Underrated place that you should definitely stop by the next time you're around. They have great frozen drinks and at an awesome price. Don't forget to say hi to their sweet bouncer!

We went there for some quick drinks and happy hour snacks. We had the pleasure of talking to the owner behind the bar, it was great to hear the history of how Lanai was started. We just had a couple apps but they were absolutely incredible and I can't wait to go back next time to try their full menu and have another slushie!

I thought I wouldn't like this place since it's no longer Mex but I might even like it better now! The drinks are good and strong. The Blue Hawaiian is my recommendation if you're into tequila. The bartender is friendly and the atmosphere is chill. I love how open it is now. Only bar on East & Alexander I love. The outdoor seating is great too

Had a great frozen mixed drink here. This is a new place but they seem to have everything together, good service and atmosphere, clean. The restrooms were decent. I enjoyed it there. I think it will do really well during the summer as they have several 'slushi' machines that they make drinks like Pina coladas in. Very tasty.

Great restaurant. Creative menu, food outstanding! If you are in Rochester, you need to go. Loved everything we ordered! Chef Rico has created a cool place with a flavorful menu you will not find anywhere else.

Delicious food and great service. I'll admit I was a little tentative to try some of the more unique dishes like the tuna poke or Korean poutine, but everything was made very well and the flavors paired perfectly. If you chose one of the dishes that's only $8 or less, I would recommend trying two if you're hungry.

This is my anniversary spot. We went in Jan 2025 and Jan 2026. Everyone on staff was so nice and accommodating. Even though we were told to order at the bar when we were ready, someone still came to ask our order as we made up our mind. The kitchen staff was so friendly too! This is my second time physically here and i’ve ordered on door dash a few times. Small menu, but good food and endless drink options. I like their plain wings cause it’s actually plain and not filled with salt. My boyfriend enjoyed the Shrimp Tacos and we had fries and beer.

Located right on Alexander St., this place has the atmosphere, drinks, and food that everyone is looking for. Recommend the shrimp tacos paired with a rum sour. Has outside patio area in the back and a second story deck for a little bit higher vantage point. Great date night spot. Friendly staff, great decorum for that intimate pub feel. Reasonably priced food and drinks won't break your wallet. 5 stars all around. 👍

Went with a few friends of mine for some apps and drinks. We got the garlic fries and spinach artichoke dip. Both were healthy portion sizes and very delicious! We also got the Autumnal spritz and a amaretto sour. They were both tasty but the autumnal spritz was light on the apple cinnamon flavor. Didn’t find those notes in the drink but still good. As always the vibe was nice, although we did go around 6pm and were pretty much the only ones in there so it was a bit quiet. You can park on the street or there is a paid parking lot next door. The bill for the 4 items came out to be around $58 before tip :)

Incredible smoked wings. Best I've had. Atmosphere is phenomenal. They had a DJ Gary Lamar playing awesome music. I will definitely be bringing my wife! Great mixologists and drinks prices were very reasonable for a delicious cocktail.

This was not what I was expecting but in a good way. I thought this would be a larger restaurant but it is very small and quaint. We got here early just after 5 and pulled 2 tables together. It took a little while to get served but only because these was one staff member working. She did an amazing her name started with an A but can't remember. I celebrated my birthday with my son and my brother. Bartender was more than willing to help us look for a couple bourbons. Prices for some bourbons were fantastic and others were a little off price but that's my opinion and probably based on what they have to pay for bottles. The food was great except for the brisket on the platter. (Little tough and very spicy) but I just switched meals with my son. Everything else was amazing.

Weve been here a few times, but finally took the cocktail class here through the Brainery and it was amazing! The owner was present and involved in the whole night! The bartenders are knowledgeable and friendly, the food provided was amazing and overall a clean and fun spot! Definitely try the class, but also stop by regardless!

This place delivered through and through. The staff is great, friendly and knowledgeable. The bar tender, Paul, made us the most amazing bourbon cocktail (Staten Ryeland). We ordered garlic and parsley fries for munchies, and they were oh so flavorful. We will be returning for sure! I highly recommend this place!

Super friendly staff. Everything was clean and ready to go. When they ran out of ingredients to make a Cuban they had the wonderful idea to make loaded Cuban Fries for me. The beverages were delicious. Will definitely visit again.

A friend suggested I give this bar a try, saying it seemed like the ideal bar I was looking for - he was right! The decor is what I like to describe as upscale hipster - with eclectic furnishings and decor, dim lighting and a early 1900's feel. It is in an old house they redid perfectly for a nice relaxed bar. It is two stories with bars on both floors making it pretty spacious and not over crowded. The drink menu is OUTSTANDING and also decently priced. The Flaming lips cocktail is by far the best cocktail I have ever had :D I think what makes this place better than others though is the staff - super knowledgeable and engaged with their drink goers. The Manager Cam will talk to and drink with you and get to know you and want to hear your opinions. And Brooke the bartender besides crafting the greatest drinks and knowing her stuff is a sweetheart. New favorite spot!

I was skeptical when my sister first recommended this place for a party but it was really good! Food was cooked well, tasty, and the place was clean. We got there early and got a table right away!

I've only been here once but it was a very positive experience. We went on a random weekday night, so there were only a few tables besides us. They have tables on both floors and a full bar on the first floor. Decor is adorable. Bright and clean looking. Someone greeted us as soon as we walked in. They had an entire vegan menu for myself, and a regular menu for my friend. I ordered the tofu bulgogi and a margarita. The margarita was ok. But the food was absolutely delicious. The sauce on the tofu had so much flavor and was just the right amount of spicy. My friend ordered the chicken version of my dish and he also enjoyed it thoroughly. The server was attentive and nice. I look forward to coming back and trying more from the vegan menu!

The food, drinks, ambiance & service are good, but please reupholster the furniture. The parlor furniture styles are beautiful, but the upholstery on them is so filthy dirty & stained that you don’t want to sit on them 🥴

Decorated as a speakeasy vibe upstairs, with an extensive Whiskey and Scotch menu. Not sure if it's just Saturday nights but the outdoor porch had a dj and club music - a little contrary to the laid back interior vibe.

This place was far below my expectations. My girlfriend made a comment that the inside was the equivalent of a Hawaiian IHOB. The food wasn't much better. We ordered a few different dishes. First was the poke that just tasted like pure soy sauce, we then received the kim cheese fries which tasted like vomit and and order of pork gyoza which my girlfriend said were to doughy. Then we had some manapuas that were okay but I would never order again. We finished dinner with the bahn mi sliders which were the best thing we ordered but that's not saying much at all, nothing about them seemed to go together with how they were built. Overall I would avoid this place, I see people say they have good drinks but my girlfriends old fashioned came with muddled cherries and tasted of nothing but whiskey, I suppose that is good if you are a young adult trying to get wasted.
