I have to say I was impressed with this garbage plate. I have only eaten the "original " at Nick Tahou's, but I liked the homefries on Mark's plate better. The meat sauce between the 2 were equal. Nick's seating area is much smaller, and somewhat more "rundown" but we had a great waitress. All in all we will definitely go back.

Driving through on Memorial Day and we were glad to find a place open. The red hots and white hots were well cooked; the sloppy plate with everything was great. My husband loved his grilled burger with swiss. And our waitress, Alyssa, was absolutely amazing! She was kind, good at talking with our indecisive kids, and one of the most attentive and genuinely friendly servers I have ever had *anywhere*! (Sorry I didn't think to take a picture until almost all our food was already gone! 😅 )

Great diner with breakfast sloppy plates! service was outstanding. Definitely not a high end place, but that's what makes it so great.

Service is always great for me i nvr dine in just too small of an area ppl are standing next to you while your eating waiting for a table but I guess if you stand there long enough its gonna make me eat faster to get out of there 😅 so I don't ... I love ah good pile of Mac salad but when there are EGGS involved the shells seems to always find my plate flavor of the Mac salad mixes well with the not too spicy meat sauce and yes I take my anti acid to eat this but over all I would go back if someone told me they know that there are no more EGG shells in my dish.

This is a mixed review which is why I gave 3 stars. First combo plate was phenomenal. Great mash of flavors. Meat sauce was great, as was the Mac salad. 3 days later decided to order again. The flavoring is completely off. Meat sauce is somewhat vinegary and Mac salad is very eggy. There is no consistency in product quality. Also, second time around my order was missing double mac salad. They instead gave me fries.

I'd suggest spending your money elsewhere. The late hours makes this place pretty appealing until you get the food you spent money on. I am confident that no one there cares about the food customers recieve. There are definitely better places to get a "Sloppy Plate" from. If one doesn't one their "hot meat sauce" then you're stuck with a dry plate of freezer burned fries or home fries made out of tree bark.

Parking is in the back. But to enter this place with wheel chair is utterly REDICULOUS!!! Not even close to manageable. Decore is of a dive experience. People seem to like this place, though. Unfortunately, one of the guests saw roach. So it is up to you if you want to eat there. Take out is probably the best option.

Went there after a Halloween party to get some late night eats. I ordered tender and fries my sister ordered a burger and fries. Our tab was put together then the waiter “split” it after we told her both orders were separate. My sister and I both were overcharged by $2 and some change. We were a little intoxicated so we didn’t think nun of it at the moment but when I woke up and called to ask how much is tender and fries the lady over the phone told me $15. So I guess they’re just overcharging people they think is drunk enough to pay then when I was explaining to her I was overcharged she said “it’s more at night” like what?! Which still doesn’t make sense to me cause I never heard of a restaurant charging more just cause it’s “late” your price is your price. But only reminds me why I never eat here. Literally was our only option at the time though.

Food was terrible. I ordered off the dinner menu. I got the golden brown fried chicken and got French bread as a side. As you can see in the picture, that was NOT fried chicken. It was grilled chicken that may have been thrown in the fryer. My girlfriend got the steak with a tossed salad as a side. We both got our food on the bread as a sandwich, even though the menu said nothing about it being a sandwich. They then forgot my gfs salad, so I had to ask about that. They brought it over and it’s literally just lettuce with 2 tomato slices on top. I ask where my side is (the French bread), and she says the bread on my chicken is the French bread. Yet my gfs steak was also in bread even though she didn’t ask for it, so she got the bread and a salad and I got just the bread. After I brought this up, the waitress did offer to give me another side free of charge, so I got the potato. Came as mashed potato’s with gravy with corn and a cut of steak with mushrooms. The mushrooms were clearly canned, as well as the corn. The steak had no seasoning, the mashed potatos were bland, and the gravy did not taste good. The milkshake was the best part of the meal. Never coming here again, I’m even seeing mixed reviews about the one thing they’re known for: the garbage plate

Worst plate I've ever had in Rochester. Asked for shaved steak, got a flavorless tough piece of steak slapped on top. There was a random piece of plastic mixed in. Gross couldn't even finish it
