Great restaurant, excellent service and very helpful friendly staff. Food came fast and nice and hot. We sat in outside area which was has a very chill vibe. Nice fire pit and plenty of seating.

Recently visited this restaurant after an appointment and was blown away! The service is fantastic, we got a free appetizer since it was our first time and they were trying out a new menu item. We also received a card to come back for a free dessert, which we took advantage of soon after. The waitstaff are all so nice and helpful, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the loaded potato hushpuppies, the chicken club, and the tortilla soup!

Open late. Large variety of food to choose from. Excellent huckleberry lemonade! Very tasty pulled pork sandwich with Carolina BBQ sauce. Very good classic margarita. Enjoyable fried chicken dinner. Large modern log cabin interior. Very dog friendly restaurant. Full bar with beer and wine. Good background music. Clean, comfy, and well appointed. Good service. Accommodates large parties.

I walked in at 9:43 and was seated right away with complimentary water. It was six minutes from the time I ordered to the time I received both my appetizer and entree. The cheese curds were very good, but the pot pie was visually stunning. The butter pie is like a Danish Butter Cookie and a butterscotch pie's warm love child. My waitress Kat was very friendly and knowledgeable, and very attentive to her tables. The restaurant decor was on-brand and stimulating. It was a very enjoyable dining experience I look forward to enjoying again.

If you go in knowing it’s gonna be ok/decent, then that’s what it will be. I appreciate the array of options and the $15 Fireside deal. Kinda want to go back to try the 3 small bites for $25 Chill atmosphere, music wasn’t too loud, not that crowded

Food was alright, I had the meatloaf and it was okay but not great for the price. My son loved his pizza sticks though. The presentation was pretty and its a cute place. They did sit us near the door outside without a heater even though it was mostly empty outside and when we told them it was pretty cold they didnt ask if we wanted to change seats just said sorry...

Came with a meetup group for brunch/lunch. The service from our server was excellent. The food and ambience was good. It wasn't too noisy as we could talk amongst ourselves.

Matt was awesome at the bar! Place was already packed. Got there early for a Party of 30! Lucas and Adam took care of us in the main dining area. Cozy place that has both indoor and outdoor seating. Service was great, I didnt hear of any complaints. Complimentary chips

We had such a great time at Lazy Dog! The food was awesome — the fish was super delicious, and my kids loved the cheesesteak pizza. The staff was really friendly, and overall everything was amazing. The only thing I’d change is my drink; it wasn’t as strong as it usually is. But other than that, we loved it and will definitely be back!

We visited Lazy Dog in Roseville expecting a good experience, given the price level and high ratings. Unfortunately, the reality was very disappointing. The place itself looks nice — the building and atmosphere are fine. However, the experience started poorly right at the entrance. The host staff looked unhappy and unwelcoming, with an overall negative attitude. It immediately set the wrong tone. Service was basic — food was brought out, but that’s about it. The biggest issue was food quality and sanitation. We ordered noodles for our 1.5-year-old child, and there was a long human hair in the dish. This is unacceptable, especially for food served to a toddler. For a restaurant of this level, basic hygiene (hair nets, food safety standards) should not be an issue. In addition, two beef dishes (including a steak and beef with mashed potatoes) were extremely tough and unpleasant to eat. We couldn’t even finish them and didn’t want to take them to go. After the hair incident, the restaurant only offered to remove the pasta from the bill. Frankly, for a supposedly upscale restaurant, this response felt minimal and inadequate given the seriousness of the situation. Considering the price, expectations, and the number of positive reviews, it’s very hard to understand how this location maintains such a high rating. This visit did not reflect quality, care, or professionalism.

This place has gone so far downhill. I got a completely cold burger, with the cheese completely unmelted! I literally peeled the cheese off whole. It had clearly been sitting out for at least 10 minutes before it was brought to me, and the patty was bone dry. The server's attitude was indifferent at best, but she at least took it off the bill. She was also the bartender (??) and never really checked on us, instead socializing near the bar with other staff. We never even got water lol. Everyone else ate dinner but me for the second time in a row coming here. Last time, the fried rice tasted of nothing but salt, and was completely inedible. Absolutely Never coming back again. Cafeteria-grade food for a premium price, forget about it.

Lazy dog indeed lazy. I have ordered protein bowl with chicken to go. It feels like chicken was cooked without any salt or pepper added, just grilled chicken (you know how it tastes) it was fridge cooled almost like it was cooked day before and left to be served later. Salad was rotten (please see attached photos). It just shows that after they opened that spring mix they didn’t wash it or looked at it. Incredibly disappointing experience.
