I really would like it if they would stop calling it Mexican food.

The help could be friendlier. The food is good. The dining room was clean.

This is not Mexican food first of all. That being said The chips and the guacamole are really good and if you like queso Blanco then that's good too. But honestly, the meat is a little salty and it's nothing to write home about. Service is great though, but I really would like it if they would stop calling it Mexican food.

Instead those peoples spots are filled with rude, inpatient, and pushy crew. Today around 6 ish I got two bowls. I come in here often and I've never said a thing but unfortunately the service today was VERY pushy and dismissive. There is one person in particular who has always been like this. Square glasses lady(I'm sorry I don't know your name), please stop telling your staff not to do normal portions. If I'm paying nearly 40 dollars for two bowls and you're giving me 1/4 of a spoon per ingredient that just straight ripping not only me but A LOT of other people off. Not only that but when you ask for "extra" is not even a little bit more it's more like a piece and you get charged EXTRA...... Look at your views. The service and portions are sad. And to the manager, poor life into your employees. Give them a reason to actually want to come into work that day. I've been coming here for years and it's just gotten worse as time goes by. Please do better we are grateful for you guys and would love to support but not don't expect that if you're doing the opposite all the time.

Yall should fire the lady with the glasses who puts 10 pieces of meat in the bowl and adds 4 pieces when asked for double😂 Not tryna spend 25$ on a small bowl. Love chipotle but always bummed out when I see that she is the one working. Been dealing with this for months.

I'm kind of shocked to see how busy this location despite the small portion size and kinda gross eating area. It seems quite well staffed so I'm not sure why the bathroom is rough and the dinning area is not clean. The girl who took my order did follow with welcoming me in, but she seemed to just be in a bad mood. Maybe she isn't a people person. Went on August 31. Worst Chipotle I’ve been to as far as food goes. My burrito bowl was basically all rice and had maybe five pieces of chicken. Chipotle is supposed to be my safe food, but I can’t go to this location anymore because that was disgusting.

Possibly the worst Chipotle location we have ever been to. The total amount in 3 tacos is what other Chipotle's (Folsom and Auburn) serve in 1 taco. I hope corporate investigates them for how badly they're ripping off their customers. We'll make the drive to Folsom moving forward.

Really disappointed in the meat portion. The smallest Chipotle meat serving I ever received. The girl serving told me it was a ten minute wait for honey chicken and suggested I get something else. I only came in for the honey chicken and since it was 1.5 hours before closing I figured I would ask for what I wanted. I felt that the girl serving was annoyed about the fact that I didn't change my order. Then gave me the smallest meat portion on the burrito bowl. When I inquired about it, she was so rude to me in front of other customers too. It was so disrespectful, I couldn't enjoy my meal. I love Chipotle but will never have this girl serve me again

Just went in to grab a burrito for the drive home. They were out of almost everything at 5:30. There was a bit of carnitas left, enough for one burrito, but instead of throwing it all on mine the girl just gave me a pinch of meat to stretch it... never going back again. Just go to one of the taco shops around the area

Was told they were out of white rice, I asked how long would it take to make and the guy said we don’t have any right now. Then they said there out for the day it’s the middle of the day at 4:00 pm how are you out of white rice?? Funny thing is I would of waited for them to simply make it but they couldn’t care less
