So I ordered my family lunch/dinner today from here and was helped by Andrea! Starting with the level of service I received from her was amazing and so easy she made me go “okay that sounds good yea give me that instead” I normally don’t do that. Then I get home and I’m like this better be good because they not cheap!!! And it was delicious kids loved it and most of all hubby and myself! So kudos to Andrea and Dickeys!

We had a little family gathering this past weekend and were looking for something easy for dinner. We found the big takeout meal on Dickey's website and immediately placed an order. We found options we all loved, and the best part is that it was ready so quickly after we ordered! They also called us promptly and let us know of any necessary modifications, and even though the secondary option we chose would have been more expensive than the original price we paid, they didn't charge us anything more. When we got there they let us try some of the different sauce options and even gave us a little extra container of it on the house. We were very impressed! The employees there were fantastic and friendly. And when we all sat down to eat at home, everyone was talking about how delicious it was, for a pretty reasonable price. We'll definitely be back!!

Great delicious food! We ordered 2 meats (brisket and ribs) and two sides, Mac and cheese is the one in the picture. The portions were big and the meat was tender and tasty. I liked the side of green beans, which was tasty, I wished they had more veggie options, but overall we are satisfied and would come back.

I was in there for less than 2 minutes picking up my order. The sandwich was not a disappointment, loaded with meat. Super happy. Found a new favorite spot! Thank you.

Good quality meats! Their sauces are sweet, spicy, and tangy so make sure to try all three. I ordered the nachos with beef brisket; so tender and juicy 😋 I will be coming back for more.

I ordered the 2 meat with double brisket and after getting my plastic fork AND knife, the knife was soooooo NOT needed. The brisket fell apart with just the fork. This place is AWESOME!!!!

Great food, been here twice within a week, I work in the area, had a pulled pork sandwich the 1st time, this time was BBQ Ribs, they were fall off the bone, the meal came with a meat, 2 sides & a drink for 16& change (18 after tax) & i actually got a really good meal under 20 bucks. ( cheaper than a drive-thru place) really friendly people & quick. Had my food in like 3 min. I'm making this my new goto for lunch. Thanks guys. I needed something different, i was tired of burgers & pizza.

We ate dinner here tonight after staying away for 6 months or more. The food and customer service were great. The beverage and barbecue sauce station was very clean and everything was stocked. The tables have new tablecloths that look fresh and clean.They were not out of stock on anything we ordered, except the ice cream (the machine was out of order). I recommend trying it again if you've been staying away from Dickey's BBQ.

Bacon was supposed to be on the side. No bacon. No butter. They use imperial margarine not butter. The house made ranch was definitely not house made, it tasted like hidden valley ranch. The ice cream is yellowy and like ice milk, it's not good. 3 stars because the employees were nice and the meat was good. $20 for mashed potatoes with brisket is tough to swallow though.

We asked for sweet sauce and regular sauce but the lady that packed it did not mark which was which and there wasn't much difference in the taste to us so I was not impressed with the sauce. One was darker than the other (see pics) but they both were a bit spicy to me so I ate my ribs without the sauce. My husband, however, loaded the BBQ sauce on his ribs - he likes spicy foods. He also had some sausage that contained cheese and jalapeno and said they were good and he will order again. Staff was nice and the rib guy was very patient with us because we asked quite a few questions. I wish they offered more vegetable options for sides. They have soft serve vanilla ice cream for customers which will be handy after eating the sauce. 😉 I'm not sure if we will go back again but if we do I think I'll try the brisket and/or pulled pork if they have it.

Ordered a BOGO 2 meat plate online for both my wife and I. My in-laws also did the same. When I got to the restaurant, they claimed their system was down so I had to repeat exactly what everyone wanted. My MIL ordered a lemonade and they didn’t have it in store at the fountain drink machine despite it being an online option.. Food wasn’t bad, just not worth the trouble.

Don’t waste your time or money. This place is horrible. The portions are small and overpriced. The food was bland and tasteless, also taste like it had been there for a day or two, not fresh at at all. So disappointed ☹️

This place used to be a great. Not sure if management changed but this establishment is terrible. I ordered the smoke house salad. Out of brisket, out of onion straws and cheese. I ended up with lettuce with Parmesan cheese and croutons and pulled pork no dressing on it. The girl helping me was extremely rude. The floors were so sticky, my shoes kept getting stuck to the floor. I will never be back. Had Issues in the past year coming in. I’m done giving them a chance. I understand things happen but this is just ridiculous at this point.

This place use to be great! Quality and portion and service came down bad! Disappointed on the self serve ice cream machine gone! I got overcharged as well. My special originally came with two drinks and was not given my drinks. I had to pay again for my drinks! Also got grossed out when female employee was preparing food with acrylic nails that looked over 3inchs long.

Wow. Where to start. We ordered a Giant Baker with pulled pork and a kids meal with brisket. What we received was potato casserole, a little pork on top, and way too much sour cream. Almost a loaded Baker….. The person serving us said “we don’t have baked potatoes”. Then the kids meal. Sorry we don’t have brisket. So a few meatless ribs and a splash of dry pork for your kids meal. This place used to be decent. The owner should be ashamed. Never again will we pay for food we throw away.

For the price the amount of food was not worth it. Everything was bland and the sides are literally sides you can get at a grocery store. Save you le money for a home cooked meal because this was not good at all.

We love Dickies, but will never be coming back to this one. The potato casserole was flavorless instant potatoes with cheese and chives sprinkles on top. They don't have waffle fries anymore. They sprinkled orange dusty sodium flavoring all over the fries. They do not have the ice cream machine anymore. There were only 2 drink options actually working on the soda machine. There was also a dead cockroach on the floor of the restaurant as we were waiting in line. We saw employees on their phones and another employee pocket a bag of chips and go outside to eat them. This made us very sad. Not the restaurant it used to be.

First time coming to this establishment & im never coming back due to the fact that the food isn’t good. Dickies bbq pit I’ve been to throughout the IE does not taste like this, truly not a picky eater but I have to state this establishment is trash. plus the fry machine is broken? the brisket chilli I got was so oily & had so much fat in it. was absolutely disgusting. Ordered the #5 combo, pulled pork was so dry. Let’s not talk about the people they had working there today, such a idc attitude very unpleasant. I want a refund.

This place is in very sad condition. We walked in last night and only 2 employees were siting down watching the basketball game . Yet, the sprite and rootbeer tap were empty and nothing coming out , we had no napkins on table I asked for them and one guy handed me a package from underneath cabinet . They also while serving the food don’t even take the plastic wrap off meat yet dig it out of a hole one the top of the brisket . Not to mention when you look at menu on screens , the amount of white paper and signs all over the place . They were out ribs, chicken and lots of other stuff . This place used to be the best place and now well waste of time and money . It’s also sad they got rid of ice cream machine . Also , it’s sad that when they have other customers in line the employees are more worried about watching the game and leave people Waiting. This place is sad , won’t be back .

We spent over $130 bucks this evening. We patiently waited in line to order, from the start the staff were rude. The girl that worked there on 11/18 in the evening was absolutely rude. They didn’t have anymore chicken, or drinks. The food came cold, and we ordered some extra fries, and she brought it to the table and literally just threw it on our tray, literally 5 fries! I don’t recommend this place, their food sucks, cold.. and their customer service is horrible. Looks like they hire teenagers that don’t care about your business. Disappointed!

The food was cold to the touch and no sauce was provided on the meals theme selves. I am glad I ordered a side or else I would have had to eat the driest sandwich of my life. This was our first time give Dickeys a shot and it will be our last time visiting here. I suggest spend the extra money and time to go to Texas Roadhouse or other establishments serving this style of food. The cherry on top was finding plastic wrap in the pull pork sandwich, gladly my fiancé caught it before taking a bite (this was in the center of her sandwich. A waste of money,gas, and food. We threw half of it out. I expect a response from management and a way to be compensated for this terrible experience.

Okay, here we go this was my first time visiting this establishment ( Dickey Barbecue ). I came here for some take out. The food was anything but delicious everything was soggy and cold the biscuits where basically chalk crumbling and turning in to dust. The meat was cold and super grease if you look at the picture I posted with this review the plate on the left is nothing but lard as you can see no meat at all. Now for the employees I tried asking for assistance with the menu but they where busy jabbering like a pack of wild mongoloids more interest in what they where talking about instead of helping me with my order. I even had to raise my voice in order for them to help me except for a new hire a cute little white girl bless her heart she went above and beyond to assist me and even took the time to apologize . Thank you kid

payed 50 dollars order 23 meat plates. We ordered brisket and got tidbit's not even full pieces of briskit. chicken was hard and old. The sausage was old food was discussedine.Had a fake smoke taste to it the nastyest dicky's barbecue, i've ever been to. how do weight 20 minutes for my order? And nobody was ahead of us
