Salata in Round Rock is highly praised for its fresh, customizable salads and wraps with generous portions. Customers love the variety of ingredients and friendly staff, especially Annie and Shannon. Limited seating is a minor drawback.

Tip: Get the small salad, it's still quite large. Also, be patient with the staff, they are very helpful.

Nice place toake you own salad
Love this place. The food is always fresh and the best quality ingredients. I love that I can get a nice salad for a decent price. The lemonade is tasty.
Salata has become one of my favorite restaurants to eat at! The salads are always fresh, flavorful, and absolutely amazing. I love the variety of ingredients and how you can customize everything exactly the way you want it. The quantity, quality, and consistency keep me coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a healthy and delicious meal! 🥗✨
Salata as always is so yummy! But today was our first time at this location and we had the ABSOLUTE BEST service! Annie our salad maker was absolutely the best yet! She was patient kind and so attentive. I have Littles who like to order their own things and she listened and helped them both to make their salad dreams come true. We will be back! THANK YOU ANNIE!!
Fantastic options for salads or wraps, staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Never had a bad experience
Salata is the ultimate spot for fresh, build-your-own salads that never disappoint. Everything from the greens to the toppings and dressings tastes crisp and flavorful. It’s perfect for a healthy lunch or light dinner, and the customization options make it easy to get exactly what you’re craving. Clean, quick, and consistently delicious!
This is my favorite restaurant in all of Central Texas! Shannon always recognizes me and makes me feel extra special! The salads are incredible!!! The Regular Salad is 3x the size of a salad and go salad, and you get to build it! Beets, blue cheese, jicama, about anything you can imagine. All for around $11. It’s 2 meals. If you add protein ($3-4) the pesto chicken is amazing! Chase and Kailey were super nice, too! If only they would open a store in Temple Texas, I would come everyday!! Also they have the best house made croutons and multi-grain croissants!
went to Salata for the first time ever today, and it was delicious. a sweet young girl helped me create my salad and she was so patient and understanding, and also helped me choose some topings with giving me samples. I will be definitely coming back. It was so good!
Yesterday for lunch we went to Salata.. we have visited Salata a lot of times before and is our go to summer place for salads. I just love Salata for the versatility and the amount of fresh ingredients you can put into your salad. For protein they have chicken, falafel and avocado. They all are really yummy. My husband usually tries chicken here. He says it’s good. I always get falafel for protein source. Basically first you select if you want a small salad, large salad or wrap and then choose what you want in your salad or wrap. You can choose from nearly 20 to 30 different veggies. Then choose your protein source , nuts. They also have a side of chips or croissant.
Great salads made to order. Love how they are set up. You enter the line and start your salad journey. Everything looks fresh and colorful. Tastes great too. Problem is the seating is sparse and uncomfortable. Kinda makes me feel sad eating my salad. I was a big fan of Leaf in downtown Austin. Similar concept but it always seemed friendly and warm.
I NEVER thought I'd love a place that serves rabbit food! I'm a dedicated carnivore who only ate salads 3, maybe 4 times a year. Over the course of a year and a half I've become someone eats 3 to 4 salads a month, almost every week. I don't know if it's their veggie selection, freshness, dressings or something else but I just keep coming back.
Just tried out Salata today for the first time, and I can gladly say I found my favorite place to get a salad for $15.00 with drink+ cookie. I got all the healthy stuff plus grilled chicken, and the food was great. The staff was very friendly and I am very happy I went here. You can get to build your own salad which for me is great, everything healthy and it filled me up quite nicely.
I love a good salad bar, and this place has lots of options. I do however wish they had cottage cheese as an option, and more options for dressings (please add thousand island). They have 2 salad sizes, and I definitely recommend getting the small because it's still quite large. For the salad alone, it's pretty reasonably priced, but protein is extra. Personally, I don't think the normal amount of protein they provide is enough for a meal salad, so I usually get double, which usually means my salad costs about $20. The freshness of the salad ingredients also seems to vary by day. Sometimes lots of it is great, but sometimes the cucumbers look a bit sad or the pepperoncinis are extra sour. Their lemonades and teas are very flavorful and delicious, but I do wish they were less sweet.
I want to start by saying that Salata is my favorite place to get a wrap/salad from. The food is fresh and delicious and I love that I get to customize my order, but the service in-store is not great and surprisingly it’s the manager and the shift lead who make it unwelcoming. More than once I’ve experienced what feels like annoyance from the team while they’re making the order and I’m all about service industry workers matching a customer’s energy so if I were being rude or off putting then by all means, treat me that way back but I make it a point to smile, say please and be thankful for their work and yet it still feels like I’m an inconvenience. There doesn’t need to be fanfare but being welcoming, especially as higher positions at the restaurant, seems like very little to ask for (there were two other employees there who were very friendly and nonplussed by us ordering, so shout out to them!). If this were the first time I’ve experienced a non welcoming attitude at this location I wouldn’t feel like a review was necessary but it’s happened so many times recently that it’s a point of discussion before we even get out of our car to go inside. I would also extend grace if they were busy but that was very much not the case with only one table occupied when we came in. I really do love the food so I’ll continue to place orders online but I shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome in-store.
What a fantastic salad bar in Round Rock that I was privileged to have been introduced to. Everything they had : numerous salad greens, a wonderful array of veggies, all kinds of protein, soup and breads were all so fresh and well presented. The owner came and welcomed me and explained what to do. I had their homemade tomato salad that was creamy and tasty and a huge salad (even though I had a small!) my friends and I enjoyed the food and the service. The place was also nice, clean and bright. Highly recommended!
I went with my husband today, and while waiting in line- I guess it was a manager who was helping us, when another young worker was about to help us with the next section of topings, the manager snapped at her in a very harsh way saying “I got it, help the next customers”. I get mangers being managers and having to take on their roll. But it was in a very harsh way that the young girls eyes widened and she just walked to help the people in the lettuce section with a confused face. I’ve been thinking about this since we left, and I just wanted to make this so maybe that manager knows to be a little nicer- or to change her tones when giving directions.
