While in San Antonio we came across Jalisco #4 Taqueria and were surprised with the homemade dishes and homemade tortillas. The prices were reasonable esp. since a lot of places are so expensive. The portions were satisfying, the staff very friendly and on point. Great service, lots of cameras outside so you can keep an eye on your vehicle via close circuit t.v. while you dine. Definitely recommend this place and will be a reg spot to dine while in San Antonio.

The tacos here are made with homemade tortillas you don’t want to miss it. You snooze you lose by not trying this place out. Fresh chips and salsa. The coffee is going to wake you up. The enchiladas were nice and cheesy and the Barbacoa were definitely filled and all the other tacos we ordered were very filling so I recommend the combo tacos for the best value and taste. Just be careful cause there is construction right now (3/15/24) on the street so be aware.

Good food, ample portions, great prices and very attentive wait staff. This restaurant was the Taco Haven no. 2, located on Gevers between Steve's and Fair Ave until approximately a year ago when it became Jalisco Taqueria. It has a very steady customer base. Specials are offered on Saturday and they are open till 9 pm. Give them a try I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I Was there today! There food was delicious. Mini tacos were on point with a big jalapeño! The Tripa taco was fresh And plated beautifully and clean. At the same time they were making lemonade and was being freshly squeezed with real lemons hand made!! Best lemonade in town hands down. Worth the price!

This place was called Taco Haven at one time. The good thing is that the new owner didn't make much changes so this place still kicking out awesome food. I come here every Monday. The only thing different now are the hours they stay open. Much later. 2/23/2022 It's been some time since I made my original post about Taqueria Jalisco#4. I have since brought my work buddies here and they LOVE it too. We come here every chance we get. One of their favorite things to order here is the Tortilla Soup 🍲. All of them absolutely enjoy it. They have even started coming here on the weekends with their family. If you are in the area. Stop on by. You will not regret it.

Great food and clean atmosphere. Food taste fresh and the tea extra sweet just the way I like it. The staff is very respectful and courteous. Not for second did I have to look for assistance. Overall great place, I found my new Sunday brunch location.

Me and my family love this place. The amount of food for the price and authentic texmex recipes with great flavor keeps this place packed from when it opens its doors until they close them everyday. To top it off they have an amazing and warm staff that makes you feel like you are eating at moms house...

This Restaurant used to be Taco Heaven #2 did not know Jalisco Taqueria took over 5 years ago. Anyway real clean restaurant and Reasonable menu prices. Service- I gave a 2 because Table Representative was very Salty and never Smiled. As far as the food? I was surprisingly wrong. The food was delicious👍The Beef Caldo was good and everything in Caldo was tasty and fresh. The Caldo Meat was Amazingly Soft❤️ If I’m ever in this Area? I’ll definitely get off and eat here again.

I asked ordered an enchilada plate with extra enchilada sauce. Which I was charged for. I got no sauce!! No wonder you're loosing business!! Never going back! Worst food ever!!!!

This restaurant used to be my go to restaurant but lately the quality and taste have really gone down. Today was the last time I would give them my business. I ordered 3 tacos a chorizo and papa, an Esme taco and a Jalisco taco. I got the chorizo tacos and 2 scrambled egg tacos. I called and they argued that the order was correct. Tortillas don't even seem homemade anymore. Salsa has no flavor. Don't waste your money it's not good anymore. 🪦🪦

I went through drive through n order a crispy Tripa taco and this is what i received..a tqco with no meat😡😡 it look like just chips , last time I go there. I was warned by others but of course I need to see it myself n I certainly did!!!

Ugh the service here sucks. Waitresses were very very rude. I went in for dinner the other night, and I asked to add an additional item to my order the waitress Jessica yelled at me...stating they were short staff. I didnt bother responding because I was in shock that she yelled at me. The food wasnt even worth the wait. Never again will I return.
