Went through the drive through for breakfast, the employee who took my order was very nice. The food was good and hot, they did forget an item but I just went inside and they gave it to me quickly.

I always stop by for a cross ain't, they are always fresh and delicious. The service is always friendly.
UPDATE 03/20/2023 MY FAVORITE WATERING HOLE BK continues to flame broil its burgers. The smell of cooking beef fills the air around the location & especially its parking lot. QUITE WELCOMING! I used their app that has many daily offers & discounts. Best of all, my order is ready faster than ordering at the counter! The new BK MELTS really hit the spot and the app upgrades orders to a larger sized drink or fries if you accept it. The Ultimate BK Melt today was delicious! The APP let me adjust the lettuce, tomatoes, add more onions & pickles at NO EXTRA charge. I was in control of the specific amounts of ingredients I could use & the lower amounts were at no charge. The jalapeños & sauce blended well with the crispy bacon & the cheesy dual-patty burger; not too spicy, just satisfying. Additionally, the kids playroom is now open & there's additional seating for all patrons; there's even an enclosed private room with space for 6 BK'ers or more. OLD REVIEW INFLATION Lunch @BK just got pricier! I had the KING MEAL now $4, up $0.50; spicy nuggets $1.49 up $0.49! Less food for more money. I was surprised to see a sign on the door limiting my stay to 30 minutes, then I must leave! BK was clean, service was good, food is tasty. I enjoy BK!
I know most of the latest reviewers are negative but hear me out. If this was based solely on speed of service they would have negative stars. No one was rude but it took forever to even place the order. They seemed understaffed and the help wanted sign out front proved that. Limited workers trying to do drive through and inside customers. However, my food was hot and delicious. The fish burger was exactly as I ordered and amazingly delicious. So if you don’t mind the wait, and I mean wait, you’ll get some good tasting food. At least I did.
Yeah idk what yall did wrong or if yall didn’t cook the food all the way thru but I got a chicken sandwich today and i think yall gave me food poisoning or sum so idk if yall even cooked it all the way through or what

Why does this place keep on messing up my order? If it's not them not having chicken fries and giving me spicy instead, it's a missing item. This already happened three times it's getting a little annoying because I don't find out until I'm already at home about to eat. The food's not bad, it's just they keep messing up my order. But Hey, every time you guys mess up I get a free $5 coupon so I guess it's not all bad.
I’m usually not the type to leave bad reviews because I always thought everyone especially employees are very friendly but in this case, they were very unfriendly and some of the employees were acting very unprofessional. They took too long to take my order along with other customers that were waiting for their order to be taken.The manager even told the cashier to stop taking orders. If she was going to say that, then why not close the lobby and explain to all customers and apologize for the inconvenience. Not once did that manager apologize and acknowledge the customers including myself. I waited 20 minutes and never received my order. So I had no choice but to ask for a refund. So I calmly asked the manager for my refund and she had her back turned and just ignored me. However another employee was able to help me and right away the manager turned around and told the cashier “no more taking orders!”. Then I told the manager that I just wanted my refund because I have to go back to work. Then the manager turned her back at me again and said “don’t give me attitude”. In my mind I’m thinking “are you serious right now?”. In my defense, I did not have an attitude. I was just simply saying that I just wanted my refund *period*. After she said that and of course I was now upset, I added “well now I’m not coming back here again”. Then the cashier told here “ma’am she by herself and we’re only human” like she was basically arguing with me like it was my fault. I just told her just to give me my refund and she kept rolling her eyes at me giving me a bad attitude. I can also tell other customers were frustrated of waiting. I was able to get my refund and I just walked out not saying another word. Overall I just want to say they can sure use more staff and I mean “friendly” staff. But obviously it doesn’t matter because like I said, never again will I go back to that location. After reading previous reviews from others, most of them are 1 star rating with just about the same comments so similar to mine. So my main question is why aren’t they being evaluated after this whole time? It’s very sad.. Anyway that was my experience.
Food was fine, the drive thru service though was absolutely dreadful. Made us park in the front, with nobody in line behind us (which I dislike in case missing/wrong items). When we received our order, 1 item was missing and 1 item was wrong from my order. Went inside to go get it and received (most likely) left out food because it was cold and stale. Asked for an extra sauce, lady with glasses was like “It only comes with one.” That’s why I said EXTRA. Very indecent experience.
Had not been to this location in a good while. Just to pay for extra, not get the extra. And to top it off when calling to address the issue Maria took forever to look into the issue and was beyond rude and unprofessional. If it was done MY WAY the first time I would not have to call. Be annoyed at your staff and self for not guaranteeing order was correct I was the only one in line noone in front. Not busy at all in store or drive thru. this order should have been perfect. I get it we are human we make mistakes but the biggest mistake Maria was you giving attitude for a mistake that was on YOU AND YOUR staff!!
Every single table was dirty, including the one I sat in, one other table was occupied by customers, the one that looked like it was wiped down, was very sticky, as if the rag or towel that was used to wipe the table down was dipped in candy first. I waited about 4 minutes to order, the young lady, I believe she was the manager on duty dressed in black came out of the office on the phone. I told her about the dirty tables, either she ignored me, or didn’t hear me, she went back to her office. But my fries were fresh!! I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location, was kinda disappointed.
The service here in this establishment is terrible manager and employee playing jokes on one another just laughing away they would stare and laugh at customers again and again very unsettling when I got my food no napkins provided not even a thank you food was cold it seem it was sitting there for a while Im a very unsatisified customer will not be back to this location so just be aware of this burgerking in SanBenito and to top it off the play area was hot no Ac in there what a disappointment
My fries were cold and all my burgers are cold as well the staff members were rude and did not know how to operate a restaurant . The worst part was I had to walk up to the counter and the two girls looked at me clueless as if I was the dummy. I paid full price for full bad service.I worked in fast food for over 10 years I demand a full refund on my 3 separate orders on order number 20, 23 and the last one was a kids meal for my son which he complained about it being cold too come in guys i come here all the time im calling tomorrow June 13 after 2 pm when I get if work this is Ridiculous how I need to return to the store after when I come home from work I know I wasn’t the only one with a complaint and im sure I won’t be the last see you guys tomorrow for my refund
I just had a really frustrating experience picking up an online order. The young lady at the drive-through tried handing me the wrong order multiple times and still gave me an attitude about it. I figured it was just a mix-up, but while on my way home, I realized three of my items were missing — the cheese tater tots, large onion rings, and medium fries. I’m not going back to get my food, but come on — there are plenty of other people who go through the same thing. It’s really disappointing when simple things that are supposed to be done right just aren’t. I had just gotten off work and ordered ahead specifically to avoid delays and get home quickly, but it seems like your system either doesn’t update your staff in time or is unreliable when it comes to online orders. This really threw off my evening, and I hope you’re able to look into it.
Food is delicious. However front of house staff has no business working here. unprofessional to put it nicely the cashier didn't have the lock for the register. So it took her 27 minutes exactly to provide my change. I waited 27 minutes to get ONE BURGER and fries and another 32 for my other burger. It's not even busy I have videos with time stamps on when she finally gave my spouse our change. Other people had to wait this long as well. A gentleman here ordered a chicken fry with regular fries and it took him 27 mins to get just that. It's not busy at all terrible service. Edit to add I got the wrong burger & one undercooked one so I had to wait ADDITIONAL TIME! THEN PEST CONTROL CAME AND STARTED SPRAYING! THERES KIDS & PEOPLE EATING
I wouldn't recommend this Burger King. Bad service and rude Employees. The lady that worked today Nov 14th lunch time rolled her eyes at me. She could of been courteous but chose to me extremely rude. Why go to work if you are going have an Attitude. Stay at home with that negativity 💯💯💯
I would be ashamed to be a team leader or a manager at the night shift the day I went August 5th 2024. The only reason I stayed to eat cuz I had already paid. They got a playground there for nothing. They're supposed to close at 12:00 but they had it cleaned up and wasn't letting any more kids in at 9:00
I really enjoy Burger King but this location is just horrible! Every single time I order they mess it up. Whether it's drive through, ONLINE, or in person. Like seriously how can it be that bad when it's online or in person??? It's every time of the day and almost 90% of the time I order from here that I am forced to check and find that they gave me the completely wrong order or they messed it up. Almost every time this happens there are little to no customers which really goes to show that the workers just don't care to pay enough attention like they used. I would HIGHLY recommend you check your orders before you leave the drive through because I guarantee it wont be what you asked for. I've complained to managers in the past but all I get is a "sorry about that, I'll make sure it's fixed" and have to go through the same loop again and again. !!!PLEASE PREPARE THE ORDERS CORRECTLY!!!
