Enjoyed breakfast. Service was great. Prices even better. Our cashier was extremely friendly and had a smile on her face for everyone she served.

I've been here enough to finally leave a review. It took a few tries, however I'm giving them 5 stars because I finally got a fresh fish sandwich with an awesome crew. It was delicious. They have the potential to be a better food company if everyone just did their job that way everytime, the right way.

The only thing that brings me joy other than babies and rainbows is Jay’s work ethic. He single handedly carried the Burger King and he’s the goat for that. He should get a raise.

My order was given to me very quick and hot ,loved the fact that they got it right the first time . Staff was very friendly and welcoming as well as helpful upon arriving made me feel very welcome . Dining area was very clean soda fountain was also clean , condiments well stocked and ketchup dispenser was clean and fresh . Over all great experience...

I have always loved coming to Burger King...the food is great, the wifi is awesome, the workers are friendly and funny. No business is perfect and everyone will have their opinions depending on their mood but as for me i like the environment. The only complaint i can have is that some customers are verbally abusive and blow things out of proportion at times but that is almost everywhere.

UPDATE 03/20/2023 MY FAVORITE WATERING HOLE BK continues to flame broil its burgers. The smell of cooking beef fills the air around the location & especially its parking lot. QUITE WELCOMING! I used their app that has many daily offers & discounts. Best of all, my order is ready faster than ordering at the counter! The new BK MELTS really hit the spot and the app upgrades orders to a larger sized drink or fries if you accept it. The Ultimate BK Melt today was delicious! The APP let me adjust the lettuce, tomatoes, add more onions & pickles at NO EXTRA charge. I was in control of the specific amounts of ingredients I could use & the lower amounts were at no charge. The jalapeños & sauce blended well with the crispy bacon & the cheesy dual-patty burger; not too spicy, just satisfying. Additionally, the kids playroom is now open & there's additional seating for all patrons; there's even an enclosed private room with space for 6 BK'ers or more. OLD REVIEW INFLATION Lunch @BK just got pricier! I had the KING MEAL now $4, up $0.50; spicy nuggets $1.49 up $0.49! Less food for more money. I was surprised to see a sign on the door limiting my stay to 30 minutes, then I must leave! BK was clean, service was good, food is tasty. I enjoy BK!

I like bringing my granddaughter here to play. They always get the order right, which is important to me. It's ok to just go for dessert. The restrooms are not very clean, though.

Drive thru service was excellent. The order was made exactly how placed. Love the flame broiled flavor. Next time I'll try it without the veggies for more flame broiled enhancement. Walked in to place order; used men's room. Takeout order was ready shortly after. Order was as ordered.👏👏👏

This Burger King has a number of booths with power outlets and WiFi so it is a good spot to stop and charge up, check up on online news. The service is a little slow but the staff is also laid back and has never chased anyone out for staying to long. The food is often hot and fresh though when you receive it so it is worth a small wait.

I know most of the latest reviewers are negative but hear me out. If this was based solely on speed of service they would have negative stars. No one was rude but it took forever to even place the order. They seemed understaffed and the help wanted sign out front proved that. Limited workers trying to do drive through and inside customers. However, my food was hot and delicious. The fish burger was exactly as I ordered and amazingly delicious. So if you don’t mind the wait, and I mean wait, you’ll get some good tasting food. At least I did.

I had an impossible whopper. It's impossible. It's not meat, but it truly tastes like it. I loved it. The day I went, the employees were funny and quick. The building had a leak in the seating area, and that's the only reason I didn't give this location 5 stars.

Food could've been hotter. From counter to table it was just warm. Cheese wasn't even melted. But service was good.

I ordered a value menu double cheeseburger and 1 cinnabon. Upon ordering it, the cashier said it would take 4 minutes and to wait in the front. I ordered this meal at 5:04 pm on November 15, 2012. It took them 20 minutes and that's because I went through the drive through again! Super slow service. Just go to the Jack in the Box or McDonalds that is near by. I will never go back again!

This BK never has any Zesty Sauce. Like ever. The sauce is practically the only reason why I prefer it over other fast food burger joints. And they don't have any.

They should fix the ac where the kids play and clean that area good. They need people with good customer service not what they have now.

The drive through personal wasnt great. This all happened at night when we by to buy some food and a couple of shakes. The shakes were the worst. They were all melted and the the lids to them were open which made a mess in my car. Im not sure if the lady was having a bad day or if it was the time of the month but that woman had sone issues. Leave your problems at home.

Crate of bread and stuff was on the floor in the distance behind the counter. Place is too damn cold. Takes long to get your order. Even though they had more than 5 employees they still seemed to fall behind. Not worth using the coupons here. Plus the ketchup is hidden behind the counter so you have to keep freaking asking for more.

The food was lukewarm when I received It. Turned cold within 5 minutes. But nonetheless, the Whopper was good. On the other hand, the restroom was filthy.

Friendly staff. Courteous as well. Restaurant was clean. As far for food.. My burger was not hot. I've had burgers from Burger King and fries were not fresh. Were cold..looked like they been there for a while. And when I tried ordering another item I was told that fries is all they had no onion rings..

My husband went through the drive thru, gave him the order, notice 2 of them looked like a sub and notified them he had ordered spicy chicken sandwiches, made him wait a long time to get what he had ordered, came home only to realize they got it wrong, well partially. They gave him chicken sandwiches but they were not spicy, they had a red sauce on it which to me tasted like marinara sauce with old pickle slices. Did I mention the chicken looked like it was sitting under a heat lamp for a while. The rest of the order was right with the exception of the ranch sauce was missing. Will not be going back to this location again.

Why is my rating so low on this location? Well I always get some hair in my food from the employees. Everywhere else I go they take the blame if necessary, but here they'll point the finger at you and say its your hair. Every time you order something from the menu, the employees are listening but the cooks/chefs are laughing and being beyond rude. I'd be happy to come here again, but after time and time of getting hair included in my burger or whatever I get, I'd rather just go somewhere else.

I just went thru drive thru and got a $5.99 special, 2 bacon cheeseburgers, fries and drink. I got no straw, french fries were not even a little warm, and burgers were not fresh made! Very frustrating. I got home, so not going back!

Why does this place keep on messing up my order? If it's not them not having chicken fries and giving me spicy instead, it's a missing item. This already happened three times it's getting a little annoying because I don't find out until I'm already at home about to eat. The food's not bad, it's just they keep messing up my order. But Hey, every time you guys mess up I get a free $5 coupon so I guess it's not all bad.

Girl at window came and took our order and did not greet us ...my card did not scan and she did not ask but took in from my hands and tried herself.....manhandled machine kinda rough till it scanned....when it did scan she gave it back and never thanked us....we felt like it was a burden to serve us.....I know they are sometimes understaffed but it's not our fault......won't go back.....

Terrible experience, whopper was cold as it had been made long before we ordered it. I asked for cheese and it wasn't even melted. The restaurant has ran out of fries so they have us the option to sub with cheese sticks or onions rings but were horrible. Chicken nuggets were burnt and dry and to top it off, they were out of coke and dr pepper. Should have kept the store closed for 12/1/19

Just went and ordered on drive thru and when I got home saw they gave me the wrong burger. Went back to BK told the manager and all she did was make me the correct burger. Not even a sorry for making me go back and waste my gas!! Smh terrible customer service.

Worst burger king I've been to. The tables in the play area were dirty with dirty trays left on the tables. My kids mention there was old chicken nuggets inside the play area. Seriously the managers there have no pride in their store or what. I thought I was gonna have to get dipped in decontamination solution after that visit. Isnt there like an inpector or something that could shut that store down.

YOU NEED TO READ THIS!! I had to stop visiting the San Benito BK! They are horrible!! I've lost count of times I had to drive back to get missing nuggets, fries, burgers, you name it!! The worst part is the cheating, first time I didn't get a receipt I asked for it, I checked it and had a charge for $1 and change!! Second time again, no receipt so I asked for it, and sure enough, I was overcharged $6.58!!!! I now drive to the Harlingen BK!!!

I was waiting a while for someone to attend to me at the front register, they never got to me, by the time someone got to the register they attended to someone who came a few minutes after me, I didn't want to stick around anymore after that so I just left.. Very bad service. Seems that the girl that was fixing up the trays for meal didnt wanted to work there very bad attitude an yells at the grill workers to hurry up to get them out the way. Restaurant was dirty all around. No ice, flat coke, and cold burgers, unhappy customers all around, and the employees did not have a friendly face on them. DO NOT recommend eating in or out from this Burger King.

They always mess up on our order bad for business we tell them Mozzerella sticks and they give us jalapeño poppers I didn't ask for jalapeño poppers and the food isn't fresh and they don't give you a receipt with their number on it and when you look it up and call them the number is disconnected

Really really bad service, the manager kelly was rude to me and closed the window on my face, I ordered online at 9:30 and they closed at 10 when I went to go pick up my order she said they couldn’t do my order because they were closed already, but yet they got the money out from my bank when I asked for my refund she said she couldn’t give me a refund. I am so mad and dissatisfied with the way she treated me I really hope someone does something about this.

My order was wrong, & the girl at drive-thru window lied to me when I asked her about the order. I heard them calling for the wrong item. When I asked her about it, she lied to me and said it wasn't so. After I got home, I saw the order was wrong and items missing. When I went back to tell them, they replaced wrong item and gave me missing items. Only to find out the order was STILL wrong. At this point, this is the 3rd time this location has messed up our order, so not sure I'll be visiting this location again. Coworkers told me of the same problem they have had at this location, so buyers beware.

Order the purple whopper meal. What I got was the worst burger I ever order in any fast food burger restaurant. Not only was it cold, I got a regular whopper with cold fries. No wonder why this place is always empty.

Ordered came out shortly I made it but my food was cold. Meat patties were lukewarm. Cheese wasn't even remotely melted because of how cold it was. Employees and management were collecting ketchup packs left behind by a family eating there and tossing them back into the kitchen. Literally tossing across the restaurant and probably storing them away for reuse. Meanwhile, the district manager was on his phone and clearly didn't care because no one else seemed to care. Smelt like literal feces..none of the table were cleaned once. NO BABY CHANGING STATION IN THE BATHROOM. What kind of place is this who doesn’t have a baby station. Food was dry and cold never coming here again. Poop was also smeared in the play area.

Honestly speaking, this place lacks professionalism and customer services skills. The last couple of times that I went through the drive thru you could literally hear the lady in the speaker laughing with someone else and she said "What do you need?" and continued laughing, She did not even apologize and gave me attitude when i was asking for my order. When I got the window she practically threw my order at me before I could even pay. By the time I got home and opened my burger( which was like a 5-7 minute drive) I saw that the lettuce was dark and gooey and my fries were soggy. This was not the first time this has happened to me. Beside the fact that the employees are not courteous and respectful the food is not warm and fresh.

Awful just Awful, they screw up your order at the drive thru, when you come back to have it corrected: if you don't have a mask they will throw you out(and not fix your order).. I respect a business' right to require a mask, however since Texas is a 100% open state , masks are no longer mandatory. The business requiring the use of masks should provide them. H E B will offer you a mask without requiring you to wear one. Pretty simple really. BK👎 I

Very disappointed, an hour ago more less I went by and asked for 2 whopper combos one with NO pickles , ask them to add jalapeño and bacon, they told me didn't have bacon, they ask what type of drink I want sweet tea, well they had no sweet tea ok then give me coke and they had no ice, wth? Ok im in line for a long time, i finally pick up my order I open the bag and ask her which is the one with no pickles,? She replies should be marked sir and closed the window on me. Obviously I asked for a reson, she finally open the window and i told her no one is marked she closes window and started talking to other lady. I just left that unorganized place.

The drive thru wasn't working so I had to get out of the car. I tried ordering a milkshake but the manager said his ice cream was not ready. I ordered some cheese sticks and they tasted like they were sitting under a lamp for hours. I am greatly disappointed with Burger King.

I would like to say that the front lady in front counter was very nice. Its just the service and food. Firstly, I came here with my dad and it took an hour for our meal to be served and it arrived cold! My blood sugar was going low. We just order two items, burger and a wrap. There were 3 people behind us with larger order and their meals came out before ours. Never again!

I’m usually not the type to leave bad reviews because I always thought everyone especially employees are very friendly but in this case, they were very unfriendly and some of the employees were acting very unprofessional. They took too long to take my order along with other customers that were waiting for their order to be taken.The manager even told the cashier to stop taking orders. If she was going to say that, then why not close the lobby and explain to all customers and apologize for the inconvenience. Not once did that manager apologize and acknowledge the customers including myself. I waited 20 minutes and never received my order. So I had no choice but to ask for a refund. So I calmly asked the manager for my refund and she had her back turned and just ignored me. However another employee was able to help me and right away the manager turned around and told the cashier “no more taking orders!”. Then I told the manager that I just wanted my refund because I have to go back to work. Then the manager turned her back at me again and said “don’t give me attitude”. In my mind I’m thinking “are you serious right now?”. In my defense, I did not have an attitude. I was just simply saying that I just wanted my refund *period*. After she said that and of course I was now upset, I added “well now I’m not coming back here again”. Then the cashier told here “ma’am she by herself and we’re only human” like she was basically arguing with me like it was my fault. I just told her just to give me my refund and she kept rolling her eyes at me giving me a bad attitude. I can also tell other customers were frustrated of waiting. I was able to get my refund and I just walked out not saying another word. Overall I just want to say they can sure use more staff and I mean “friendly” staff. But obviously it doesn’t matter because like I said, never again will I go back to that location. After reading previous reviews from others, most of them are 1 star rating with just about the same comments so similar to mine. So my main question is why aren’t they being evaluated after this whole time? It’s very sad.. Anyway that was my experience.

Food was fine, the drive thru service though was absolutely dreadful. Made us park in the front, with nobody in line behind us (which I dislike in case missing/wrong items). When we received our order, 1 item was missing and 1 item was wrong from my order. Went inside to go get it and received (most likely) left out food because it was cold and stale. Asked for an extra sauce, lady with glasses was like “It only comes with one.” That’s why I said EXTRA. Very indecent experience.

Had not been to this location in a good while. Just to pay for extra, not get the extra. And to top it off when calling to address the issue Maria took forever to look into the issue and was beyond rude and unprofessional. If it was done MY WAY the first time I would not have to call. Be annoyed at your staff and self for not guaranteeing order was correct I was the only one in line noone in front. Not busy at all in store or drive thru. this order should have been perfect. I get it we are human we make mistakes but the biggest mistake Maria was you giving attitude for a mistake that was on YOU AND YOUR staff!!

Every single table was dirty, including the one I sat in, one other table was occupied by customers, the one that looked like it was wiped down, was very sticky, as if the rag or towel that was used to wipe the table down was dipped in candy first. I waited about 4 minutes to order, the young lady, I believe she was the manager on duty dressed in black came out of the office on the phone. I told her about the dirty tables, either she ignored me, or didn’t hear me, she went back to her office. But my fries were fresh!! I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location, was kinda disappointed.

The service here in this establishment is terrible manager and employee playing jokes on one another just laughing away they would stare and laugh at customers again and again very unsettling when I got my food no napkins provided not even a thank you food was cold it seem it was sitting there for a while Im a very unsatisified customer will not be back to this location so just be aware of this burgerking in SanBenito and to top it off the play area was hot no Ac in there what a disappointment

My fries were cold and all my burgers are cold as well the staff members were rude and did not know how to operate a restaurant . The worst part was I had to walk up to the counter and the two girls looked at me clueless as if I was the dummy. I paid full price for full bad service.I worked in fast food for over 10 years I demand a full refund on my 3 separate orders on order number 20, 23 and the last one was a kids meal for my son which he complained about it being cold too come in guys i come here all the time im calling tomorrow June 13 after 2 pm when I get if work this is Ridiculous how I need to return to the store after when I come home from work I know I wasn’t the only one with a complaint and im sure I won’t be the last see you guys tomorrow for my refund

I just had a really frustrating experience picking up an online order. The young lady at the drive-through tried handing me the wrong order multiple times and still gave me an attitude about it. I figured it was just a mix-up, but while on my way home, I realized three of my items were missing — the cheese tater tots, large onion rings, and medium fries. I’m not going back to get my food, but come on — there are plenty of other people who go through the same thing. It’s really disappointing when simple things that are supposed to be done right just aren’t. I had just gotten off work and ordered ahead specifically to avoid delays and get home quickly, but it seems like your system either doesn’t update your staff in time or is unreliable when it comes to online orders. This really threw off my evening, and I hope you’re able to look into it.

Food is delicious. However front of house staff has no business working here. unprofessional to put it nicely the cashier didn't have the lock for the register. So it took her 27 minutes exactly to provide my change. I waited 27 minutes to get ONE BURGER and fries and another 32 for my other burger. It's not even busy I have videos with time stamps on when she finally gave my spouse our change. Other people had to wait this long as well. A gentleman here ordered a chicken fry with regular fries and it took him 27 mins to get just that. It's not busy at all terrible service. Edit to add I got the wrong burger & one undercooked one so I had to wait ADDITIONAL TIME! THEN PEST CONTROL CAME AND STARTED SPRAYING! THERES KIDS & PEOPLE EATING

I would be ashamed to be a team leader or a manager at the night shift the day I went August 5th 2024. The only reason I stayed to eat cuz I had already paid. They got a playground there for nothing. They're supposed to close at 12:00 but they had it cleaned up and wasn't letting any more kids in at 9:00

I really enjoy Burger King but this location is just horrible! Every single time I order they mess it up. Whether it's drive through, ONLINE, or in person. Like seriously how can it be that bad when it's online or in person??? It's every time of the day and almost 90% of the time I order from here that I am forced to check and find that they gave me the completely wrong order or they messed it up. Almost every time this happens there are little to no customers which really goes to show that the workers just don't care to pay enough attention like they used. I would HIGHLY recommend you check your orders before you leave the drive through because I guarantee it wont be what you asked for. I've complained to managers in the past but all I get is a "sorry about that, I'll make sure it's fixed" and have to go through the same loop again and again. !!!PLEASE PREPARE THE ORDERS CORRECTLY!!!
