We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Fogo de Chão - Legacy. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The manager and Keegan were incredible, and our server, who unfortunately had to leave before the end of our meal, was also amazing. Every interaction felt thoughtful, genuine, and welcoming. We were dining with our kids, and the entire team treated us like family, which made the evening even more special. It’s rare to find a place that delivers an elevated dining experience while still being so warm and accommodating. This visit was especially meaningful as we were celebrating our first year anniversary as homeowners, and Fogo de Chão helped make it a truly memorable night. We can’t wait to be back!

My friend and I were here for Christmas dinner. The two people who really stood out was the sweet hostess, Amirel (I may be spelling her name wrong), and the gentleman who I can only describe as the floor manager who was in the atrium making sure we were taken care of while dining. The restaurant was at capacity with people transversing the front as if it were Grand Central Station. Amirel handled everything smoothly, with a smile to which I'm sure had been an extremely long and busy day. Before we left, my friend and I asked Amirel to take outlr picture by the Christmas tree, she did and took some amazing pictures of us. Walking out, I realized I left my boxed cheesecake already the Christmas tree. There she was, Amirel was graciously taking pictures for other guests. Besides the floor manager and Amirel, it was clear that everyone was tired and thier busy long day was starting to show. They weren't rude, just exhausted and it was a bit slow to get our first round if drinks after putting in our order and then a total of three people asking if we ordered drinks. Little things seemed to be left forgotten. It was the floor manager who was going around to the tables, picking up the slack and making sure we were being taken care of with our orders, etc.. I wish I knew his name, very nice looking, attentive man. I feel the entire staff did an incredible job on a day that was filled with diners and was at capacity. Everyone working could have otherwise been spending Christmas day with their own family and friends. Reading other reviews about Christmas dinner, some grace needs to be shown to the Fogo de Chao staff. The food...can you ever go wrong at Fogo de Chao? For the first time, I had the lobster in addition to the rest of the food. The lobster was cooked to perfection and topped with just the right amount of butter. Too many times I have told myself that I will order just the salad bar be cause there is so much delicious food. Christmas dinner was not the time for that though. There is valet parking, but also free parking behind and across the street from Fogo de Chao. While we celebrated Christmas with a Christmas dinner at Fogo de Chao, we did linger a little longer as it was my friends first Christmas without her husband who had passed in May. We spent time in conversation. Being in the atrium area, we were able to talk, it wasn't too loud for the amount of people and we could hear one another just fine. Great job to all of the folks who worked and made our Christmas dinner delicious and our dining experience enjoyable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had our McDonald’s Christmas event at Fogo de Chão last Tuesday, and everything was absolutely amazing. Huge thanks to Moe, Ehab, Arianny, Harri, for their outstanding service and attention. The food was excellent, and the entire team made us feel truly welcomed. A very special thank you to Janay, the Event Coordinator—she was incredible from start to finish. Extremely professional, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire planning process. Highly recommended for corporate events and employee celebrations. We couldn’t be happier with the experience!

It was a great decision to come here for a birthday celebration. The food, you already know, is delicious as always. My few favorite are Picanha and Top Sirloin. Drinks are amazing like Old Rush (similar to Old Fashioned but more like a cocktail drink) and Espresso Martini (not too sweet or too bitter). Cheesecake Brûlée was yummy and pretty. The atmosphere, no doubt, is boasted ceiling and luxurious decors. It doesn’t matter which area you are seated in. You will always get a good photo backgrounds. What I’m impressed the most today was the staff service. We have been checked in and served throughout the meal to make sure we are good with side dishes, drinks, dessert, and meats. Shoutout to Sheena, Andria, and Luis for an amazing service. They are a power pack!

They were so friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel cared for the entire time. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. Went here for husband's birthday. They accommodated our special seating request, and we found the service and food to be very good this evening. Nice variety on the salad bar and with the meats. Meats were well prepared. My favorites were the lamb roast, filet mignon, roasted chicken and parmesan pork. Ariela did a good job as our server.

This place caters beautifully to families, couples, and anyone celebrating a special occasion — birthdays, anniversaries, you name it. We were out celebrating my husband’s birthday, and he absolutely loved it — we all did! From start to finish, everything was exceptional. LEO, the customer experience staff member, was amazing — his warm welcome, attention to detail, and genuine care truly elevated the evening. He went above and beyond to make our celebration memorable. BRADEN was also wonderful, helping us end the night with a complimentary birthday cake slice and a friendly send-off filled with smiles, laughter, and great conversation. All in all, this was a 5-star experience across the board — food, service, and atmosphere! (Side note: there was a young lady on the team who unfortunately didn’t meet the same level of attentiveness and warmth. Hopefully, this feedback encourages her to take notes from her amazing colleagues and continue growing in customer care.) We’ll definitely be returning to the Fogo de Chão Plano location — thank you for making our celebration unforgettable! 🎉✨

We had such a wonderful experience at Fogo de Chão thanks to our server, Andria. She was incredibly sweet and attentive to the entire table, always making sure we had everything we needed. She even recommended a lovely fish seasoning right in front of us, which we really appreciated. To top it off, she surprised us with a delicious tres leches dessert that made the meal even more special. We are truly happy with her service and look forward to coming back. Thank you, Andria!

One of the best restaurants I've ever been too. I had the CHEESECAKE BRÛLÉE New York Style cheesecake torched with caramelized sugar, served over a rich berry sauce. The taste was Superior never had a cheesecake like this before. If you love delicate light delicious cheesecake you need to get try this.

Love the food here! Its pretty expensive. Visited during my birthday and they messed up on who had what desert. Not a big deal but it was a little surprising. Had a weird thing happen while we were eating as well. 2 kids came through asking for us to buy candy bars while we were eating. A little surprised they let the kids in to solicate. Overall we still enjoyed ourselves.

Myself, my wife, and my mom, along with our 4 month old baby came to Fogo de Chāo Plano for Christmas Eve dinner. We made reservations ahead of time for 6:15 and we were seated promptly given the amount of people there (extremely busy). Everything was going well until we got sat down and the server took a long time to greet us and take our order. From there, drinks took a long time to refill and dirty plates sat on our table for a long while as well. After 45 minutes, we finally got our meat cards and from then, meat took a long while to come by as well.My wife wanted roasted bone marrow and black truffle butter that were both on the holiday menu however they were out of both. I requested lamb and my lobster tail. I had to ask for my lobster tail twice to finally get it and request the lamb 3 times and never got it until I told the server to forget it. I explained that we were not having the best experience given how much we were paying for Christmas Eve dinner, and everything changed from there. I was honestly going to give this location 2/5 stars and never come back again, but chose to give them a chance and tell them how we felt right then and there. They definitely made it right. They discounted our dinner, brought me lamb and lamb chops to go (even though I had already given up on waiting and was already fill from dinner), gave us our desert and one more to go (on the house), and gave us gift cards to come back and “give them another chance”. The server sincerely apologized many times and said she hopes we give them another chance. From then on, they checked on us every couple of minutes and made sure we were taken care of. A solid 4/5 sums up our experience. Thank you Fogo de Chāo Plano! We will likely be back 😊

Man.. where to start! My family took me out here for my 30th birthday and it was a pretty bad experience! It was packed.. but to be expected, as unfortunately my birthday falls on 2/13 so always competing with valentines dates. Thought all you could eat and grab and go would be easy enough. The highlight was the salad bar. First two rounds of meat I got were way under cooked and all gristle. Kinda varied between that and over cooked for the rest of the night. Our servers were decent, but for some reason they kept going to my stepdad with everything then skipping the rest of the table. One guy skipped me over twice and even got attitude when I called him over. Told me grab it and walked off after I called to him several times. Look I worked in the industry and continue to on the tech side and know holidays are stressful, but the service was bad. To top it all off valet left my lights on, and killed my battery. So had to go to auto zone and buy a new battery tonight. Didn’t offer to cover it, just had security come and jump my 4Runner and told me I had a bad battery. They admitted to it and said sorry but didn’t offer to fix it. It looks like they left my hazards on for the 2 and half hours while I was in there. So thanks for that Lonestar Valet. If you’re not driving a Bentley, expect your car to be left next to a dumpster with the lights on! 5 stars to the auto zone off spring creek though, they fixed me up with a new battery and actually called the valet company for me to get the managers info for me. So Nick Clonts at Lonestar Valet, expect to hear from me on Monday! Having to pay an extra $250 on my birthday was not what I was expecting after a mediocre meal!

As a first-time visitor, the experience was truly disappointing, especially the service from our waitress. We ordered the Indulgent Churrasco and were given a coaster without any explanation of its purpose. After multiple trips to the salad bar, we noticed meats being served to other tables but none to ours. After waiting at least 20 minutes, I had to ask her why no meats had been served yet. Only then did she explain that we needed to flip the coaster to the “Yes Please” side to indicate we were ready for meats. This should have been clearly explained at the beginning of the meal. When it came to dessert, our set was supposed to include two desserts, as stated on the menu. However, the waitress never asked us what desserts we wanted and instead brought us the bill directly. It felt like she wanted us to leave as soon as possible and completely skipped the dessert portion of the experience. Throughout the meal, while she did the bare minimum—such as asking if everything was okay and refilling water—there was no sense of warmth or passion in her service. Given the price point, I expected much better service. We still left a decent tip solely because the meat servers and the receptionist provided acceptable service. As for the food, since this was our first time at a Brazilian steakhouse, I don’t have much to compare it to, but many of the meats were burnt and overcooked. Overall, due to this experience, this will be my last visit.

Must read. Good: Meat was good. The really bad: We found a long metal piece in our food from the salad bar beans. The manager stated their food is canned and likely was clipped off during the can opening. It caused a laceration in the mouth. The managers response was to give us a coupon for $25 off two dinner purchases ($140). It’s unacceptable and super dangerous.
