We only purchased slushes this visit. Cherry, lemonade, strawberry and mango flavored. The staff were super friendly. We will definitely go again. I just wish they had Watermelon flavored slushees.
The food was great and the people were awesome. They gave me everything I asked for in a quick time. I got their classic quarter pounder with fries for $2.99. It was delicious, and I topped it off with an Oreo Sonic blast. Yummy!!
Ordered a fat breakfast burrito in the morning before exercising, and was not disappointed. Great fuel before a long run. The iced coffee that came with it was awesome too.
They make the best strawberry lemonade...rt 44 is so big it lasts almost all day for me. Each sip has a blast of strawberries in it. So satisfying on a hot day!! I love the crushed ice so I bought a bag...sweeeeeet.
Haven't had a Coney dog in a while. Bomb. French fries were fresh. Drive thru handed us our food and walked away. No response. Nothing. Here we had a tip.
Always love going to their happy hour for the drinks. Today it's so warm and visiting them everyday wouldn't be a problem. Take a break from the traffic and cool down with a delicious drink and even food. It's all great!!!
I visit this Sonic on a daily basis and for the most part I'm just a normally satisfied customer. But I came by the other day, I honestly wish I could remember the date....but anyways I came by the other day and I was so thoroughly impressed by the manager John. Not only did he take my order but he also took the time out to bring me my order when they were obviously having a busy morning. I am very impressed, keep up the good work Sonic and John!!!
Food was fresh and the wait time was crazy good. I was there less than 10 minutes, start to finish. Very nice staff. Lots of homeless people.
I love Sonic anyway; however some locations are better than others. And I have a unique favorite in the ice cream slush drinks. They make it the way I ask for it and that makes THIS location 2nd only to my longtime fave in Mesa. Tell them EXACTLY what you want n how you want it and they deliver😊
Car hop person, a girl, was sweet. She returned a drink for my husband who had over paid. When she brought back our change though he told her to keep it for a tip and easily could have, she counted it out for him nicely... So for her honesty he gave her a bigger tip then order cost..
I love this place! I tried their pretzels with cheese and I am not sure how they cook them but they were the best I have ever had and I am not exaggerating. I also like that I can pull in and take as much time as I need to decide before I order. I definitely will be going back.
Service is fast and the employees are friendly and polite. Food is always made well, and tastes good. I have never had issues at this Sonic, and since it's right by my place of work, it makes it easy to get some good food.

The chili cheese conies were great! The tots are the best but the real cherry on top was the strawberry shakes with whipped cream oh and the cherry on top. Lol. The Manager Jesse is a decent guy! When I had an issue with a meal he was right on it ! He wasted no time in trying to contact me and he didn't give up until he did! He made up for my meal in a big way and I totally appreciate that he did. He treated me with respect. Sonic is lucky to have Jesse as he represents them in a positive way. Thanks again Jesse.

I've never had bad experience at Sonic. This time I had ordered two Coney dogs customized on the app. I have to say that they are always good but this time they seemed like they were put together very well. As I had added a tomato it was thoughtfully placed on both hot dogs and it was actually quite delicious. The young lady who brought my order to the car was very pleasant.
Great big gigantic shakes here w/tons of calories. True story 2004 I was 5'-8" tall & weighed 300 #'s could not lose a # so I had the gastric bypass. Lost 150 #s & kept it off for 12 years. 2016 cancer on my neck, scoliosis of my back & now I'm 5'-4" tall & weigh 96#s as hard to gain as it was to lose! It's 2021 & I'm now down to under 5'-0". Weighing in at 100#'s
Try the new pickle Burger pickled fries pickled tots and pickle drink it was all right it wasn't great but it was all right the pickle drink was actually I think the best part of the meal the fries and tater tots just had pickle seasonings sprinkled on top of them the sauce on the pickle Burger was good

It's a decent fast food restaurant i don't eat hamburger very often sometimes every month Only bad thing is they don't have mayonnaise separate only inside the burger so I have to go any gas station to look for mayonnaise I thinking to get my on mayonnaise and ketchup instead of asking for something should be offering in the first place Thanks
Food was great, I love the chili chess tots they have. My server made sure to double check on our order and was very pleased with how fast the order was done. Definitely going back asap.
Car hop was friendly. I stopped by today to try the new pretzel. Oh my, it is DELICIOUS!! So soft on the inside & buttery with a little crisp on the outside. Also comes with cheese sauce for dipping for only $2. Great price for a great snack. I sat out in the sitting are & it was dirty, but other than that no complaints.
Just like with any other fast food place, you don't come for gourmet food. But the staff is always fairly quick and polite here. Only really had one or two minor issues when they were really busy, which happens as we're all human and my fault for not checking before driving away (IE forgot sauces or swapped onion rings for fries or wrong type of tea). Good for a quick hangry fix. Slushes are usually always on point though.
I think the food has always been tasty, but every time I order Shake’s. They almost always never come really cold. They seem a little warm. I don’t know about you, but I like my Shake’s cold. This happens whether or not I order from DoorDash or go to pick it up myself. I really Love Sonic. I just wish the Shake’s were colder, so I can take my time enjoying them. ♥️
The fries I got were inedible. So much grease they were wet and stuck together in a ball when I dumped them out. I had to pry them apart. The fry box was soaked inside with a little pool of grease. The servers are very nice and the service is over all good. My chicken sandwich was made correctly and not bad.
I'm sure this location will score higher the next time around! Usually the food I order I'm usually satisfied. My local neighborhood Sonic but I wish that Sonic had premixed chocolate ice cream. I'm probably one of the few on this planet who does not like vanilla ice cream by itself but I make do when they mix it for me. I do appreciate it when it's mixed very well and not half of it is vanilla ice cream and just chocolate on top! I'll definitely try for another chocolate ice cream and Reese's that is excessively dark in chocolate and mixed very well! I don't get to go very often so when I do it's always a treat! So I always hope for the best!

Boneless Wings always come out different. Sometime they are dry and sometime they have sauce so you never know if you need to order extra sauce. Sometimes you get Ranch, sometimes you don't. Bunch of kids working there and they don't seem to know what they're doing and they have a stale face when delivering your order. Plus most of the time my order is wrong.
Ordered through drive thru. Food took forever to be serve with 3 cars in front of me . I'm talking like 36 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I pulled away. Food and shakes were awesome but not sure if it was worth the embarrassing wait.

The tots were very good, the double cheeseburger would've been better with less dressing and lettuce so if I go again I'll order as such. Been a couple of years since I've been to this Sonic and I think I'll be going back again soon.

The food is good. I ordered the Grilled Cheese Double Burger and Small Tots. It was greasy and had a greasy aftertaste that was hard to get out of my mouth. The concept was good but not executed well. If it was not greasy, I would order again. I tried this because I saw it on a commercial on TV. I will not order again. However, the corndogs, chicken, and drinks are delicious, which is what I would normally order. I do recommend this location because the customer service is good and my food was delivered hot, even though my bag was ripped when given to me. See attached pictures and video.

I come here all the time to get my strawberry limeade because this one is the only one who does it right most the time but if I get any other drink they drop the ball so low this is 3 time now including tonight I had to pay for extra cream in my drink $1.20 and came with no cream nothing but Dr pepper and strawberry really freaking sad because that's money IV worked hard for regardless of it not being alot I treat myself every now and then and this is just sad man

Delivery drivers aren't allowed to order and that is sickening! Well over 100 degrees in the summer time and as humans we can't order like a slushy? This doesn't sit right with me. We aren't Sonic employees, how can you guys NOT serve OTHER workers? Smh. Bad rating because this is messed up! There's no explanation for saying, "we can't serve dashers".
First the person on the intercom was rude and not listening and predicting what the customer (I) was trying to say. And when was corrected she argued back. Then when the food came out. They gave us some refried french fries that we had to send back. The young female that served us was rude to because they gave us three drinks which we asked for but one of the drinks were wrong because yet again nobody was listening why do you hire people that Rush people to order and don't have no consideration for the customers and argue back I will never come back to this establishment again on Jesse parkway I have better services than other sonics. And this is the worst place of Sonic I've ever been to in the worst I've ever been treated
Great idea. The menu items seem delicious... But the low quality comes from execution. They usually mess up our order, we have to wait a long time, the food is carelessly made. 4/5 times we leave disappointed. But the kids they hire are generally friendly so we keep trying again, hoping that it will be good this time... And the cycle continues.
Today when I came to order my food, the staff was a bit slow to take my order, they kept referring to the manager which is alright but there was a lot of mistakes being made. When my order was completed and paid for, they came to tell me that there wasn't something that I ordered. Which is again, okay, but I feel like they should've known beforehand so they didn't have to fix the transaction. For the inconvenience the manager gave me 4 free coupons! That expired last year lol.

I normally really like Sonic but my last experience will be just that....my last. Went there to get a quick breakfast and while it was super quiet, my food took almost 15 minutes. Not only that but I get home and my food isn't even cooked. I got a breakfast toaster sandwich with raw bread, cold and unmelted cheese, and cold eggs. You would think after 15 minutes my food would at least be hot and fresh. It was totally haphazardly put together.
Went to Phoenix sonic on Jesse Owens on 6/10 around 10pm. Waited over an hour to get my drinks. Intercom wasn’t working, sat there for over 20 min because there was no sign. Only worker was a kid, Marvi Alfonso, apologizing profusely. Managers inside not controlling anything. Employees rough house and playing around. Literally worst experience. Get it together and hire more reliable managers and dependable workers. Workers were literally throwing straws at each other and not worrying about customers.
For starters, if you don't order something exactly how it comes on the menu, it's coming out wrong. On multiple occasions I've left the drive thru only to get home and find my burger has something on it that I specifically asked, sometimes more than once, to not have on it. If you order anything in the drive thru, DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Driving back is a hassle, and it happens almost every time! Then on top of that, the tater tots are so overcooked they're like kettle chips! Honestly, I'm sad that I have to write this review. This place was awesome for a long time. It's just up the street from work, it used to be fast, my order would be right, the staff were friendly, and I never had problems. This was a good review until I had multiple bad experiences.
Horrible, the food was black and tuff, the employees were aggressive towards the elderly. Don't order the shakes, we ordered a strawberry and a hot fudge shake. We got vanilla and they argued the fruit was mixed in. It was not. Fraud
Very slow late at night. So don't be in a hurry. Because when you finally get your order it might not be right after waiting so long. THEN!! They take more time to correct your order. And everyone else behind you gets angry at you because it's taking to long.
Chicken is dry/old/not edible. Mozzarella sticks are okay. Onion rings are no good. Worst part is they forgot the ranch and BBQ sauce. Threw it away and got lunch somewhere else.
Apparently their employees don't know the difference between honey BBQ and buffalo, they continuously don't pay attention to their orders. This is the second time I've received on order from this sonic that I couldn't eat b/c I'm allergic to buffalo sauce. If there was a negative review I would have selected -5 for this continuous problem. This business should really reconsider their staff and or managment.
So very slow. These people fill the drinks and let them sit there until an employee decides to pick them up and deliver to your car. By then it’s 20-25 mins later. You need faster workers. They drag their feet to get to you.
I didn’t think it was that hard to not put cheese on a burger. It’s always nice to eat cold fries after you have to pick off the cheese.this is the last time we spend $40 plus dollars here. Frustrating.
Recently revisited this location. Pressed the red button in stall 14 for service, nothing happened......waited and waited. Reversed out and tried the drive thru......... and waited and waited. Luckily I was able to pull out of the line, I went down the street to a competitor. I don't need tots that badly. This is my last visit to this particular location.
Went there at 5:28 pm 5/10/21 waited in the drive through along with other customers for 10 minutes, nobody answered the drive through area. Drove around to park and use the drive up service. Nobody responded. Finally when I was leaving they answered. This place is extremely slow and unattentive. I do not recommend going here unless you want to wait. It's a shame that these establishments don't value the customer's who keep them operating. It's also a shame that the younger generation has a horrible work ethic. Management or the owner/ owners need to take a hard look at what is really happening on a daily basis. The employee quality just isn't there. I will never come to this Sonic ever in my life I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else. I know I'm not the only one who feels this way.
I ordered one drink and repeated myself 3 times, finally understood me. No attitude, no harsh words...., pulled up to pay...the person in front of me got their order. Skipping me, giving the others behind me their order....i was like where is my one simple order?.....so i left, never got my drink
Very bad atmosphere you need be very careful around this part of Phoenix. My service was not good either. She forgot to bring me everything I ordered. She brought half then came with more but it was someone else's order and had to go the rest of mine. I will continue to only go to the one in city of Laveen that's closer or hopefully other ones ain't terrible.
Service was horrible. I pulled up pressed the button and waited for someone to take our order. A few other cars pulled up and got service right away. We waited a little bit longer and still nothing. (30 minutes total) Don't have so many ordering service stations if you can't handle it or put a notice, just something to let customer know that that station isn't in service. I would've gave zero stars for this location if it was possible.
The staff here is terrible. The food is not prepared well. Or you get home and something is missing! They are always messing around and serving friends and family before serving the actual customers. The wait time is ridiculous. Even when I used the app its like they make the food, say it came out so the screen cleared and I had to push it again to remind them of my order. I have to be sure if I want sonic to go to 48th and Baseline.
When someone orders a cream slush. They are wanting ice cream mixed in. I ordered a raspberry cream slush only to have a slush with Barely any ice cream it was almost liquid blueberrywhich is odd given there should be equal part ice cream mixed in. I don't understand the problem giving people what they order.

Ordered 2 blasts and the ice cream had a powder residue, an "off" taste and a bit discolored. The appearance was poor but we were more concerned with the taste and the taste was awful, almost synthetic.
Ordered 3 drinks via mobile so I could pick up and go. This is something I normally do and I always tip as I appreciate the service while I have my dog with me and not wanting to go to a store as I would need to leave my dog in the car. Besides, that's what drive thru is, right? Ordered at 5 to 10 minutes ahead. Drinks. When I got there, went to speaker and advised I had a mobile order. Was told ok pull and we will have it right up. Again I Ordered drinks. 2, not 10 or 20. 2. I waited 35 minutes for my drinks and about 8 cars had been serviced while I was waiting. I Kindly told the guys I ordered 2 drinks. He said ok. I waited and told the next guys I ordered 2 drinks. He smiled and was polite and said ok. Another car serviced while I waited. I got out and went to the door and stated I'm waiting on two drinks. The manager girl looked at me and said we are busy it is coming. I stated yes you serviced about ten cars with full bags of food and drinks behind me. She looked at me rudely and said your order is somewhere in line with all the other orders. Cmon. 2 drinks. You would think they would move a drink order so they could keep their line moving. And not be rude. This is the first time I've had such a bad terrible experience. This did not have to go this way. Retrain your people on their guest service. This was beyond bad. You just lost a customer.
This location literally never can get an order correct. I went 1 time and received a slushy with just the ice and no flavor. Tonight I ordered a shake and added strawberry and fudge and didn't get either. Absolutely terrible
They always take sooo long to answer when you PUSH THE RED BUTTON!! Even if they said sorry well be right with you vs the wait!! Always get my sauce choices wrong or seem like your ruining their day if you ask for the right ones or ask for extra. I love getting mozzarella sticks from here cause its the only place i know of that has them but sometimes its the service that makes me not wanna take the drive for them! & french fries were soggy despite being fresh!
Have always loved going to this location but lately the online ordering has been down and you have to drive there to place your order and you miss out on the online discounts and have to wait for your food. Not impressed with this way of ordering. Thank God there are other food choices close. Update , just placed another order and the employee that gave use our order forgot one of the hamburgers and when we went back to get it he said that he personally packed the bag and all of the burgers were in the bag. One of the burgers was missing and he said that we could order another one and pay for it . This is the last time we will patronize the place and I will definately spread the word.

I order a shake,slushy, dr pepper and a coney. They tried shorting me the slushy. She was mad she had to go back in and get me one. I added mustard, ketchup, and onions to it. There was so much relish o. It that you couldn't even see the bun or the coney dog. By the time I saw it, I was 20 min away. I definitely won't go back to that location.
The night customer service sucks. I went to the drive thru and they told me they were not taking orders. So I pulled up next to a car in the order parking spots. I watched the car next to me order. Then I placed an order. The lady I spoke to was rude. They were out of most of the extra items in wanted to add to may slushie. They served my shake melted. I would recommend going to dairy queen for something sweet and better service
The young man who brought my food out was friendly. Other than that this was a horrible experience. I placed a mobile order. The drinks were made incorrectly. Instead of a natural lemonade with cranberry flavor, they gave me a lemonade slush with nerd candy in it. They also did not add the cherry flavor into the coke that I paid for. After speaking to the manager Reina (which you can loosely give that title), I went back to the restaurant for remakes. They gave me two mediums instead of a route 44, and a large. The second time they went to remake it they took their sweet time. Do not waste your time or money at this location if they will not at least act like they value your business, and make your food correctly.
I had a bad experience today, since I arrived at the stop sign the cashier was rude! Come here if you want attitude. I got of my car really quick just to ask for my order ( I already knew it was ready since she had brought it out and took it back in) and she booted my out angrily like if I was a villain ( in front of my 7 year old). We ordered a #1 burger no Mayo, we got Mayo, I ordered a chicken slinger sandwich and got regular chicken sandwiches, I ordered a cherry limeade slush and got a cherry sprite, it didn’t even have a lime and lastly ordered my daughter a strawberry nerds slush and got a reg strawberry slush. By far the worst customer service experience I’ve had. Due to the fear of retaliation, we left with our incorrect order. Not only will I be leaving a 1 star review for this location but I will also be filing a complaint with BBB due to the lack of general customer service I received at this location.
They didn't bring out the correct order. Then threw a fit that they had it wrong and play a psychological game to blame me. Then they made me late from lunch break. So late to work. Never will I ever come back. Customer service, what customer service. There is none., everyone on lunch crew should be fired. Added to it the food was cold, just like customer service.
We have not been to Sonic in a few years. I used to always order the chicken strip dinner and it was pretty good. Today it was terrible, almost burned. It was over cooked shriveled and dry. What used to be a Texas toast along side was a tiny piece of a baby toast and a burned onion ring that looked like it was picked up off the floor. We will never come back to eat here again. Total waste of money, huge disappointment.
Orders 3 drinks and I sat there for almost 30 mins and never got my drinks terrible service
Horrible service, late night order of $30 worth of food only to come home with a hole in the side of one of four drinks, no utensils, no napkins, and no condiments. Didn't think to check each drink or bag as food was received in drive thru. The hole in one drink cup was covered with two of their yellow stickers. They obvioisly knew there was a hole in the cup or they wouldn't have made the "patch job". My cup holder ended up being flooded with the shake. I called the next day, I asked to speak to a manager only to be hung up on. Won't be back again.
Ordered from them twice on doordash service and food sucked. They forgot my milkshake the first time and when I called said they didn't have any order for curbside or doordash like mine. They were lying and manager argued me down. Then used my bf phone and ordered again they still got the order wrong no whipped cream and my bf sonic blast was wrong aswell. Will not be ordering from u guys again. Not checking orders is crucial
Waited at the drive thru, no one answered. Pulled up to the stall and they took forever to answer, and it wasn’t event busy.
I usually don't complain about food but today's service that I got was terrible. My son and I went there about 5:00 and I ordered a double burger with tots, my son ordered chicken tenders with fries. The fries, the chicken, and the tots all had black residue on their showing that the grease was really old and they were overcooked and really oily. I didn't notice this until we got home. This inclines me not to recommend this location to anybody. The service and friendliness was mediocre
This Sonic’s customer experience absolutely sucks! I just went through the drive thru. I ordered a slush then the lady ended the convo. When I was trying to ordered some food for her order no one responded to me. So then I get to the drive thru and let her know I wanted to add a burger and that I was trying to tell her but no one answered. She looked like she was in a rush and not attentive at all. She came out with the slush but didn’t even give it to me. And asked what burger I wanted. I told her and she said she would be right back. Then 15 mins go by and she comes out with a bunch of food, forgot to put my burger order in, didn’t give me a slush still and then proceeded to give the car behind me food. Then she said she had to go back in to place my order. I was extremely frustrated as I was hungry and wanted a slush really badly. I told her I was leaving because ordering here was so difficult
I hate to even give 1 star. You guys are the worst. I just drank what appears to be a napkin from my coffee drink or food knows what else. Hell you can't even melt cheese!!! I didn't know why I continued to go back but you have finally succeeded is driving me away. Enjoy that 20 bucks because it's the last you will ever see from me. Im I'm sure there will be no response because none of your employees care including the corporate ones!!!!!!
This is the WORST sonic By far.. It never fails, every time I try to go back and order something they fail.. Their customer service is HORRIBLE.. I called the customer service number. I was told I would get a call from a general manager.. long story short its been 9 weeks. I called the 1st 3 weeks to let them know I still haven't received a call. They just dont care.. they want to take your money. Take a long time to make your order. Then they will do everything in their power to get it incorrect. Then when you ask to correct it they act like you stole from them. I work around the corner from this place.. I rode woth my coworker today for a simple ice cream.. To sum it all up.. we ended up a Burger King for a ice cream because sonic can't even get an ice-cream order right.. its terrible..Just throw the whole place in the trash.. look how the burned my corndog.. I beat this on my dashboard and it didnt budge.. JUST TERRIBLE
I specifically asked for barely any ice for the simple fact that they charge an arm and a leg for refill my drink was done and two gulps. When I told the manager he told me he was gonna have to charge me for a whole refill after I specifically asked for very little ice, they still gave me over half a cup full They do this to maximize profit super greedy gave me attitude definitely not coming back.
Went at 10pm on a not busy night, only one of a handful parked. Waited for at least 10 minutes from pressing the button before giving up and leaving. Would give 0 if allowed.
I ordered my food and the app said it will be ready at 8:27. I got there at 8:28. The app did not let enter stall number. People that pulled in after me and got their food before me. I waited a little longer but orders were still going out to vehicles that came after. Its 8:50. I went to the door and I said "I was waiting for my food for 20 minutes." They apologized for the wait,but got my order wrong. I ordered southwest bacon chicken wraps with extra sauce for my kids. They gave to me all plain southwest bacon chicken wraps with no bacon, with no queso, or no sauce. Terrible service.
