If you're going to buy something at Parque Puebla and get hungry, it's a good place. If you're just going to grab a bite, there are definitely much better options. The service was good, the atmosphere is a bit noisy (which I don't like, but I understand it's normal in these kinds of places), especially if you sit near the screens. The food is good, but for the price, it leaves much to be desired, and most of the drinks are alcoholic. There are very few non-alcoholic options, but I recommend the orangeade with regular water; just shake it well before drinking it. I'd give it 3.5 stars, but since that's not possible, 4 is fine. While it's expensive in terms of quality and price, the food is actually good.

Some dishes are great - others meh. They should have more staff - our waiter was overwhelmed and half forgot our order. He was attentive, but the experience wasn’t remarkable. I probably wouldn’t return, but the chicken crispers continue to be a classic.

The food is good, but the complaint here is that they show UFC on Sundays during lunchtime, when it's full of families and lots of children watching a very violent and bloody sport. Have a little conscience, please!

It's small but pretty clean. The food doesn't take long to be served to your table. They have lots of screens and promotions during big games so you can enjoy a few beers. The food tastes good.

The food is Tex-Mex style; it's not bad, but it's not worth the price. The service is good, though. The service is fast, always attentive to your needs. The restaurant has a very well-ventilated terrace and indoor seating, and it has a bar. Overall, I can say the atmosphere is comfortable. The restaurant is located inside the Parque Puebla shopping center; parking is paid.

Servicio muy mal, vinieron como 5 meseros a tomarnos la orden, la entrada la llevaron casi al último, mandaron mal unas papas curly que pedimos!! Tardaron muchísimo para una orden de pan ajo y 2 bebidas!!

The food is hit or miss. The service is hit or miss. It seems the busier they are the better they are. If it’s slow, prepare for disappointment. If you enjoy absent servers, asking for everything, no silverware or napkin, and lazy workers, this is the place for you! If you don’t fancy those previously listed traits, then avoid this place! Too many other good options available at the mall to waste your time and money here.

La mesera fue grosera, le pregunté algo sobre la salsa de las alitas y me contestó horrible, (si no le gusta el servio al cliente no debería ser mesera), y además gritando, luego tomó mal mi orden y cuando pedí que me cambiaran la hamburguesa por la que si era, regreso a decirme que era mi culpa porque había pedido otra cosa, cuando primero: siempre que voy a chilis pido la misma hamburguesa y segundo ella ni siquiera volteo a vernos cuando pedimos la comida, estaba con la mirada fija en su tablet, y actuaba como si tuviera prisa y quería que le dijéramos todo rápido(el restaurante no estaba ni a la mitad de su capacidad). Cuando al fin llegó la hamburguesa correcta los champiñones parecían viejos y quemados, adjunto fotos de cómo se ve en el menú y de lo que me llevaron. El servicio y la comida son mucho mucho mejores en plaza dorada y en galerías Serdán.

La comida bastante rica. El servicio pesimo tardaron bastante en tomar la orden, solamente hasta que le pedí de favor a una persona que su función no es la de atender mesas ( me parece que el joven era el Hostess, el si nos atendió cada que le hablamos, una lastima lo del otro personal ). Además de que NO hicieron válida la promoción del 2x1 en la cerveza cuando claramente nos comentó la chica que nos recibió que está la promoción válida. Nos traen los platillos pero no traen los cubiertos, nuevamente tuve que pedirle a alguien para que nos los dieran. En Angelopolis está más lleno pero te atienden mejor y mucho más rápido. No recomiendo esta sucursal en parque Puebla.

Las tortillas parecen de plastico, acartonadas. Pedimos una rusa y no es limón natural, es saborizante de limón. Los precios muy altos para lo que es. La porción de guacamole es una burla, las salsas no tienen sabor.

I ordered pasta and it was raw. Everything looked delicious, but when I tasted the pasta, it was completely raw. My kids' food was also raw, and I think I wasn't the only one. A man who was also eating there complained that his food was raw too. 😢
