I LOVE this subway. Lily🥰 and Juni🥰 are absolute Gems! Every single interaction with these two ladies is ALWAYS an amazing one! The store is always clean, the bread baked beautifully, my sandwich made perfectly in a timely manner and they've got awesome personalities to top it off.

Amazing customer service all around. I frequent this subway for lunch quite often, and all the staff are amazing, kind, and very sociable, I never seem to remember to get the staffs names, but Olivia's I do remember, she is an outstanding employee and great at what she does! I highly recommend!

I always had exceptional service here! Everyone is friendly and professional. The sandwiches are made with fresh ingredients and made to order. Even if I order online the order is correct and made well. The prices are really good especially if you join their rewards program. It's worth it! I am glad they are here. They are privately owned so shop local!!!

The Ramona location is AMAZING. Without fail- one of the newer employees, Cooper, gets my sandwich right. It's never soggy or heavy and it's always delicious! If you go to subway in Ramona ask for him, because he is AMAZING. Probably the best hire I've seen from the Ramona location and I've lived here for 17 years. #ILOVESUBWAY

So… I’d have to give the subway here in town 5 stars across the board. I’ve been ordering here for the last couple years and don’t have anything but thanks to them. Of course sometimes it’s not always perfect, but it’s much better than most locations I come across after eating at subway for 25 years. Kudos! (Also I recommend using the app for really great deals)

Very good overall. Looking forward to the return of the $5 Footlong. Until then I'll make myself a sandwich :)

Really handy to put your order in online or through the app, they have my sandwich ready and made exactly how I want it.

Always a pretty good sandwich, but man the prices are high, even for a 6in.

This place is growing on me. I have been here quite a few times. Today's service was awesome, food great and fresh . No line at 1 pm

The only complaint I have is that sometimes it takes a while for the what seems like new employees to make my order, otherwise, great place and basically just like every other Subway I've been to

On February 28, 2026, around 10 a.m., I ordered a footlong sandwich at Subway. The woman working that morning was incredibly kind and friendly. She thoughtfully suggested making the sandwich half and half so I could try two different flavors, which I really appreciated. It made my experience even better! Subway always offers fresh ingredients at a reasonable price, and I’m always thankful for a delicious and satisfying meal. Special thanks to the lady who was working that morning — she truly made my day!

food is just as good as u can get it at a subway. but guy with the beard should be wearing a hair net for his beard & also mind his business.

It's just like any other Subway. Mediocre food. Friendly service.

Well the place was clean and that's always a plus! But no meatballs and no chocolate chips cookies or double chocolate chips cookies....Maybe next time

They are what they are. In my opinion the worst of the hoagie corporations but they are decent. I think the kids working there were extra high but that is part of the fun of working in the fast food industry. I had a foot long BMT with spinache, onions, pickles, mozzarella ($1 extra), and black olives. As a rule of thumb, never get anything like mayo or other sauces and you can avoid Subways revenge.

I asked her for a substitution and she rolled her eyes at me. You can tell she cant stand making sandwitches, i dont know why shes the manager. I bet tonya can do it better.

I mean i have been waiting in line for over 15-20 minutes with only 1 customer in front of me. 1 employee handling online orders and lobby orders is just not fair for the employee and costumers. I have seen costumers walk away after waiting for a while. Update: So, I decided to give it another try, i walked in at 7:00 p.m and walked out at exactly 7:47 p.m, there were maybe 4 people ahead of me. I wonder if the owners even care? Thy employess are the ones who suffer. Total dissapointment.

She kept answering so blunt to me and slammed the drive thru window in my face before I even drove off, not a single, hi how are you, or ok thank you. I get she might have been having a bad day or something, but that's no excuse for being rude. Her name is Alice.

Hours say you're open till 10 on Fridays, walked from the hotel to get some at 9pm and the doors are locked and the crew is counting drawers at 905 :/ Google says the hours were updated a week ago! Sad.

Second time putting in an online order over 30 minutes beforehand to pick up and it has cost me lunch 2 different times. The food was not ready when I arrived and the staff stated that it didn't come through on the computer. This needs to be fixed, if it's true.

There was a hair in my sandwich. 😐Won’t be coming back and advise you to not come in to this location.

This is the worst subway I’ve been to. I’ve gone to this specific location twice, and both times the sandwich was HORRIBLE. Not to mention, I was just in to get my order and the young teenager kid made such a rude comment about my shampoo! I guess my shampoo was “too strong” for him!? So rude. I definitely wouldn’t recommend going to this location.

Horrible customer service with complete lack of personal space, retired army medic got off a long 10-hour shift, looked up Subway says it closes at 10:00 Walk in at 8:45 wallet in hand went to grab a soda and chips only for the worker to stand less than 3 ft away watching me, went up to the counter and repeatedly told him I am hard of hearing because instead of wanting to speak louder he wanted to have attitude, when I finally heard they were closing I asked do they not close at 10:00? Man literally rolled his eyes at me said no not even explaining how they don't know how to update their time online, then asked what sandwich I wanted and before I could even finish he said they didn't have it. At this point I wanted to leave so I want to put back my soda and chips and again stood less then 3 feet away watching, filing complaint with the subway corporation cause if your going to be rude at least respect personal space but they just let it slide here I geuss

Guy was upset that he had to make sandwiches 2 hours before listed closing time. Didn't listen to orders correctly. Was upset that I was ordering specific meats. Associates need better training.
