I wish to especially thank Talal and Fatima for the excellent service they consistently provide, and of course the owner Hassan, who never fails to greet me warmly. And who sets a wonderfully positive tone for the entire operation of the establishment. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Their great hospitality is worth mentioning. The place is also very clean and well-organized, which adds a lot to the overall experience. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Board Bites truly exceeded my expectations. I originally stopped in while looking for something quick and tasty for my daughter and I before her tennis practice. I’m plant-based and my daughter isn’t, so finding a spot that can accommodate both of us can be a challenge. Board Bites immediately stood out as a place that offered something for everyone—and they absolutely delivered. When we walked in, we were greeted warmly (I’m fairly sure it was the owner). He was incredibly friendly and even offered us a sample of the falafel. Let me just say—the falafel was delicious—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and full of flavor. And the sauce that came with it? It was wonderful! My daughter ordered the Chicken Shawarma Pita Wrap and I got the Falafel Pita Wrap. Mine was everything I love in a good falafel wrap—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Next time, I’ll definitely ask for extra sauce because it was that good. My daughter, who had NEVER tried Lebanese food before, took one bite and rated her wrap a 10/10. This is a big deal—she’s a very picky eater. She enjoyed it so much she’s already asked if we can stop back again before her next practice, and she’s excited to try the bowls next time. When we brought the leftovers home, even my husband was eyeing my wrap with jealousy and asked why I didn’t bring him one...oops😅 Overall, Board Bites is a gem—great food at great prices, warm hospitality, and a menu that works beautifully for different dietary needs. If a restaurant can impress my 14-year-old picky eater and leave us planning our return visit the same day, that’s a win in my book. We’ll definitely be back—and yes, I’ll be sure to bring home a wrap for my husband next time!😄

The four of us went to Board Bites looking for authentic Lebanese street food, and we were absolutely delighted with what we found. Our orders included a Falafel Plate with veggies and bread, Fattoush with chicken, Plain Fattoush, Lentil Soup, Hummus, and Baba Ghanouge. Every single dish was truly delicious, bursting with authentic Lebanese flavors. I especially enjoyed the falafel—it was freshly fried, perfectly seasoned, and tasted genuinely authentic. You could tell it was made with care and tradition. The hospitality of the owner was exceptional—warm, gracious, and truly made us feel welcome. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, the kind of place you can relax and enjoy a great meal with friends. It was an enjoyable dinner from start to finish, and I highly recommend Board Bites to anyone craving authentic Lebanese cuisine.

I had the gyro with the lamb and beef. It was delicious! I would definitely order again! The fries were a bit underseasoned but it made a nice side to my main dish. We ordered up at the counter but was served at the table. Friendly service. Will come back when I'm in the area again!

Such good gyro!! The gyro pita wrap was so tasty. The spicy batata was a bit too spicy for me, but I used the sour cream served on the side and the extra tzatziki sauce to balance out the spice. My spice tolerance is Sriracha.

Very very good! Traditional Middle Eastern / Mediterranean food. The Basmati rice was excellent, blend of saffron and spices gave it an almost sweet taste! The Kibbeh were also great, although it could have used more garlic. Next time we're up there, we will absolutely be coming back!!

As others have said ... This restaurant serves FRESH food. I ordered the falafel boxed lunch. The falafels were perfectly fried. They were moist and fluffy with a good flavor. Highly recommended if you like falafels. The hummus tasted freshly made. The side salad was fresh. I have no issues with any of my food. I will be ordering here again.

Board Bites on K Avenue in Plano is a hidden gem that delivers big on flavor and hospitality. I stopped by and ordered the chicken shawarma wrap, and I’m still thinking about it. The wrap itself was perfectly toasted—crispy on the outside but still soft enough to let all the juicy, flavorful chicken shine through. The spices were spot on, not overpowering but rich and balanced, giving it that authentic Lebanese taste. What really stood out beyond the food was the warmth of the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and friendly energy that made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. It felt like they cared just as much about how I was doing as they did about making sure the food was on point—and both were excellent. The textures in the shawarma were amazing, too—crispy edges, tender meat, and fresh veggies, all wrapped up just right. It’s a simple dish, but done to perfection. If you’re in the Plano area and craving something delicious, fresh, and made with care, Board Bites is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be back for sure.

Everything tastes so fresh! My favorites are the beef shawarma and kofta pitas. Also some of the best kibbeh I've had! You certainly can't go wrong here. Make sure you double up on their hot sauce 🤤 everthing is under $10. Not expensive at all!

I really like this place. The food is always so tasty and the staff is pleasant. I recommend the Hummus dip, Baba Ghanoush, and the Kafta pita wrap is awesome. I am a happy repeat diner.
