I needed an apartment on short notice, and the office staff was very responsive and helpful in getting me settled quickly. The location is quiet and convenient, and the apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. However, I did experience a significant issue with the air conditioning. Despite the thermostat being set to 75°F, the apartment reached 87°F, and I was told the A/C was "set too low." There was no option for a portable unit, and the emergency maintenance line was called multiple times. Unfortunately, the issue persisted for three days before it was resolved. Aside from the A/C situation, everything else was satisfactory. Overall, it’s a decent place to live.

5 stars is honestly a pretty low rating to give! I would give 10 starts if I could! I have lived in so many different apartments but none of them made me feel genuinely cared for by the management team. It was all business. They found ways to include hidden fees, and simply were all about the money only. This complex is the first one that I feel genuine care for the tenants. We are more than just rent money here. I wasn’t living here with previous management but I am glad they got new management now! Sylvia REALLY gets things done!!! I’ve seen so many improvements (pool, landscaping, plumbing) in the last 2 months than I have ever seen before! Sylvia really cares and is exceptional at her job. If you are looking for a place to live, this is it!!!!

Been living here for a year now the new management is amazing they are fixing around the complex like they said and super helpful they actually care!!

Been here since about a year and a half seen the lows and they are progressing to get better. Management are cool people. You just have to communicate w/ them and they will work w/ you. ❤️❤️

My only complaint is there never in the office, I have to wait or hunt them down. It's under new management so we'll see how this goes.

There’s a BLACK mold and sewage problem and it gets so backed up that feces are literally pouring out in the parking lot so you gotta step in it going to your car. There’s nothing luxurious about these apartments the way they state online. The pictures are from my restroom they claimed to have “fixed”.

There’s a BLACK mold and sewage problem and it gets so backed up that feces are literally pouring out in the parking lot so you gotta step in it going to your car. Don't even waste your time moving here. My best friend moved here from out of state and didn't do her research and I swear regrets it! Half of these reviews have to be family and friends because there is no way. She lives in a building talks to everyone and they all complain about same issues and the complex isn't that big. Her sinks and tub barely drain. Apartments are roach infested with raccoons in the roof running around all the time fighting. You can hear them. She hasn't had ac in months now no heat and it's getting cold. They out window units and forgot about whole issue. They just sold twice in less than a month so if you have something going on and you put in a maintenance request they changed portals so you already waited from last request and no one ever came and now forget that request go on the new portal so you have to wait again. These apartments need to be knocked down!!! Should be a crime having to pay anything here. Even if you are desperate don't move here. The move in process is easy but you definitely getting in with the bs you will be disappointed for sure!!!!

An order to evict has to be done... He isn't even staying there!!!!

Friend got a place here and got his keys stolen by his one night stand female friend now the resident female here is claiming rights to being "welcomed" and is currently a "resident".... who by the way isn't on any lease... my friend can't have her removed by law nowadays.
