Crappy pizza. Lesser ingredients. I ordered extra cheese and a square cut. None of which is on this pizza! Instead of fixing the order, I was given indifference.

Ordered garlic parm bread sticks and got ten plain breadsticks! Who wants that? Paid for icing and not even half is of the container is full

Highly disappointed by the fact I'm only 5 miles away at a hotel and told I'm outside of the delivery area. I'm from out of town and do not have my car with me so I thought ordering some pizza would be my best option for some food but I was wrong sins pappa John's considers 5 miles to far. I will have picture posted below to show my distance from store.

Went in to pick up my online order and there was an elderly customer at the counter who was confused about a coupon. Who I presume is the manager (Indian man) working was literally screaming at this old guy for not understanding, it made me sick. Screw this place and his franchise, you don’t speak to us like that.

Arrived to pick up food and no one was at the counter. When the employee finally came out from the back he was just talking on his personal phone. When I asked him about my order he asked if I was trying to place an order and upon telling him no, I was there to pick up a previously placed order he turned around to check the shelf and told me it was never made. When I agreed to wait for it to be made he went back to talking on his phone then while it was cooking tried to hand me a different order from the shelf stating it was mine. I pointed to the stickers on the box that showed it contained items I had not ordered and he put it back then returned to talking on his phone. It was surreal.

First and last time coming here, pizza was ok. Service is terrible. Very rude and unaccommodating!

I ordered pizza at 445 For Delivery at 6pm. At 620 pizza had not arrived so I called the store and was assured “it’s coming. 10 minutes”. No apology for the delay. 10 minutes later the pizza still had not arrived so I called again to cancel the order bc we had to leave. The manager would not refund me, he said “it’s coming” and hung up on me. Pizza arrived, no apology for delay of 45 minutes. It was cold. It clearly had been sitting for a long time. We have been long time customers but this is our last time. Very rude and unprofessional.

Horrible place, I ordered a late night pizza and arrived earlier than they asked to pick it up and it was CLOSED. I understand if a place needs to close but at least they needed to give me a heads up or simply tell me to not order, I am so tired and I drove all the way for nothing DO NOT COME HERE

Horrible! The guy who I think owns this Pappa John’s cooked my pizza in 5 minutes. It was raw. I asked him to cook it more . He did got mad . Threw it in the box told me to leave it. When I called to order the first person was from India from a call center. I will never go back . Rude undercooked Pizza . 5 minutes . The heath department need to go there .

I would give a negative number for service If I could. I ordered a pizza on line. They dropped it off at my door no call no ringing of my door bell. I called and asked where my pizza was the guy at the store was rude. He said they called me and rang my door bell. That is a bold face lie. Don't do business with them they are trash.

Worst location ever to place an order for pizza. I ordered two large, two topping pizza. One pizza was made wrong. I also was charged three times for a total of $96.00. I spoke with the I'll trained unprofessional supervisor, and clearly no help from her. Instead I was told to call my bank. Seems very wrong, and this could be robbery at its finest. Please becareful if ordering online, or even over the phone at this location.

We just started ordering from this Papa Johns as our location recently shut down and all I can say is, we will not be ordering from here again. Our first time ordering, the pizza took over 1.5 hours to arrive and when it finally did it was cold to the touch. I had been looking up where the pizza was at through the tracker and it was "Boxing" for almost 45 minutes. To Papa John's credit, we did receive a voucher in the mail for a free medium pizza due to the previous order being delivered extremely late. But, that's where the positives end. I ordered through the website at 11:55 am and was given an estimated delivery time of 12:35. At around 12:50 I looked at the pizza tracker and it indicated that the pizza had been delivered at 12:45 ish. I called the store to see what was going on and the gentleman said there was an issue with their system and that the pizza would be arriving in 10 minutes. The pizza finally arrived slightly after 1 pm. It's such a shame because I love Papa Johns, but we will not be ordering from this location for a long time.

Only one person in the store was able to properly communicate with me when I went in there to pick up my pizza. When I asked for a cup of sauce it took them ten minutes of “searching” for it but then came back with nothing so I had to ask another person to help me and then they charged me for the sauce. Just go to Dominos for better customer service.

All employees were not wearing gloves nor washed their hands before preparing food. One was on his phone, pulled some cash from his pocket and nonchalantly picked dough from a dirty looking container to make pizza and kneaded it with his bare and unwashed hands . Those employees , 3 male and 1 female were all unsanitary.

It closes actually at 230 am, no wait 2 am, no wait 1 am or whenever they feel like it. Maybe they should just close down permanently. Thoughts and prayers.

Ordered a pizza through a call. I try to check on the order status an hour later and it says it was delivered but it was not at my house. I get a manager and they tell me that I never ordered and I needed to do it online through a website. Doesn’t make any sense why they let me order through a call and then not place the order.
