This is the single most consistent experience I've ever had at Chipotle. I am not one to write reviews, but I come here a couple times a week and everything is always fantastic. The quality, portions and service are all exceptional; no complaints here. Lots of these negative reviews are obviously hyperbolized, and I implore you, as the reader, to locate a single shortcoming of this location.

So the drive through is not a drive through it’s an online order pick lane. You list order online or on the app. tThe app is very easy to use. Food is good and staff is friendly.

Employees are great. Manager Jake, when an employee needed help he just yelled instructions that didn't help and then told her to text him while customers are waiting to checkout. I waited almost 10 min. Fire Jake

I like chipotle. First time trying out this location. I guess there was a misunderstanding on the veggie bowl I ended up paying for two I was trying to split double rice on another bowl so it wouldn’t be filled to the brim. Maybe I didn’t make it clear oh well

Portion consistency issue. When I brought up the portions differences between 2 employees, the lady seemed annoyed and said I should have just asked for more. Why should I have to ask for more when portions should just be the same. I don't want to have to keep asking for more like a big back. Just give me my fair share.

This is ridiculous, I was robbed, I requested "carne asada" tacos to go, when I opened the container, I found out no meat in the tacos, only tortillas. Be careful when you order food to go in this place.

for 20 dollars you think you’d get a full bowl ? I guess half full is standard . from now on when I want overpriced mediocre food i’ll just go to chiloso . chipotle has been going down hill for years this is just depressing

This is ridiculous, I was robbed, I requested "carne asada" tacos to go, when I opened the container, I found out no meat in the tacos, only tortillas. Be careful when you order food to go in this place.

Very rude and have smart comments to say when checking out or questioning them about small spoonfuls and whats the deal with charging sides?? I never get charged at other locations. Also steak is very fatty I’ll stick with chicken for now on.

Walked in to get something to eat. Two employees just sitting in dining area, one was eating. No one behind counter. Looked at the food and you could tell it had been sitting there for quite awhile. Did not look appetizing at all. My wife and walked out without anyone saying anything. We never did get any service.

I will 100% NEVER come to this chipotle again; the servings here were laughable!!! Like for real??? Absolutely crazy work giving me like half scoops of things and the way they looked at me when I requested more….

This place is horrible, they start closing down at 9pm -2 hours BEFORE closing! - not cooking more food- cleaning up everything so you can’t even ask them to make the stuff they are out of. Therefore, the food is disgusting. Go to the one in Firewheel, they are so much better. I hope they will fix this issue.

I have constantly been having issues with this location..from online orders, portion sizes, and overall service. Save your time, and just go to the firewheel location that’s only 5 min down the road.. If you do end up going to this location DO NOT go at night the night staff is a complete joke.

There was a piece of clear plastic in my burrito. I threw 1/2 of my burrito in the trash.
