We went on Valentine’s Day for dinner, possibly the busiest night of the year, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Mimi was able to get us a table promptly when we hadn’t been able to make a reservation on time. The staff who waited on our table, particularly our wonderful waitress, were so nice and helpful. I really enjoyed eating dinner here with my husband. They helped make our dinner so special and I hope we can go back for another special occasion one day. The food was delicious and they got our orders right without any issues. The prices were reasonable. We highly recommend eating here. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience! ❤️
Had a great date at Albi’s Vite! The restaurant and live music was fantastic, the food was delicious with great portions and prices, it felt so romantic and relaxing during our time. Jaylee was a great server and answered any and all questions we had about our food, she was super patient and funny!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely fantastic Italian dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We started with the Italian Wedding Soup, which was rich and flavorful, a perfect comforting start to the meal. The Mediterranean Salad was a delightful mix of fresh ingredients, light and refreshing. For our main courses, we tried the Albi Shrimp and the Penne alla Vodka. Both dishes were absolutely delicious! The shrimp was perfectly cooked and the sauce was incredible, while the pasta was creamy and flavorful. Every single dish was clearly made with fresh ingredients and attention to detail. The service was also top-notch – friendly, attentive, and efficient. We can't wait to come back and try more of the menu! Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone craving authentic and delicious Italian food.
It smelled so good and tasted so good I forgot to take a picture. If I could give the 100 stars I would because 5 isn’t enough. The fried ravioli is crispy and soft in the inside it like biting into a crispy cloud. The beef lasagna was so delicious, tasting each layer of favorite with every bite and the Nutella cheese cake was light and creamy and chocolately without being too rich. I will definitely be eating here again. 100 ⭐️’s
I've been searching for a place that does quality food like this for almost 15 years here in this city and I have finally found it. This place is AMAZING and worth every penny (unlike most places I've found). So glad and blessed that I found this restaurant! It'll surely be a staple in my home for years to come! :) I truly mean every word of this review, btw! :) -K.Marie
Service was absolutely top-notch, Jesse our server was attentive and provided some of the best service I’ve experienced in SA so far! We never had an empty drink or bread basket! Forward thinking throughout service with extra plates and in the end with boxes and to-go cups! The food was also excellent- I had the fettuccine carbonara and my gf had the penne à la vodka with sausage. Great dishes! Although, we had the trio appetizer and I have to say I wouldn’t get it again or order the calamari itself. That was the only low point of our dinner. Other than that! We’ll definitely be back and this’ll be on our Italian list from now on!
Food was great. Ribeye Marsala and Chicken Florentine were de-lish. Chicken was tender and flavorful and plenty of it. the Ribeye was cooked medium and on point. very tasty and plentiful. their table bread and dipping oil was great. bread would be better had it been fresh or warm. seating looks tight. but atmosphere feels like a HOOTERS. a bit loud. no greeting at the door. waitress was hard to find. dessert menu limited. flavored tea is good. this place is worth a chance if you haven't been there.
We are traveling from Houston and looked up places to eat to celebrate our anniversary. From the moment we walked in the hostess was very welcoming. Offered us dessert and congratulated us. Our server Isabella was very sweet, recommended her own go tos to get. Made our cappuccino and personalized our dessert. Overall amazing!
What's not to love. The good thing is that not too many people know about this place so it is still a chill, mellow place to dine. The lighting is dim. I appreciate that. The food is delicious and the bread and olive oil with roasted olive bits or whatever is in it is sooooo good. The bread and dip is why I will always choose this place over Olive Garden.
This place was featured on the news and I told my family that we should try it. The hostess didn't seem too friendly or she was having a bad day but once we were seated we had a great waiter named Jason?(I think that was his name-sorry) He was very attentive to our needs and checked on us often, which I appreciate. The food was delicious. We will be going back.
I absolutely love the food here. Generous portions of the food you order. Pasta is fantastic. Lasagna is great . . . the raviolis are huge. It's no joke as to the portion size of them. The desserts are just as good as the main dishes. Everytime I order from here I seem to want to order the same thing but I force myself to try something new. Great Italian food with generous portions. Great place with great staff. The very best! Me and my best friend came over to celebrate our combined birthdays. We dined in this time. Friendly, staff. I'm telling you... The place is clean, quiet with the laid back feel. Our waitress was friendly and nice. But did not come around as offend as most wait staff do. The chef in the kitchen accommodated to my request and we weren't charged for substitutions. I ordered the lunch special of the sampler and requested one item to be substituted with spaghetti and marinara sauce. The wrong item however was removed but it's all good because the food was delicious. We didn't know that you get a free appetizer at lunch. You have two choices and we picked fried ravioli with a creamed marinara sauce to dip in. You are given hot, and fresh garlic bread with olive oil and herbs to dip in. The special comes with a small salad. I enjoy this place very much and I'm glad my best friend and me celebrated our birthday there. Great food, with generous portions and they will always try to make your request happen if they can. Great place to eat at for lunch or dinner.
The food looks and tastes like Italian food should taste; authentic indeed. The first appetizer is calamari on the house. Free on Tuesday per the advertisement on the side of the building. The main portions are generous and delicious. So generous I couldn’t finish my food. That hardly ever happens. I have never rated a restaurant 5 stars on everything my first visit. This place deserves this and more.Ask for Jacob. Greeted us properly, friendly smile outstanding hospitality.
My husband and I went based off a recommendation from a friend. Did not disappoint! Robert was our server and he gave the best customer service. We got the sangria for red wine, Cesar salad and lobster bisque as a starter, then Alfredo carbonara and lobster ravioli. Everything had so much flavor, on top of amazing atmosphere. Each main entree was around $20 with large portions. Will definitely be coming back!
We were out on errands, the family was hungry, "Italian" was the preference, Google searched, and this was the first suggestion in the area. I've been to their location at Leon springs, so I knew I could expect something good. The place isn't as visible from the road, but directions will get you there. Sufficient parking around the restaurant will stop. The interior was warm and welcoming. They have a distinct decor and it suits the theme. The food was great. We ordered Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Marsala, Baked Zitti, and Spaghetti Meatballs (children's menu). We also got the Italian wedding soup, minestrone soup, and tomato soup as part of the orders. Everything tasted great. Our server Crystal was very attentive and friendly. She came by the table often. At one point, my little daughter was pretending to be a waitress. Crystal played along and showed my little one how to print the receipts. If I am in the area, I'd stop by again.

Vodka pizza was good and shareable, it had sausage and peppers. Once I warmed it up at home it had the cheese pull and tasted even better. The lasagna was very good. We went with a large party and those who ordered the lasagna luved it. If you ever need a large room to seat 25 this is a great place!
First time there since seeing it on Texas Eats. Tues with an entree you get either free calamari or fried ravioli... We had the ravioli. Wife got the Albis shrimp and I had the lunch special of pasta sampler(baked ravioli, lasagna, and baked penne pasta) we shared a dessert and our bill was $56 before top. Want to go back to try other items.
I would have given this five stars, but there were a couple things that they could improve on. I don’t know the name of our waiter, but he was the tall, thin African-American man. Not only was our waiter he was also the bartender and server. As he ran around like a madman, the other servers/wait staff just stood around. They never came around and asked if we needed anything unless we ask them. Kind of felt like it was a one-man show. But even though he wore all those hats, he did a great job. The food was absolutely fantastic. They did have a band. I completely understand, restaurants, hiring bands, but this was more of a Muppet show. Literally he had a Muppet and sang in a Muppet voice. It was super irritating. Definitely not fit for that type of restaurant. Made the restaurant feel like it was less classier than it could be. Not from San Antonio but we would definitely go back but maybe for lunch. I’m sure they won’t have a cheesy band for lunch time.
It's cute and kinda fancy. The service, though, was just not it. Our waiter was constantly on his phone, checking instagram. I wanted to ask about my food because it was way too oily. Another waiter happily helped me out and took it to the back. Overall, I might give it a second chance (or not) 💁🏽♀️
Stopped in to celebrate mother's day with the family after seeing this restaurant on my social media page. The service was great and all of the food came out quick and hot. We ordered a few different items to share between our table. The eggplant parm was incredible and the marry me chicken pasta was delicious. Our only complaint was the lack of flavor from the chicken fettuccine alfredo especially with the other dishes having such a depth of flavor. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good, hearty food and we can't wait to go back and try some other dishes and the pizza.
The food was great, but the portions aren't that big. The pasta sampler was really good and came with a lot of different choices. They don't have a full bar, so all their drinks are wine based. Pretty good and strong! There is a separate room in the back that they use for private party's! The waitress and staff were fantastic and really helpful for our first time dining in! They had some good recommendations for appetizers and our entrée. We will definitely be back soon!
It was our first time dining at this establishment. We had made a reservation for Mother's Day, yet we still encountered a waiting period. The reason for the delay despite the reservation is unclear, but upon reviewing prior reviews, it appears to be a common occurrence at this restaurant. The decor was aesthetically pleasing, and our server was both attentive and friendly. We ordered a salad with avocado, but unfortunately, it contained several dark pieces that should not have been served. The staff promptly provided a replacement salad without any hesitation. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I personally had the lasagna, which I found to be satisfactory, although it lacked a certain element that would have made it truly memorable. Overall, we had a pleasant dining experience, but the distance of 30 minutes from our location may deter us from returning in the future.

Decent Italian food for a fair price. I'd honestly much rather go here over OG or one of the other chain restaurants.

Great authentic Italian food. I love that it's family owned and operated. The food was great. The service was great. All the staff was friendly and the place was clean. We will definitely be back.
Overall this is a cute place. Portions were a good size for the price and the flavor of most of the food was great. The calamari was rubbery, and the cocktails we ordered tasted more like sugar then the actual spirit. Their staff were nice and kept up with the table well.

I really wanted to like this place. It is not awful, but it definitely fell short in atmosphere, service, and flavor. I was craving Italian food and decided to give Albi’s a try, but it just did not live up to the expectation. The decor feels dated and could really use some refreshing. Even as someone on the shorter side, I found the booths uncomfortable. We started with mozzarella sticks, which should be simple, but they came out not fully cooked. That was disappointing right away. I ordered the Chicken Florentine, which was okay, but the chicken was bland and the noodles lacked seasoning. Nothing stood out flavor wise. Our server was nice, but he seemed unfamiliar with the menu. He did not know the oil served with the complimentary bread was olive oil, and he forgot to bring my Caesar salad. Honestly, we can get comparable food and better service at Olive Garden.
