Great food excellent service, friendly staff.
Very good food. But they no have Potato torilla taco., it's a Mexican dish. Please return it.
I stopped by the drive-thru on Tuesday to pick up a family meal for my grandpa’s 88th birthday. We forgot a cake, so I asked (not expecting much) if they sold any—and after explaining the situation, the staff went above and beyond. To my surprise, they brought out the biggest carrot cake I’ve ever seen! Everyone was so kind and even wished my grandpa a happy birthday. It truly made his day—and mine. The fajitas were delicious too! I highly recommend this location for both the food and the amazing customer service. <3
We had a small issue and they went out of their way to make it right. 5 stars. Great food and service, even when they are busy and there is an issue. Their staff is fantastic!
Take out was great with the Taco Tuesday deal. The food was nicely packed and delicious. They included sauce without asking. I asked for 2 mild picos and got them. Napkins included but they forgot the forks! Otherwise perfect.
Great real beef fajita meat, with a fast food feel. A little pricey for what it is but very tender meat and real food. Nothing tasted processed and had good flavor. Be ready to spend 15 to 22 per person with drinks Ordered: Beef Fajita Carbon Plate came added drink about $18.00 Beef fajita plate added drink roughly $23.00 3 burrito plate (ground beef) added drink $15.00 Did I mention housemade tortillas. All plates came with rice and beans. I would definitely go back and would highly recommend their beef fajita.
I got my taco plate to go on Tuesday and asked for the chicken separate from the shells b/c the tacos get soggy by the time I get back to work. They did an awesome job and there are so quick and so accurate!!! Thank you so much from a repeat patron!!!! Sherry
I went thru the drive thru line yesterday 6/24/25 and I checked my order when I left and there was an error. I called and Ms Brittani (one of the managers) answered and she immediately corrected my order and even brought my food out to me with a little extra sweetness. Thank you Brittani for the great customer service. People like you make coming to Rosa’s Cafe a joy. Thank you again for making my day a lot better.
Rosa’s is well managed with a mature staff. They sell good food for a reasonable price and provide excellent service.
Food was great. The guy at the Counter was unbelievably helpful. Wanted to be his friend forever (not in a romantic way). It was a little bit pricey. My BF scored a free drink (iced tea).
Love this place unfortunately lost a 100$ bill here tell me if you find it
Our go-to mexican food take-out. Hard to beat the price too.
I really love this place! The only downside is not really a downside at all, there is a ton of options on the menu. Go check them out you won't be disappointed
Wonderful dining establishment. I always enjoy myself. Great food and service every visit 👌 👍
Excellent, delicious food , fresh Made tortillas and tasty homemade different types Mexican style salsa's,I recommend it
Place is an absolute blast! It was so freaking colorful but it was pleasant, it just effin adds to the charm! The food there is, oh boy, incredibly tasty. We ordered pork tamales and, while they were short, they worked with us and gave us the order in a way that worked and we could eat while we waited for the rest of the order to go. People are really friendly and just the type of people who care about their jobs. They took their time to explain the menu and worked with our meals. Don't usually give out 5 stars because I feel most places can add to their services to make them 5 stars in some sort of way, but this one just has it all. Would probably be living here if I lived in Austin. Kudos y'all.
Taco Tuesday is awesome! Three huge tacos with choices of meat and type of tortillas severed with rice and bean and all the fixings. Only $6.99 and so delicious. Happy family atmosphere!
Love Taco Tuesdays here. We get the taco plates they are $6 and some change. The atmosphere is nice. My baby loves to look at all the decorations on the walls.
Keep it simple, fastest taco drive-thru experience there is. Reliable every time.
Everyone was nice, food was good, very nice presentation of the meal served. Restaurant was very clean, decorative nicely.

It had been a long time since my last visit to Texas and finding a Rosas was high on the list. This was as good as I remember. Clean and a great value!
It was delicious! The Guy that took my order appeared to be having a bad day but we all do. Great food!
We wanted a snack and had never tried this place, so we ordered a three chicken taco plate to split from the drive thru. I loved the taco I ate. It really hit the spot. I'm surprised to see such bad reviews, but I only had a taco and a little bit of rice and refried beans, so I don't know what the service and dining environment is like inside.
The salsa bar is always stocked! I like the taco salad and fresh tortillas. I usually go through the drive thru and it is always quick and efficient.
Always love the tacos and especially the tortillas!! We enjoy our experience everytime and finish our meal with some sopapillas and honey!
10/10 for my first time will come again !! Deliciouss
I love Rosa's. The food is great, it comes out faster than fast food, and there's lots of seating. The staff is friendly & helpful. We go almost every Taco Tuesday and with our grandkids.
Rosa’s Café & Tortilla Factory is such a lovely place! The food is fresh and flavorful, and I absolutely love the design of the restaurant—it’s bright, colorful, and so inviting. The whole atmosphere makes you want to sit, relax, and enjoy your meal. Definitely one of my favorites!
I haven't had Rosa's Tortilla Factory in 16 years. I was so excited to find this one on a trip I'm taking. The food was as delicious as I remembered. The tortillas are still the best I've ever had at any Mexican restaurant. I would 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves good food.
Food was fresh. My husband ordered the chicken fajita plate and I ordered the 3 beef taco plate. Tasted homemade. Staff was professional and welcoming.

Excellent food, reasonable prices, fastest drive through on earth. Very good salsa bar, frosty margaritas, what more do you need?
Great staff. Lots of food for the price. Very friendly! Professional. Food was really good.

I grew up eating at Rosa's Cafe in West Texas where Rosa's originated from. This location comes close but is not quite the same. Food's still good though! My go-to's are the #55 Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada plate, Nacho Salad with queso, Pork Tamales plate, and the Chicken Soft Taco plate on TACO TUESDAYS! Oh, and don't forget Sopapillas for dessert! Also, I wouldn't exactly call Rosa's Cafe authentic Mexican cuisine. Definitely Tex-Mex though.
We love bringing our girls here. We share the family beef fajitas plate. They love bean and cheese tacos, rice and a lil bit of fajitas. It actually serves our 3 girls ages 10 and 8. And 2 adults. He will have 2 tacos and I have a small serving of everything. 😆 🤣
They make their own tortillas. They literally grab them fresh out of the machines. They have a special on Tuesday that I recommend. Their chips are really good and you get a large amount for takeout. We have tried chicken and pork. And the big platter for multiple people. Everything is good. There is a lot of food to be able to feed a big group. Prices are reasonable espy for the freshness. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable on their food. High recommend.
We're been to another Rosa's in Hobbs, New Mexico & walking into this was was exactly the same. We had the Chile Verde bowl & smothered burrito. So good & the fresh made tortillas are terrific. Also recommend the queso & chips. This is a place I look forward to going to.
It was good value Mexican food, I plan to go back and try more things. I just had their soft taco plate with beef and chicken tacos. The chicken was better then the beef tacos, in my opinion. They make fresh tortillas and they are good.

Beautiful building but food was mediocre. Service was extremely fast.
Rosa’s Café is a a greater place to have some good somewhat Mexican food. Even tho it’s not authentic Mexican food it’s still good, not great but good. I love that they have a little salsa bar where you can pick your different type of hot sauce, onions 🧅 , cilantro 🌿, jalapeños 🌶, ranch, butter 🧈 and lots more....
I was ok. I like the buffet of condiments/sides & that you seat yourself. I was not so impressed with the food but it could be that I had a lot more expectations for it since I had been wanting to eat here for a few yrs but never got too until now. So I was probably too excited thinking it was a regular restaurant then it turns out to be self serve. I was still ok with it but just thought the taste would be a little better. I'll try again since my expectations are not so high now. 👍🏾
Think more counter serve than dine in restaurant. Has a stunning dining area and the speed of service is admirably fast. However the food itself falls short of me being able to recommend it. The best thing I had were the chicken enchiladas and they were good, the titular tortillas are good the chips are fine. Everything else was fine to kind of drab. Reminded me of a Casa Ole in so many ways, but not, I fear, one of the good ones.
Used to be good value for ok food. Now it's expensive and not worth the cost unfortunately. $16.00 for two small fajita tacos, rice and beans doesn't seem too bad until you taste the beef jerky like meat in the tacos.
Grabbed some tamales 🫔 one side fresh Other side sit to long was hard. Nachos 3 out of 5 Enchalda plate um prefer rolled and baked. Just hits different. Tortillas 3 out of 5 Rice beans are good Plants in the middle careful if you have allergies. Nombre dusty por favor mucho cleaning. Si no que no
Cafe style Tex-Mex in a large space with lots of character. There is also drive through if you are in a hurry. I found the food overall a little on the bland side. The table thought the he fajitas had a nice smokey carbon flavor and rice to be nicely seasoned. I would go back for a drive through order of rice and tortillas.
We tried to get breakfast, but were told they had stopped serving breakfast 10 minutes before (10:30am). We decided to get chicken tamales. They were ok. We had decided to stop here, as we had previously visited another similar restaurant in DFW, and had a better experience. I would give them another chance, maybe going there earlier.
The food here is below average. I ordered a beef burrito that was half the size of locally owned restaurants. Also ordered Queso and chips, the queso tasted like it game out of can. The interior is atractive and gives the feeling that you are in Mexico. Go to any of our local Round Rock TexMex / Mexican restaurants if you what food with great taste
Food Review: Rosa's Cafe, Round Rock Rosa's Cafe in Round Rock presents a striking ambiance, combining beauty with a festive flair that immediately draws you in. Walking through the doors, you might feel as though you've stepped into a vibrant celebration, complete with colorful decor and inviting seating arrangements. However, while the restaurant dazzles with its atmosphere, the food does not quite match the same level of excitement. Think of Rosa's as a more upscale Taco Bell. The highlight of the restaurant is undoubtedly its showcase tortilla factory, visible through a glass window, offering a fascinating glimpse into the tortilla-making process. It's an interesting touch that adds to the experience but unfortunately can't completely elevate the overall meal. The food, while not terrible, was decidedly mediocre. I encountered a particular issue with the cheese enchiladas, which had a rubbery texture that was less than pleasant. However, the manager handled the situation admirably, promptly offering me the option to select a different dish, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to excellent service. On a positive note, the beef and chicken fajitas were a shining star. They were tender and packed with flavor that suggested they had indeed been grilled over mesquite, contributing a delicious smokiness. The condiments bar was another highlight, boasting a wide variety of salsas, pico de gallo, fresh limes, and lemons, which allowed for delightful customization of the meals. The crispy tacos, filled with a satisfying mix of beef, small potatoes, and generous amounts of cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes, were enjoyable. Paired with good chips, fresh salsa, and queso, they managed to impress. The flour tortillas were the best part – large and freshly made, they were a delightful accompaniment to the meal. The sopapillas, however, were just a tad undercooked, but I can't complain much since they were complimentary. Overall, would I return to Rosa's Cafe for another meal? Probably not, as the food didn’t quite meet my expectations. However, I would undoubtedly come back just for those remarkable tortillas!
When I looked up Rosa's cafe it had a 3 star rating. That is exactly right. I chose it because it was a little less expensive than other sit down mexican food restaurants. Trouble is, it is not a s…
Bought the #26 Beef fajita family dinner, I asked (as I’ve done before)to get 1/2 fried and 1/2 black beans, the attendants said no, and the fajitas tasted bland, the vegetables were raw, tortillas cold, and wasn’t offered military discount, and the manager looked upset, I know loosing 1 customer doesn’t mean much to you, but your drive thru attendants need to not have an attitude, especially the manager giving one bad looks
Basically an upscale Taco Bell with sit down prices. I wanted to treat the family to a nice lunch so we thought we would try out Rosa's since we'd never been there before and it looked nice on the outside. When we entered we quickly realized this is more like a fast food restaurant than what we expected. Our experience: We entered the restaurant and stood in line to order while feeling rushed as we tried to figure out what we wanted before it was our turn. The menu is pretty generic so finding something that sounds good was actually a challenge for everyone, and we ended up going with safe bets, burrito for me, taco's for my wife, and nachos for the kids. I asked for beef fajita instead of ground beef on the burrito and the manager taking my order seemed confused, but eventually added it in which increased the price of the burrito by four dollars (this would normally be one or two dollars anywhere else). In total this meal cost us nearly forty dollars. But hey, maybe it will be worth the money? When we went to sit down and wait for our food we found trouble finding a table that wasn't covered in left over food, but finally found a place. Unfortunately they also don't bring the food out to you so you either have to wait at the front of the house for the food or you risk not hearing them call out your number. When we got our food I about blew my top. The nachos looked like something my twenty year old son made in his microwave, the tacos were sloppily assembled, and my burrito was a joke (see image). For a nearly twelve dollar burrito I was given a plate 1/3 full of iceberg lettuce, 1/3 boxed/bagged rice and refried beans, and 1/3 (if that) of a burrito. The only thing that appeared to be fresh were the tortillas which I ate after I finished eating my burrito as the portions were so small that I had to supplement my meal. Who would this place be for? Someone who wants to get some Mexican better than Taco Bell (but not that much better) and wants it fast, and doesn't mind paying sit down prices. If you want to cater your workforce at the office (do people still do this with Covid?). That's about it; it's like this place doesn't know what it wants to be. If Austin wasn't a thriving population center there is no way this place would stay in business. If you want good quality food, with service at reasonable prices, and proper food portions, then don't come here. If you want Mexican but want it fast I would say just go to Taco Bell, you'll pay half as much and the quality will be close enough (besides the tortillas). The only reason this isn't one star is because the building was nice and the tortillas were good. With all the choices in the area we don't plan on subjecting ourselves (or our bank account) to this place again. Don't recommend.
Breakfast tacos. Very not good. Not bad, not good. Absolutely not worth the money. Gas station taco quality. "Beef fajita and egg taco" tastes exactly like a QuikTrip brisket taco. It's not beef fajita. I won't ever be eating breakfast here again.
This joint use to be an old favorites. However the last couple times when visiting a Rose’s we have been very disappointed. This location had multiple issues. To start with they were out of shredded chicken for the chicken tacos, they left the cheese off of two burritos which you have to pay extra for cheese, then on the chips n salsa we paid extra for we had to then fill up our own hot sauce with the complimentary hot sauce from the bar. Also two of the burrito plates were cold

I have been going to this restaurant for years and have never had a problem until today. I ordered my usual order in the drive through (a dozen bean&cheese tacos, 4 steak tacos). I was asked to wait at the front, which I expected as I ordered a lot of tacos. I waited for 15 minutes. At least 6 people got their orders in the drive through and no one brought mine or even gave me an explanation for how late it was. I went in and was told they were working on it. I asked if I could get an estimate and Cecilia, the manager, said: "If she doesn't want to wait so she can cancel the order." I did. They must be doing well if they are turning away $55 orders. They won't get another chance to not serve me.
A friend and I ate here a few weekends back. We were very disappointed with the decreased quality and flavor of our orders. A taco salad was a few ingredients spread over a plate of chips. Queso was disgusting. My enchilada meal tasted like it was taken out of a freezer and microwaved. The flour tortillas had an odd texture and flavor as did the chicken. The best part of the meal was the sweet tea. Was not worth what I paid. Used to eat here frequently a few years ago. Will not ever return to this location. Hoping all locations haven't gone down in quality as this location has.
Came here a few times for breakfast. It was pretty solid. Came here the last two times and eggs are extremely runny. They said they can't do anything about it that's just the recipe. Last time I checked serving undercooked eggs not cooked all the way was against health code. I don't know how they're justifying their license And how the Williamson County health department does not see how undercooked they are when they do their inspections.
Edit, i've been hugely disappointed as of my last visit. I ordered beef tacos, and i not only got chicken tacos (noticed after driving 10 mins to my fiancé's work for dinner) but they were soggy and the chicken was not lukewarm but cold! The staff on shift tuesday night must not have had a care in the world for the quality of their work because we were also shorted plasticware and napkins. As of now, I won't be returning
This place is the wannabe Taco Cabana. Pork tamales are actually ground beef and rolled in wax paper rather than the traditional way. They stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 am on a Saturday morning so I asked to have the enchilada plate made with beef fajita instead of the ground beef and they said it could not be done. The tacos and tamales are poorly presented and served rolled in aluminum foil so we had to guess what was inside each roll. The “chicken fajita” is hard on the edges and more than likely from yesterday. Never gain.
Ordered a taco salad and there wasn’t very much meat in there at all. It was mostly lettuce and cheese. Didn’t taste very good at all as I was basically just eating shredded iceberg lettuce. Yuck! Also, I didn’t hear my number called out (or they didn’t call it out) so I had to walk up to the counter and ask if they had my order ready. It was cold when I got it. Not sure if that’s from all the iceberg lettuce or from sitting there too long. Either way I give this experience one star. 👎 Edit- I walked back inside after I was about to leave to compare my receipt to the menu and see if my order had been taken wrong. I heard them calling out people’s order numbers on the microphone. They were not doing this when I was in there eating. They should make it a protocol to always use the microphone. No one wants to eat cold food.
Ordered breakfast tacos, first of all they have everything pre made. Like I couldn’t get a ham and potato taco because the ham was mixed in with the eggs. Same with the beef fajita. So I settled for a potato and bacon taco. Bean and cheese for my 4 year old and two beef fajita egg and cheese for my 15 year old. The food was horrible. We came around 9 am the food should not have been old. But later on me and my youngest stomachs were sour. It was over 20 dollars for our food.. not a good experience at all.
We were disgusted with how dirty the grout was on the dining room tables. You can literally run a toothpick in the grout and peel up old nasty dirty food that has been there for years. Picture a very thin curley fry 4 inches long and nasty brown in color. That is what it looked like. We spoke with the GM, and she told us it was grout. She also told us that this had been tested two months ago and it was grout. Let me tell you this is not grout. You can't peel out grout with a toothpick unless it is new and wet. The GM made excuses instead of acknowledging that it was an issue. Lying to your customers isn't good business either. Beware!!!
Drive thru Clerk had no customer service training or skills. I'm guessing, the whole staff probably is this way then, since he gets away with being rude and taking your order with no set greetings and service level. The tacos had barely any chicken inside and tasted old. The enchilada had plastic in it. Rosa's use to be good in my opinion. Lately the service and food has tanked. I will not go back and I hope others read this and decide to as well.
Incompetent staff created a challenging experience and indirectly insulted my daughter in Spanish (note: she’s not a single mother struggling financially, that’s her kid sister) when she requested a refund for substandard food. The food quality is consistently poor during the last hour of operation, so we try to visit earlier. Unfortunately, when my daughter got home, the beans were merely broth, and the cheese was barely at room temperature. This isn’t the first instance of unsatisfactory service.
Roses is pretty good for lunch and dinner however, not a great place for breakfast tacos their salsa is probably the worst in town and they don’t offer anything spicy. Be prepared when you get a chorizo, potato and cheese taco that you will only be getting tortilla and potato if you want some really awesome chorizo, potato and cheese tacos with really good salsa Taco Palenque hands-down I only would recommend roses for dinner time.
Stops serving breakfast at 10:30 and serves dinner plates. Who wants a steak plate at 10:30am. I understand moving to lunch menus, but save it for AT LEAST 11:30.
My first experience trying this place and the experience was poor. I ordered an enchilada plate to try, I didn’t get the sauce I asked for, no lettuce, tomato, and proper sides. My food was thrown in the box like slop and service could have been better. Unfortunately for a first experience, this is too bad to make me want to return so not looking for anything but hopefully there is improvement.
I got the most expensive tostada ever. 10+dollars. One little tostada. Beans are "painted" 🎨 on the "tortilla" about 6 little square peace of beef. Flavor is not even good. I guess I had to pay for the bag and container TO GO.
Well, if you love eating your food cold because they will always forget something important to your meal and then look at you like you're lying about it when you asked them for what you ordered. Seriously, the general manager of this place gave me my order and then argued with me on whether or not I received it... I will never be eating at this location ever again
You’re charging people $3.20 for a soda that’s just filled with ice and hardly any soda in it, A $16 chicken fajita plate that looks like the chicken was just thrown in a microwave or kept under a heat lamp, and tortillas that are ice cold. This is not like anything advertised in your menus or commercials. I’m sick of your establishment and will never be a patron of yours in the future. I’ll be sure to leave honest reviews on every platform I can. I sincerely hope you do more than charge your customers for sub par service and products like I’ve experienced.
