June 20, 2025. It has been some years since I ate at Carrabba’s. Not because anything was ever wrong. It’s always been one of our favorite chain restaurants. Just moving from MI to TX, we had so many different options ☺️. We’re back to some of our favorites and Carrabba’s is definitely one of our top 3. Emma was my server. She was personable, professional and pleasant. She knew the menu and helped me decide what to order. I had the Johnny Rocco Chicken salad and the chocolate brownie dessert. The food was EXCELLENT. Fresh and crisp lettuce, well seasoned chicken and the dessert was not too heavy and refreshing. Yep. The bread and oil before dinner is as great as I remembered. Hope your experience is as great as mine. I’ll definitely be back.

Y’all RUN to Carrabba’s and tip well!! After new management this place just hits different in the best way. They showed out with the spring menu. Let me start off with the Calamari and that godly Ricardo sauce *chefs kiss* not to mention the FREE bread with the olive oil herb dip My VEGANS!! They showed out with the Eggplant parmesan and the Grilled veggie ravioli chiiiiillleeeee If you’re in the mood for a spring pasta the Linguine Primavera will be your jam! The tomato’s add a nice tangy favor paired with the grilled spring it makes you want ti keep digging in Lastly the new Citrus olive oil cake is such a sexy dessert! It’s so smooth citrusy moist and the blackberries a perfect tartness to it. Whether it’s dine in or take out Carrabba’s can take my money for any occasion.

I have attended 3 wine dinners and they are SO much fun. Great value, great service, great atmosphere. Tyler is an excellent coordinator and the food service staff are super friendly. The menus are delicious and I’m always excited to book for the next month! Can’t recommend enough.

Carrabba Family recipes, just like Nonna Carrabba used to make - this is as close to Italy as you can get while sitting in a cozy restaurant on another continent. This restaurant will envelop you, and all your senses with the Italian flair. At the table the food is served in such an aesthetically desiring way, that your eyes will feast on the textures, colors, and arrangements even before you take the first bite. Suddenly you'll feel as if you're in Italy, walking the bridges of Venice, admiring the Roman fountains, and glancing at the works of Michelangelo. And then you get a sip of the wine produced from the grapes that grow on the arid hills of Tuscany, some with an undertone of the lemons growing to a point of deliciousness under the Italian sun, and you realize that it's been a long time since you felt this happy. And the only disappointment will be that when you open the door to return home, there won't be a gondola waiting to whisk you back to reality.

Carrabba’s has always been a cozy restaurant to me. The experience here is always so nostalgic to me. The staff is very average. I have nothing against them but, nothing good to say either. I love the Italian culture though. The food is amazing. I got the Alfredo pasta which is one of my favorite foods. It was 9 out of 10. The calamari was good as well. I wish it was a little more golden and crisp but the taste was amazing. The chicken was also cooked perfectly. The dessert was amazing too. I came here with my family and we devoured it in a minute. If not for the calamari, I’ll be coming back for the dessert.

The food at Carrabbas is ALWAYS fantastic! Everything is fresh and flavorful. Esther was an awesome waitress and helped us navigate the menu to pick the best option for our tastes. Prices are not bad at $20-$30 per person. Definitely a family favorite place to enjoy a meal!!

My food was absolutely DELICIOUS 😋 😍. The sausage stuffed mushrooms were Amazing 👏. I asked for Alfredo sauce on my meatballs instead of the sauce that is normally served with it. That sauce paired with the two cheeses was insanely delicious. OMG! The bread was delicious, too. The salt and pepper flavoring on the Calamari was so good!! 🔥. My only wish is that they would have packaged my mushrooms separately from my fried foods. The mushrooms juices were all throughout the container and made my Calamari and Cheese sticks wet and soggy a bit. Luckily, I was going straight home 🏡 and was able to put them in the air fryer. Otherwise, I would have been upset a bit. I will return for sure!

Me and my wife stopped to have a nice happy hour martini & dinner at Carrabba's Italian Grill. This was the first time I had ever eaten at this place and I was glad that I actually told the waitress, who was excellent in our service. We even got a visit from the manager who gave us a nice little first time gift to take home. As you can see by the food we ordered, we had an excellent meal and tasted drinks. I didn't know they made their food from scratch and it's like a family tradition there. This was a very pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend them to whoever would like to visit this establishment in the future👍🏼👍🏼

I recently dined at Carrabba Italian and was thoroughly impressed with the service. The staff was attentive and friendly, making for a pleasant dining experience. The food was excellent overall. I ordered the mahi fish with artichoke.However, I didn't specify how I wanted it cooked, and it turned out a bit rubbery. That was my mistake, and I'm sure it would have been perfect if cooked medium. Also, the steak was cooked thoroughly not impressed. I also started with the burrata, which was a fantastic choice. The dish was delicious and set a great tone for the meal. Overall, I'm very impressed with Carrabba Italian and look forward to returning.

My husband and I went on Valentine's Day. They were slammed and we had a 40 minute wait... it was totally worth it. The food was amazing and the service was top tier. Our server in particular, Haley(Hailey?) was great. She was attentive, checked in on us frequently, and made sure to refill our waters without us having to ask. Carrabba's has always been my favorite restaurant but this just proves why. Can't wait to go back again!

I absolutely love this carrabas! Honestly at home and during travel I order carrabas. Its consistent and sooooo good. Even calamari to go stays crispy. We first went to Chuys and there was a wait of 45 minutes for a table of 2. So we were walking around and found Carrabba’s. We thought we will have a drink here till we get our table at Chuys. To our pleasant surprise there was happy hour going on and our wonderful bartender Haley was so friendly, super efficient and made us some lovely cocktails. Then we ordered some appetizers which was so good that we decided to stay for our dinner. The chicken Marsala was very succulent and tasty. Over the weekend, we had my sons Rehearsal dinner here for his wedding. I would do it again and recommend this place. The price was very do able. This event has been going on for over a year and I have been a pain in the neck for the staff. Asking and calling and emailing Heidi and Krys through out the entire process. Carrabba's is a great Italian restaurant for those on the carnivore diet! With their $10 take home entree deal, I can get a lot of steaks! The restaurant easily handled my order for 6 super rare steaks prepared with no oils or seasonings. I was super pleased! The 16 ounce ribeye steaks are incredible!

I recently dined in this restaurant and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. I absolutely loved the food and every dish was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. What stood out the most were their sauces as they were rich, authentic and added so much depth to the meals. You can tell they take pride in their recipes. One highlight that really deserves a special mention is the Caesar salad. It was incredibly fresh, with crisp romaine, perfectly seasoned dressing, and just the right amount of crunch from the croutons. Honestly, it’s something everyone should try when they visit just a simple dish done exceptionally well. Calamari is also another great dish to taste. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the staff were friendly and attentive making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. It felt like a well-balanced mix of casual dining with quality food that leaves you satisfied. Overall I had a great time at Carrabba’s and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for flavorful Italian cuisine in a relaxed setting. I’m already looking forward to my next visit this place is definitely my favorite..!!!!!!!

We had the bread with side of house dressing to dip , Mommas chicken soup , and for the entrees we had chicken Bryan without the goat cheese. For the desert we got the famous tiramisu. The service was good and Emma was a very attentive to anything we asked. Definitely recommend trying if you have not .

It's been several years since I've been to Carraba's, but I did have some good memories of dining there before I moved away from the states for awhile. I heard they had great happy hour specials (everyday from 4-7PM) and we were in the area, so we decided to stop by and it wasn't very crowded at all. Our server was great and very helpful with deciding which dishes to order. Prices are very reasonable, as are the portion sizes. We even ended up ordering more meals to take home for the following day!

The food was great tasting and fresh. This is a little hidden gem, for a nice lunch or dinner. Also, they have great minestrone soup and other items on the menu if you're vegetarian.

This place has authentic Italian Cuisine . I ordered 1. Sicilian prickly pear margarita 2. Tuscan Grilled Ribeye 3. Sogno di Cioccolata “chocolate dream” And I got lucky as it all tasted good. The service is good and the atmosphere and settings is very calm. The dirty martini ordered for my husband was not good..we had them change it one time but the second time it didn’t turn out well and we had to cancel that drink. I think old olive juice was used, but other than that all was good.

Came in on a very slow Wednesday night and it was quiet and peaceful. However, the service was too slow for my liking. I sat for over 10 minutes before my server ever stopped by, and he constantly disappeared so I had to ask the host for whatever I needed. Besides that, the food was delicious as always. I’ll chalk it up to them having a bad day and come back to this location before completely writing them off.

I placed a to-go order and the food was excellent. I ordered the meatballs and ricotta and the fettuccine Carrabba’s. Both dishes were flavorful, fresh, and the portions were generous. I would absolutely return for the food. However, my main issue was that I felt uncomfortable with the pickup process. A male employee unexpectedly approached my car to collect payment without any prior call or notification. One moment I was looking down, and the next there was someone standing next to my car window. As a woman, that caught me off guard and felt unsettling. To be clear, the employee himself was very friendly and professional. This is not a reflection on him personally! It’s about the whole pick up process I experienced that I disagree with. Also, I waited for a bit and noticed he did not approach any of the other customers who pulled up, which added to my discomfort and confusion. I was not even given the opportunity to go into the restaurant or call the restaurant to get my food. What I’m used to is pulling into a designated curbside area and notifying the restaurant that I’ve arrived, or simply just parking and going in to get my food. That process feels more structured and predictable. Being approached unexpectedly without first checking in felt intrusive. The food was great and I would return, but I hope the curbside process can be more consistent.

There was only a few other tables with diners when we arrived but it took forever to get our food. The waitress would disappear and was not very attentive to our needs. The Host has to find her for us ao we could pay and leave. The meal was way overpriced for quality

The restaurant was cold and empty. No music or any attempt to make a nice atmosphere. The menu clearly stated Eggplant Parmigiana was layered, instead it came out as heated frozen eggplant patties with cheese and sauce on top. So incredibly disappointing. They really need to change the description in the menu. FOLLOW UP…The owner apologized and adds a link to discuss further. If you click on it, it takes you to a closed webpage.

Food was good but not amazing. I’m pleased by the dessert but not the pasta. The seafood was good but the flavor was just missing something so I had to add my own seasoning. The seafood was fresh. The free bread was really good and our server kept giving us more.

I’m going to start this review and edit as the dinner goes on. This sucks we never had trouble until this visit. 20 minutes service sucks. We finally got drinks the food was great as always. It’s the little things that will screw up a review. A well trained employee is a productive employee.

My husband and friend went here to pick up some carryout for us Saturday. My friend ordered it and had me on the phone in case there were any questions. The person in the to-go area that took the order was so rude to him! I could hear it in her voice but he said she was rolling her eyes at every request and didn't even give him the receipt. She just balled it up and he had to ask for it; another eye roll. The only request reflected on the receipt was some extra bread. Side note: I don't mind paying extra for, for example, extra sauce, but instead we received the smallest container of sauce. If you want me to pay just tell me, without the attitude please. Something simple we asked for was some extra herb mix and oil for the bread. What we received was one oil (for two breads) and the smallest amount of herb I have ever seen from Carrabba's. (Pictured) It was about a quarter of what they served at a table split into two little cups. Enough for a slice or two if you are stingy. This was by far the worst service I have EVER EVER EVER had at this location. We decided to order in person because we have ordered online and it didn't turn out well but this was worse! I'm beyond disappointed. So sad.

We were very surprised to see their version of chicken piccata is just two pieces of meat on a plate. I asked where the rest of the dish was and they said that's all of it - no pasta or lemon slices, just meat on a plate. Then our appetizer came out cold (after the entrée) and that's what they served. Not a lot to say besides being clearly disappointed. I will, for sure, not be visiting a Carrabba's location ever again.

My server was chatting away with the manager about TV shows instead of putting my order in. Comes back over and says "he'll bring it out in a minute." So you mean it's ready but I have to wait on someone else to get it while you just hang out? The table next to me was celebrating a birthday. The same guy who brought my food sang happy birthday in Spanish then again in English with the sweetest voice. Server never stopped to check on me, no refills. I felt the 2 dollar tip was a bit generous but I gladly gave the older man who brought my food and sang to the other table a significantly larger tip.

We stopped in for pizza. The windows said “pizza.” There’s a pizza oven. There is, in fact, no pizza. The bartender (who was friendly) said the decals “have been there so long they just didn’t take them off.” Also, not impressed with the small jigger pours on the cocktails. So we walked to Chuy’s. I can’t say we’ll be back.

Our waitress wasn’t rude but definitely showed signs she was having a good night despite the place not having many customers. Both my husband and I agree that the food was entirely too salty. Not sure we’ll be back.

Dine in at this restaurant is usually excellent! However, delivery has been terrible. My husband and I ordered lasagna and crab crakes for dinner and the food was terrible and the portions were half the size you get in the restaurant. Very disappointed!

The food was honestly fantastic — flavorful, well-prepared, and worth praising. Unfortunately, the service was the complete opposite and completely ruined the experience. When I asked to be seated in a specific booth, the host just stared at me like I was being difficult. Then, when our waitress asked my daughter how her summer was and my daughter didn’t answer right away (she’s shy), I gently encouraged her to respond — just trying to help her grow. The waitress jumped in and said, “You don’t have to,” cutting me off in front of my own child. When I ordered another sweet tea, a different waitress came over and literally slammed it on the opposite end of the table, not a word, no eye contact — just walked away. What really stood out to us is how differently we were treated compared to their white customers. My family is Arab and Hispanic, and sadly, we couldn’t help but notice how friendly and attentive the staff were to other tables. It felt like we didn’t belong — and that’s a horrible feeling to leave a restaurant with, especially when the food was so good. Until the service and respect are improved, I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

3 times in total that i have been to this location. the first time was actually not that bad and i could see my self coming back. but the 2nd and 3rd time very disappointed. the 2nd time they have messed up very badly with me and my friends order (from getting a whole order wrong, then missing some food items, then not getting any refiles for some time (keep in mind the time when dining its was dead inside) then trying to offer free dessert to 4 people but only was given 1.) was a slap in the face to use. then the 3rd time was just a simple "whole canole" cake order for my birthday. i have asked all questions when ordering (when is the proper time to place a order? what all does it come with? how much? etc) and i was confident to place the order when given all the information that i need. after picking it up on friday and driving to san antonio for a trip. came to find out saturday when opening the box of the cake, that there was NOT ONE CANOLE was on the cake. A WHOLE CANOLE CAKE! after calling in about the situation to them, they wanted to give me that one canole. ONE! please know that everytime you order a slice. key word "one" slice you get once canole. you telling me if i order a whole that comes in 8 pieces cake for $70, comes with one canole. wow another slap to the face and also not fix the issue. this place will do whatever it takes to screw you over.

I have gone to this location for over twenty years and have noticed a steady decline in the service. I have seen the ownership change multiple times.The food has been consistently good but to me, the service is just as important. My wife and I stopped in yesterday and for the first time we decided to sit at a table. As soon as we were seated, we noticed a pretty big wobble in the table so we moved to the bar which is our normal. Once seated, the two employees behind the bar were busy dealing with an unhappy customer’s order and a server came after a few minutes to take our order. She had a very sour look on her face and did not seem to want to be there. After she took our drink order, she told us that we were “going to have to give her a minute “. Our drink order was wrong and after we sat there for a few minutes, we decided to leave due to the bad vibe we both felt. I wish that I could leave a positive review and rarely give a negative one. Normally, I don’t say anything and just don’t go back but this time I was just so disappointed that I felt like saying something.
