Seems like every time I go the food is always hot and fresh. I've been to Austin and San Antonio and all points in between but this one gets 5 stars. Been going since it first opened.

Great place and convenient location. I work some of the oddest hours of the day (and night), and I know I can always count on this location to provide me with hot, freshly prepared fast food with great timing, and without the employee attitudes.

Other places close same time as I get out of work. It must be tough for the workers since it's one of the only fast food guys taking care of everyone after 10. They do a great job, and the app helps a lot. I'm not sure how they feel about it, but it gets me through the line faster for sure. Great service, and don't forget that they are people too.

My son got a free meal cupón from school and I think it’s awesome they provide coupons for students. My son was so happy

Food was delicious. The tacos and jalapeno bombers are an awesome quick snack. Try them out with the buttermilk ranch. I can have enough of them. The service is quick and friends. A must try.

Don't eat fast food much, but if I'm craving I will most definitely go here again. They are fast and #fresh , and they listen to how you want your order prepared. I was not disappointed. 😊

It's Jack in the Box! The original fast food. First drive through, breakfast and 24 hour menu. Someone asked me when I mentioned I was going for snacks at a JITB, "How do you know it's open?" I said it's simple, "24/7-365(6), all day, every day...

The food was good, the service was nice, however the soda machine was not working.

Anytime you visit jack in the box always have excellent service great food. Even at 3:00 in the morning

I'M 70 years old, the Jack is the the first fast food restaurant that I ate at that was at least 60 years ago I've eaten there every sense I think it's a great place you got to admit the company logo is kind of cute a Jack in the Box.

Milkshake was delicious. Grabbed the chocolate flavor and did not disappoint. Environment was alright, considering a lot of people waiting, but worth it. Will be back again.

The dine Inn area was a mess because of all the rain had leaks on the ceiling

We usually visit by dinner time, it's nice and cozy environment, staff are super nice and talkative with you. Food; we order tacos 2 for the price of one. Kids jack in the box meals, and a teriyaki chicken bowl. I've notice the taste is good there and smells hungrily good. Beside watching my surroundings the people are really enjoying it here.

This Jack in the Box is ok, has plenty of parking, drive thru isn't always long but when it is it moves a bit quick, inside everything has been upgraded, seating is comfortable, spacious and they have included bar stools by the windows for outside view. It is never a full restaurant so plenty of seating available. They are quick with orders.

It's been a while since I visited a Jack in the box. The curly fries were still excellent but the chicken in the fajita pita was disappointing. Still relatively inexpensive compared to other fast food places.

Jack's fountain drink magic dispenser is a futuristic marvel right out of Star Trek's food generator! It prepares a myriad of soft drink combinations that are endless. Had a breakfast bun loaded with an egg, cheese, & sausage paired with a hash brown & two crunchy tacos. Place is clean & workers are friendly. Love the high tables & chairs. Will be back again & again.

Went to the drive-through about an hour ago. The food was tasty although the curly fries were cold, plus I didn't get the churros I ordered and paid for.

Food is really good but workers in the night shift are very rude, often when I order a head of time in the mobile app they don't have it ready

I love me some jack in the box tacos but this past time we got them the tacos were break-in half the fries were super salty even though I asked for no salt on the fries. Wasn't to satisfied with the food as I am Most times.

The chicken nuggets were awesomely fresh and crispy. The spicy popcorn chicken was cold old and rubbery. Next time I'll make sure to look before I leave.

Girl in the Drive-Thru was talking fast so that she can take your order fast and overall just had a stank attitude. Sick and tired of people like this. If you do not like your job you can easily quit.

Employees at night are always so lazy. They always get my order wrong . This was the last time that I visited, since then they have vastly changed. Now granted I don't go at night as much. However I do stop by there mainly during the day. It's a great location to get some late night meals.

Customer service at this place needs improvement. We had a bad experienced today at the restaurant. My opinion is that you should hire experience people with customer service and if not they should be train correctly for the job

Sometimes when you want a specific item they act like they don't have that item & instead they just don't feel like making it. I'm very disappointed. Quit hiring lazy people!!

I had ordered food online and when I went to go pick it up they got half of my order wrong and went I talk to the manager he refused my half of my money for there screw up when on there recite had the right order and they didn't want to give me the right food I ordered

Jack is jack his burgers are always good but that particular day the Manager herself got my order wrong twice and she was extremely rude and disapeared the second time sending another worker to give me my burgers she went on to the back with a look of disgust on her face The other Jack Workers were nice . They apologized for her Thats not the kind of People jack needs at his place if you deal with people daily keep your cool Man! I will never visit Jack at that particular place. Adios

The food was very good, but the service was not. The employee taking orders was unhelpful, and my Bacon ultimate cheeseburger came out missing the bacon. When I asked them to fix it, they took an unreasonable amount of time talking about it and not getting the bacon.

I just left @around 1am and I order a 3 spicy strip combo , chicken sandwich and a jr jumbo jack with cheese and The strips were fine but the burgers were gross it was soaked with tons of sauce, i had asked for the Jr jumbo with cheese no onions and sub just mustard and I got mayo on the burger and it wasn’t even a little bit it was soaked and the bread was so soggy and the chicken sandwich was all the way but again the mayo that comes in the burger was extremely excessive.

Tonight was the first time I have had this bad experience at this location. We order 3 4.99 combos and when we got home 2 burgers were made wrong. No problem we went back. The sandwiches were redone but the lady was extremely rude. She didn't want to give us our fries...the fries we had already paid for. When we explained to her that the fries were already paid for she still refused to give us the fries. Well we told her to give us our money back as she turned red and very rudely gave us our money back she asked for our names. And we gave them to her. I have never had bad customer service before. Sadly we will no longer be going to this location thru the drive thru at night anymore. The day crew is way better.

The ONLY reason why I am giving it a 2 star rating is because i had to drive back to the restaurant and I tried to let the employee know, that there was 2 missing items in my order. She claimed it was complete and made it seem i was lying. I tried calling to let them know right away but no answer. This person that I'm thinking is the assistant manager was rude of a simple mistake that was not even our fault. Over all, food was good but this person made the service bad.

On my way to work, I order 15 min in advance while I'm in mercedes its about s 13 min drive to get there and for my order not to be ready! There is no customers its 430 am! I get there to wait 5 more mins to my order to be ready! What's the point on having online ordering? Needs better management! 12/4/25

Went to Jack in the Box for the first time in years. The drive thru employee immediately gave attitude despite the fact she didn't even take our order since we ordered on mobile and I just asked for no ice in the drinks since that wasn't an option in the app (she still gave us ice despite acknowledging it) Then they had us move to the front to park where they had us wait for 25 minutes before I got down to ask where my order was (this was at 9 PM BTW and wasn't that busy). I waited another 5 minutes and there was no apology for the wait. The fries were lukewarm and stale. The jalapeño poppers were soggy. The drinks were watered down with the ice we asked NOT to have. The only good thing was the burger Now I remember why I don't go to Jack in the Box anymore

Just left there and the girl Working there once we went in gave us attitude and when I asked for ice cus the Coke machine didn't have any she put like very very little ice so I had to ask her for more she just kept on saying I wanna go home already while she was attending us and when she repeated the order she mumbled it so I asked her to reapet it and it bothered her to do it all this time we were still polite to her saying thank you and she kept with her attitude

Picked up food here Saturday 9/23/23 around 430 pm and woke up Sunday morning with food poisoning. I will never eat here again!

Employee taking order was very rude. All I was asking for was to verify my order was right. The manager practically threw my drink in my car. And gave me my card back all rude.

This location gets a 1 star , as a delivery driver we expect the phones to be on, not disconnected, so we can get our orders on time, As a priority and courtesy to those customers who pay ahead. Hopefully , someone above management talks to the manager who enforces this. Hopefully it changes.

Worst service ever, manager was suck in a hurry that she forgot my drinks and then she didn't give me my milkshake through drive thru. When I parked to ask for it she stated she didn't charge me for it and tried to charge me again. When I showed her receipt she got offended. Need to be better coordinated. Food was good though

They closed 30mins Earley and when U asked why the employee yelled because I can. Real tough guy yelling behind a locked door. I went there last week and left my bag at the table, people from the restaurant took it and when I came back and get it there where missing $200 dollars. They told me they checked the cameras but still didn't find who took them. Jack in the box was one of my favorite restaurants but I won't go there anymore.

Never had a problem here before, except today, the girl in the drive thru shoved my drink in my hand and the lid popped off and she never offered to refill it. No empathy from her at all.

2 nights went here, person on the headset just shouted "Yes!?" Instead of something like "can I take your order?" Both nights. I work late and I'd rather wait in a long line at Whataburger that have an extremely rude employee ruin my appetite. Both times asked for ketchup, both times no ketchup.

Food was a big disappointment. It was our first visit to a Jack in the box. Everything was cold when we got our food Cluck chicken sandwich meat was very thin and looked like it had been reheated in microwave. It was rubbery. The fries were cold even though we didn’t wait too long for our order. Few cars in drive thru only one couple eating inside when placed my order inside the restaurant. Waitress was friendly Our total bill was $23.57 and only one of 4 items edible. Probably will not try again

This was my first visit to a Jack in the Box, lured in by a coupon for a $3 chicken sandwich. It was shockingly bad - a pitifully thin, chewy, desiccated slice of chicken enveloped in stodgy, tasteless, overcooked batter in a bun with a bit of lettuce and a couple of slices of tomato. It was by far the worst fast food I've ever had. I even showed it to the server who seemed happy to confirm that it was fairly representative of the sandwiches served there. Be warned!
