Was Kunden über Trattoria del Centro sagen
Customers rave about the fresh bagels and friendly staff, especially Sarah, Carmen, and Jay. Many appreciate the convenience of online ordering. Some find the orange juice overpriced and note inconsistencies in bagel size and service quality.

Very tasty. Got a free bagel just for signing up for an account. I had the Santa Fe- Double Egg Whites, Large Coffee for under 15$ Plus, my free Bagel 🥯 I had the ancient grains, and it was incredible. You fill your own coffee, so I'm assuming it's bottomless. Save this location for future visits.
Fresh bagels every day. Nice people. They changed the name and are now Einstein Bagels. Same great bagels though!

I love Einstein Bagels, especially their avocado bagel. Coffee is always fresh. The lady was friendly, hard-working soul. I was there on December 12, early morning, I made 2 big orders, and she was by herself taking orders and preparing them.
The best breakfast in town. I crave their bagels
Delicious as always! It’s a really hot day in the Valley and hot inside this location. This didn’t stop the staff from being absolutely amazing and having the best attitudes. Jay really deserves to be promoted. Thank you for such a great experience and for brightening my day with your willingness to do a great job and make a patron feel special.
Not only is his THE best food I've ever had at a bagel shop, it's the best MANHATTAN Bagel I've ever been to... there's one near my apt in Studio City, and yet I gladly drive all the way out to Woodland Hills for breakfast! The gals that work there (Sarah and Carmen) are top notch, always a pleasant experience. Thank you, Manhattan Bagel Woodland Hills!
Made order online, it was ready and waiting for me at 7am - and correct! Great bagels and schmears!

First time trying this place for breakfast! It was pretty yummy and the bagel had a nice texture. Minus 0.5 star for cleanliness though and the other minus 0.5 for customer service. Like I said, first time here and the server wasn't too helpful. I panic got the first bagel name I could read off of the display ( it was good though). In terms of price, It is a little over priced compared to other shops and ingredients. I admit the whole ensemble was pretty good which bumps it up to 4 stars. Might not be a regular, but might stop by once in a while.
Good selection of bagels. Got the lox and it was really good on the jalapeno cheese bagel. The hash brown is good but would like if it was bigger. Good service. Plenty of parking in the shopping center lot.
The bagels were tasty. They were uncharacteristcally small and soft. We are use to the bagels we get in NJ. More substantial and tastier.

This place charges $5 for a large orange juice but the size looks like what most Americans would classify as small/medium. I had to double check google maps to see if I was back in Hawaii again. However, the bagels are bangin — try the all nighter. You won’t be disappointed.

I was convinced to get the avocado toast on a bagel instead of the cheaper option of adding avocado to a bagel because of more avocado and everything seasoning. The seasoning must've been about out because it was just a ton of poppy seeds with a few sesame seeds. No salt, dried garlic or dehydrated onion that's normally in everything seasoning. It also had a thin layer of avocado. I scraped off a lot of poppy seeds but it was still too many and didnt taste good. Pretty bummed.
Not a very good representation of NY bagels. Very mediocre bagel and cream cheese and overpriced. Should have grabbed a bagel next door at Starbucks where I got my iced tea. Had to try it though. Name sounded good.

Service is not organized and food is below standard. I ordered a simple ham and egg bagel. A couple arrived after I had ordered. They ordered multiple bagel sandwiches and ended up getting their order before mine. Plus my bagel ham and egg sandwich was below par and not worth the money I paid for.
Had Einstein Bros in Pasadena a few weeks ago and had a wonderful experience so I was excited to have the opportunity to enjoy some again. After ordering, my family and I went to fill our coffee which turned out to be lukewarm at best. They then brought out fresh coffee which was labeled house blend but tasted identical to the vanilla nut next to it. They did bring out a new pot of house blend upon request which was appreciated as they were quick to do so. The cashier was also very friendly which was nice. We ordered three bagels, the sante fe, the maplehouse, and one custom which took them over 30 min to make. This, although not ideal, would not normally be an issue as it was busy, however they got to order 159 while we were order 151. To top it all of, the bagels were soggy, as they’d clearly been sitting in their respective sauces, had the incorrect ingredients (ie. regular egg instead of egg whites on the sante fe), and they were not even warm.

I have ordered from this place multiple times specifically for their "Pletzels" Flat Onion Crisps, as they are one of the few places that make them. It’s important to note that you have to call in advance to order them; you can't just show up like you would for bagels. We rely on these for family parties, which makes their proper preparation crucial. Unfortunately, on two separate occasions, I showed up only to find that I had received PRETZELS instead of the Pletzels. This mix-up ruined the events we were hosting. The last time this happened, the owner and manager assured me that since this issue had occurred twice, the next order would be complimentary. Today, I went to pick up my order, mentioned this prior conversation, and was met with confusion. The owner seemed to have no recollection of our agreement and did not write it down, despite the fact that another employee who was present at the discussion remembered it clearly. Yet, I was still charged for my order. I’m truly disappointed with how this situation was handled. Customer service should be a priority, especially for loyal customers. I hope this issue can be resolved, but for now, I can't say I will be returning anytime soon.
Ew. Had the farmhouse and it was horrible. The food definitely wasn’t up to temperature and I had a bite the second I got into my car. Bread was weirdly soggy. Slice of cheese wasnt even melted yet. Eggs didn’t taste like eggs just a white mush. Will not return even if they paid me.
I typically order for Einsteins in Studio City. Great location over there! The one in Woodland Hills is not! Called and ordered 2 Bakers Dozens and a traveler of coffee. When I picked up the next morning, I got day old bagels and the traveler was half way filled. Not going back to this location!
This store stinks. Super tiny and no public restrooms which should be a violation for a public establishment. Probably isn’t due to the small square footage but still, every location should have one for customers.
I’ve been a loyal customer at this bagel shop for a long time and have always appreciated the food and the atmosphere. However, I’ve noticed a troubling pattern that I can’t ignore anymore. There is one employee in particular who consistently treats customers differently based on their skin tone. I’ve seen people with darker complexions either ignored, told the register isn’t working, or simply not served with the same respect as others. It’s disheartening to witness what feels like blatant bias in a place I once enjoyed so much. I’m sharing this in hopes that management takes it seriously and ensures every customer feels welcome and respected. Until then, I’ll be finding my bagels elsewhere.
