I liked the relaxed atmosphere, local, and variations of classic cocktails! Especially the names of those cocktails! Although the theme of those doesn't match the decor theme. That threw me off a bit.

Jaime Medina is exceptional. Truth be told, we had a little issue several weeks back but Jaime totally went out of his way to make sure our next visit was fantastic. Being a public servant, I’m very aware of service and the lengths that someone will take to make things right. Hats off to Jaime. And Eric continues to be an exceptional server. Great atmosphere. Not too young, not too old. Good mix of both. Several separated seating/gathering areas depending on whether you like conversation or live music. We chose to have cigars on the deck and the overhead heaters kept the temperature just right on a chilly November night in the Texas Hill Country. The bartenders were friendly and very knowledgeable and the craft cocktails were outstanding.

Great music Wednesday-Sundays at 8:30 I believe. No bar like it in San Antonio especially in this location.

What a perfect place to go to sit on the patio and listen to a great musical performance. The waitress was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone around us seemed to have a great time and the drinks were good and fast. We are so thrilled to have a great place to hang out near our side of the city.

Great MUSIC and friendly patrons! Unfortunately, our server did not check back one time - for almost 1 hour. To make it worse, he opened a tab, even though I said no. I had to find him to pay my bill. If you open a tab for a customer, you need to check back at least once! I'll try again because of the quality of the music and the friendly patrons.

There's not much of a choice when it comes to bar snacks, and the frier was down, but the bartender suggested the sliders, and they were delicious. They didn't have my drink of choice on the menu, however, they made a stab at it and it too was delicious, a Blackberry martini. Good stuff - it should be in the menu.

Not a bad little bar right off I-10. Pretty relaxed atmosphere with live music and a decent assortment of drinks. They do allow smoking outside, which is always a turn off.

Great place for a drink. The cocktail was tasty and wine was good as well. However, we went for happy hour to get drinks and food and when we got there, the oven was broken on a Saturday night. There was no actual food menu and because of broken oven, we were told only three appetizers to choose from. We ended up going somewhere else to eat. Hopefully they get it fixed and print a menu or to. I’d love to try them again!

The drinks are good but it's always undetermined whether or not their kitchen is open at all or closes early. It should be clear on their Google search that they either have a kitchen or they don't.

This place was great. We hung outside under the heaters. It would be perfect to meet up with friends EXCEPT while their long list of drinks was appealing, every time my husband ordered a bourbon they were out. We later found out they had one of what we asked so I feel the bartender and the waitress couldn’t communicate After the 8th time of non service it becomes comical. By the end of the evening and at the point of “just tell me what you do have” the manager made a small appearance to trade out one class of on the house bourbon for another. But what really tipped it was the chef and alcohol orderer came out and made excuse after excuse that at this point it was a time to go. I did tell him that we loved the atmosphere and we will give them another try in the future and hope that we get there right after they have received their drink orders.

Don't try and request a specific way you want your drink from the bartenders, or deviate from the traditional mixology based concepts of the classic cocktails we all know and love without having their ego or arrogance spilling into your drink first like it's the biggest inconvenience and headache in the world. Tips are earned based on service, and fortunately not based on how your attitudes are. Upscale clientele or not, who cares, you're working for the customers. Make the drink as is asked or tips will remain minimal if at all. Hate your job, open your own basic one way bar or find a different bar more on your level.

It’s more of a bar than a true piano bar. It’s a small place with not much for a food menu, really it’s finger food. The joint is average at best the bartenders aren’t talkative as you would like but they’re not rude either. Maybe if the staff was more in touch with the customers it would be a cool place to hang out at.

The ambiance was about the ONLY thing great about first time visiting here for a nice little evening with my wife, service was horrible. The waitress did not know anything on tap, the food took over 40 mins to get. I Don't ill be visiting anytime soon until service can be quickly addressed.

Stopped in last night as my husband and I used to go here frequently and it had been a long time. Wish we hadn’t. The place was a mess, and the service was the worst I’ve ever had. After waiting for a server to come see us at our table, my husband went to the bar to order drinks where he continued to wait where he went unattended while the two bartenders carried on their conversation. When he finally got a drink again it was a long period of time before we were asked if we wanted anything else. When we did, the waiter then proceeded to forget to bring us our order. Manager apologized, but the place was a mess with very loud music and a large party that had obviously had too much to drink being disruptive. This place used to have a good atmosphere and was one of our favorite places to stop in at, not sure we will return again. I understand Covid has brought its complications to the hospitality industry however the complete disarray of this place and disregard for it’s patrons was very disappointing.

Worst place in Boerne! Sat at the bar for 10 minutes bar tender wouldn’t take our drink or even acknowledge we were there. Another person came up and asked for a drink and he took his no problem. Racist much. I think so!

Out on date night after dinner the parking lot was packed. Walked up as usual and door guy told us he was not letting anyone else in. Some friends got in and sat at the bar. After about 15people left for the night employees called me over to sit at an open chair and I was immediately confronted and told to leave by the door guy. I told him employees called me over but it didn’t matter. I’ve never been so embarrassed. My wife was in there at least 15min and still had not been served. I will never be back.

I would put a one star if possible. The service was bad right from the beggining when we walked in. We didnt know if we were supposed to sit down ourselves or there was a hostess. Then once we sat down and someone brought a menu she said they didnt have food bc apparently the cook didnt arrive. But she said we could order from the place next to it since it was the same owner, so we did. They said it would take about an hour, it was a long time but we agreed sinxe we were gonna have some drinks anyways. So after the hour and 20.min we asked the waitress if the food was almost ready, she said she was going to check. 15 min later the manager came and told us there was some confusion on the kitchen so our order wasnt ready and if we still wanted it it would take about 20 more min. Thats when we realized probably they hadnt even out our order in. Imagine in total almost 2 hours if we would've waited. Then the waitress wanted to charge us for 2 additional drinks which she never brought even though they were ready at the bar. Im not going back.

This bar is not providing a respectful or COVID safe environment for customers. Bartenders did not wear masks appropriately and both the manager and owner allowed CERTAIN customers to order from and stand around the bar without masks, while making others sit outside in freezing temps. Both owner and manager told us that they were at capacity inside and they would let us know as soon as something opened up while allowing others to continue to go inside to stand at the bar spot where we were originally asked to leave due to Covid restrictions. When asked about it, both ignored the question and walked away. Very disappointed in the disrespectful and unsafe experience we had.

Terrible service! Bartenders were rude and did not do a good job of acknowledging the customers when they sit down. My husband and I were ignored. It pains me to make this review, but i hope it reaches the owner or at least GM to solve a big issue that occurred last night 2/8. We had a group of about 10 outside on the patio around 9:30pm. I requested service from a young blond server (don't know her name) and right away it was obvious she was in a horrible mood and seemed like she didn't want to help us. After the 3rd or so time of me reaching out to her for service for our table, i asked her if we did something to offend her to figure out why she was so disrespectful towards us to which she just replied "this is just who i am" so i said ok can you please send another server for us, all of my friends were disappointed with the service. About 30 minutes later the "manager " came up to my table and confronted me saying the waitress complained to him that i was FLIRTING WITH HER??? All of my communication towards her was always in front of the group i was with so that was confirmed very quickly to be false. When i explained to the manager what actually happened his only response was "I'm here to address the complaint towards you" this is completely the wrong way to handle a situation and needs to be resolved.

Beyond service, the physical space itself presents an issue. The location appeared unappealing and partially rundown. While the primary product is the experience, the ambiance is a critical component. Management needs to make a tangible effort to improve the aesthetic appeal and overall maintenance of the space to create a more inviting and lasting impression. Conclusion and Recommendations Our visit was cut short, as the cumulative impact of these deficiencies led us to seek an alternative venue (Silo Oyster Bar) where we anticipated a more professional and competent service standard. Upon ordering frozen margaritas, we were informed that the bar does not prepare frozen margaritas. For an establishment specializing in drinks, a common and popular request like a frozen margarita should either be available or clearly noted as unavailable before ordering, especially given the lack of a drink menu. Beyond service, the physical space itself presents an issue. The location appeared unappealing and partially rundown. While the primary product is the experience, the ambiance is a critical component. Management needs to make a tangible effort to improve the aesthetic appeal and overall maintenance of the space to create a more inviting and lasting impression. Conclusion and Recommendations Our visit was cut short, as the cumulative impact of these deficiencies led us to seek an alternative venue (Silo Oyster Bar) where we anticipated a more professional and competent service standard. It pains me to make this review, but i hope it reaches the owner or at least GM to solve a big issue that occurred last night 2/8. We had a group of about 10 outside on the patio around 9:30pm. I requested service from a young blond server (don't know her name) and right away it was obvious she was in a horrible mood and seemed like she didn't want to help us. After the 3rd or so time of me reaching out to her for service for our table, i asked her if we did something to offend her to figure out why she was so disrespectful towards us to which she just replied "this is just who i am" so i said ok can you please send another server for us, all of my friends were disappointed with the service. About 30 minutes later the "manager " came up to my table and confronted me saying the waitress complained to him that i was FLIRTING WITH HER??? All of my communication towards her was always in front of the group i was with so that was confirmed very quickly to be false. When i explained to the manager what actually happened his only response was "I'm here to address the complaint towards you" this is completely the wrong way to handle a situation and needs to be resolved.
