Came on a Tuesday evening for dinner and we were seated immediately. Waitress was very friendly and she took our order accurately and in a timely manner. We ordered the bbq short rib and seafood pancake. Both dishes were delicious! Restaurant has cute interior decors and atmosphere is very welcoming! Just one minor thing was that we came in on a warm day and air conditioning was a bit inadequate. Otherwise the dining experience was excellent!
The service was awesome! The food came out super fast! Everything was delicious! I had the tea and their tofu bibimbap. My friend shared some of their tofu soup and omg, my mouth is watering thinking about it! I'm definitely coming back!
Having grown up in Hawaii, Korean food became my personal favorite. Since living in Cali I've sought out and tried many of the Bay area offerings. This little place tucked away in Dublin was awesome. The food is great, prices are decent and it's easy to find. I'll be back for sure.
Fantastic food, fantastic service. The only thing I found lacking was that there are not enough rice cakes in the tteokbokki. It was mostly sauce. But the kimchi pancakes, and tofu dishes were fantastic. And great bonchon too! I will go back soon.
Great meal tonight with the wife. I had the Tofu Bibibop in a stone bowl. My wife had Tofu Soup. Both were fresh and delicious. The side dishes looked and tasted great. Service was friendly too. We would like to come back someday to try more items from their menu. Thanks for the nice evening.
A wonderful place to eat if you are craving Korean faire. The restaurant is clean, well designed, plenty of seating and the facilities are spotless. Parking is also plentiful. Service is fast, the food is full of flavour and the portions are generous. Be sure to try the Kim chi pancake, it's amazing. The only drawback here is that the kitchen closes pretty early, so be sure you hit this place earlier. This place can accomodate large groups, we had a group of 15 across 2 long tables. Be sure to give this place a try, it's well worth the visit.
beautiful Korean restaurant, delicious food, beautiful authentic dishes, super dishes at the iron frying pan, a wide range of different dishes for every taste, friendly service and friendly staff, the restaurant has a lot of visitors, which speaks of its prestige and authority among the people, waiting for a table about 5-7 minutes, inside is very clean and cozy, easy music plays, the toilet is clean, cleaned, in general, a super institution, I advise everyone! the price is acceptable, on average for a large dish bbq about 15-18 $. 👌🏽👍🏽 Also, when ordering a dish, you have a lot of free a lot of salads for aperitif, small, sharp and very tasty, I like these guys
The service and food were excellent. I love the corn barley hot tea they serve. They serve it in this really cool cup that is deceiving, because when you touch the cup it's not even hot, but the tea is much to my surprise. We've been back already a second time. We plan to go back a third time with friends. The only thing that I didn't like about the restaurant was that it was freezing inside.
one of the more decent korean place around... the bibimbap was really good as well as the pancake... the banchan was really good except for the kimchi which was a bit sweet for my taste... still giving it 5 stars because of the overall taste and service...
First time here. The food was delicious, very filling. We were greeted when we walked in. Customer service was grate. We will definitely be going back for seconds. If your looking for grate Korean food must try them out.

Our go-to Korean BBQ restaurant. Not fancy. They cook for you and serve on hot plates. Tofu soup are great. Service is good.
Had a very nice lunch here today while out shopping. Extremely friendly and quick service. Bi Bim Bap very flavorful and generous portion, my wife’s seafood tofu soup was also very rich and the banchan was great.
Food is amazing. Server was very nice and checked on us a lot. The spicy pork belly is really good.
One of the best Korean restaurants in the area. Yook hae Jang is really good-perfectly medium spicy. Waitresses are so nice. Great experience every time. 👍

We ordered take out which includes the seafood pancake and both styles of their wings. We were recommended to try this restaurant out as we were trying to figure out what to eat, and glad we took their recommendation. Loved the flavors of everything and how crispy the wings were. Only six wings per order, a little pricey but we're very flavorful and crispy.
We recently visited Go Goong and were looking forward to trying their BBQ pork. While the food itself was okay, flavorful enough—the overall experience was underwhelming. The portion size was quite small considering the price, and the ambiance didn’t live up to what you’d expect at that price point. What really stood out, unfortunately, was the service. The waitress was unexpectedly rude, which dampened the mood and made us feel uncomfortable throughout the meal. It’s disappointing when service overshadows the food. We wouldn’t rule it out entirely for a quick bite, but it’s not a place we’d go out of our way to visit again.
It actually closed at 8pm on Friday night. Banchan is just so so. Seafood pancake and galbi soup are both pretty good.
I came across this restaurant in search of kimchi fried rice. We on on a Friday night around 7ish we were seated immediately and was brought water. We put in our order for 2 appetizers and they came about 10-15 mins after our order. We then put in our order for our entrees which came about 20 mins after. We were asked how the food was and then never got checked on again. Which has led to only 4 stars instead of 5. Overall food was great but service could be better.
Went with my wife and I around 5:30pm. I love the ambiance. The food was great and the service was very attentive from all the staff. The price of the food was a bit high compare to young dong tofu house. But over all our experience here was great.
Food was really good! Only thing was the waitress was not friendly at all. They were a little busy and it took some time for her to greet us. Other than that great food.

I tried their hot stone bibimbop it’s was delicious but the meat serving was so small. Same with their bone soup meat proportions is so small and thinly sliced almost didn’t tasted that it was part of the ingredients same with the noodles, the soup was too bland but they gave me a salt shaker. Their place was clean and their staff were courteous.
Been here a few times. The Dinner BBQ items are pretty pricey. One Short Rib BBQ is more that an all you can eat at Gen. I usually get the seafood tofu soup with a couple of other items. Quality of the food is ok. The regular KFC is very blend and feathers are still there. Yuck. The babimbak options are decent and not as pricey. Service is nice when it's not crowded.
Overall taste is good. The only disappointment is that they use imitation crab as seafood in tofu soup. Other Korean restaurants would use squid, clam and oyster.
GoGoong used to be our go-to spot when we lived in the area Dined on a Thursday evening and unfortunately this place has gone downhill. Service was great, attentive & kind. 5 stars. Food and portions - 2 stars Wife ordered the kalguksu and seemed to enjoy it. The seafood pancake was 90% batter and veggies and maybe 10% seafood. Couldnt taste any. The pork& kimchi stirfry was not good. Maybe 5 pieces of thinly cut pork belly that tasted very old - you know that flavor. Price - 1 star. $85 with tip for 3 dishes. Unfortunately don’t think we’ll be back again. What a shame.

I ordered their Kimchi Ramen. This is not my taste and a bit overcooked. I felt that I like the Shin Ramyun instant noodle better. It is pricey and the default service charge options are high. I will probably not come again.

We used to go here all the time but their service is gone from bad to worse. The soup Nazi for korean food works here. They won't seat u at 730 because they close at8 on a fri/sat night?? Or they'll make u put your name on a list even though they have a bunch of tables open. Evidently I'm the only one having to put my name because it was blank. The place smells like amonia and the floors are greasy-sticky to boot. You know Asian food places ain't know for their service but this takes the cake. Lifes to short to deal with mean service. We're never going back.
This review is for the service. It's absolutely not a welcoming environment. I know they closes at 1.30pm, when i am done Working it was late so i took a taxi to go there. Got to the place at 1.02pm and the server Told me their dine-in has closed, i can only do take out. I ordered and asked if i can Sit to eat and i will make sure to finish before 1.30pm. The female server The Whole time had this cold face on and looked at me said "i can cancel your order." Hard to believe if that's how they face Customer. I would not Recommend this place due to service is an important piece for a restaurant.
The food is good. However, the waitress has a bad attitude. When we need box for packing food, she show the whites of his eye's. she also take 20% tip by herself! And first time, the Waitress rush guests! So rude!!!
The costumer service is terrible. I walked in asking for a table for 1 and got seated. Ordered my food. Food came out. Unexpectedly my dad walked out from Paris Baguette and asked where I was. I told him I was eating at Gogoong and he came in. The waitress/cashier did not welcome him. Not even a hi. My dad sat in front of me and I started to eat my food. The waitress saw him but she didn’t even offered him water or even the manu. He was curious what it tasted like and I asked for a bowl of rice for him to try. The waitress brought the rice bowl for him. He took a few bites. After I finished eating. My dad asked for the check. The waitress had the audacity to say that the check would be double because there are two people eating, even though we ordered 1 item. Her tones was very rude and disrespectful. Me and my dad started arguing with her. I asked her “Why didn’t you tell us before my dad started eating?” She responded “why didn’t you ask at first?” I was speechless and concerned. She gave us the check and it was $24 dollars which is not double the price but my dad paid 36 to rub it on their face. It was never about the money. It was the costumers service that made us disappointed. One word “Dismisive” They were probably mocking us (in Korean) because of how we argued with them. Laughing too. It was my 2 times coming here and it’s probably my last. Honestly the food there is not even that good. I wanted to support family business but I think this restaurant isn’t ideal.
Wrong dish, rude server, she yelled and slammed things — I only dropped the bill on the table (didn’t touch anyone) and they accused me of violence and threatened to call the police. Don’t waste your money at this poor Korean family restaurant.
Came here for lunch. First off their website says they close at 2pm. We got there at 12:55pm and were told that we had to order in 5 mins because it was last call (they don't take orders after 1pm). They turned six other customers away after we sat down because it was after 1pm. I was with my family which included two elderly Korean men and we were treated horribly by the waitress. My father mentioned how other restaurants gave a free side soup with bibimbap and the waitress said they don't do that here. He offered to pay for the soup and she just dismissed him, no acknowledgement!! They also asked for hot tea and she said because it was summer they only serve ice water...which is very weird since Korean restaurants usually serve "bori cha" (barely tea). As an annoyance, they start their tip suggestions at 20%. When my dad questioned her about it, she was very rude and disrespectful. Unfortunately, the food didn't redeem this restaurant. The meat was very dry in the bibimbap and my daughter's soon dubu jigae was bland. We will never come here again
Food was meh. WHOLE chicken ginsheng stew had a teeny baby chicken in a small cup, and no side dish not even kimchi. Ordered 3 main dish and got just 3 cups of side dishes for all 4 adults to share. I was told every one, including babies and kids have to order big main dishes for all of us to get side dishes. BIG LET DOWN. Never ever heard this in other Korean restaurants. Customer service felt a bit racist as others were treated better. Kitchen closed for us but not for others. In fact my friend wanted to leave half way through the dinner, and I had to calm him down. Oh gosh, what a terrible experience.

This restaurant is so rude and over cooks their beef. If you ask for water and tea they told us No because they allow 1 cup per customer. Plenty of other good Korean restaurants in the area to spend your money. In addition, restaurant is usually 3/4 empty so it tells you how people feel about this restaurant. They must pay Google for it to be 4.1 stars since it’s definitely not. Save yourself the aggravation.
