3.9.24 we had the most amazing service. Our waiter brought out water and more salsa without us even having to ask. He got our orders right, checked up on us, was polite, and attentive. The margaritas and fajitas were perfection. We left full and happy.

Delicious Tex Mex at a reasonable price!!! The fish tacos were extremely tasty and the Tilapia was also amazing!! The service was also fast and efficient and made the whole meal even better!! Highly recommend their margaritas as well!

I don't know what these bad reviewers were thinking. But to each their own. My husband and I both had the El Jefe platter. OMG!! Fantastic loved the food. Our waitress was fast, and amazing. Will definitely be back 😁. Wish I could give more stars. This was after I finished lol. Amazing!!

This El Fenix is a very one to visit and have a great lunch. We had the delicious sour cream chicken enchiladas. I was so hungry though, I cut right into them so I didn’t get a picture lol. Anyhow, here’s a picture of our tasty dessert. It’s always so nice to have the servers that know exactly what you need and anticipate all of your drink refills and chips plus salsa and that you don’t have to be asking them for things, they anticipate them. That’s always a refreshing point.

We arrived right at opening on a Friday and it wasn’t crowded at all. We were seated immediately and our server came to the table as soon as we sat down. The chips and salsa were delicious. We ordered from the lunch menu and were very pleased. The food was hot, fresh, and flavorful. Our server was a sweet older lady who checked on us often. I ordered the chicken enchiladas, beef taco with rice and beans. The white cream sauce was so good!!! My margarita swirl was also tasty and refreshing. This was our second visit, and we will definitely return when in town.

My husband first ate here 60 years ago. On a recent trip he reported 2 visits. *The first visit excellent food and service.* On the second the food was good however the server rushed him to pay while he was still eating bc her ride was ready to go. (No tip) The restaurant manager was engaging and friendly both times, a real credit to the restaurant!

Placed a delivery order on 2/27/26 from the Dallas Casa Linda location. When the order got delivered was missing several items. Tried calling 4 times that same night, which the receipt said to do, finally the next morning was able to leave a voice mail. Missing a half pint of salsa, jar of salsa, praline grande and both drinks. The food was delicious but not the same without the salsa and extra items that were ordered and paid for. Hoping a solution can be made and I get a call back to resolve the matter.

Update on 9/14/25: They left out an entire meal yet again and I had to drive all the way back, miss half of dinner with my family and no offer of a refund. Quite disappointing. Was disappointed with my takeout order for 2 people. So I asked for another bag of chips. Was told I needed to pay $2:15 for one, so I did . But if I was eating at the restaurant, endless chips . I don’t review often but this meal was horrible. Ordered DoorDash. Ordered steak fajitas. Came with just onions no bell peppers, no cheese, no sour cream, pico, or guacamole as advertised. Only came with three tortillas. Steak well over done. Queso was like a brick. Couldn’t get a chip in it without breaking. Chips were stale.
